Multifunctional Building Křenová

Multifunctional building is situated on the corner of a city block and connected to the existing buildings. It lies between the streets Křenová, New avenue and Skořepka. Near land is situated water flow Ponávka. Architectonically and artistically it is the two curved formations opening towards the water course Ponávka , connected to other low curved object with a green roof. Individual curves are trying to correspond as with the street New avenue, as with building boundary line of the streets Křenová, Skořepka and Vlhká. South building exceeds the north building because of the continuation to the existing buildings. With taking away material, because of better insolation, are created terraces. The facade is designed from a lightweight siding that allows a playful combination of a glazed surfaces of windows with gray fill in an aluminium raster of structure. In the eastern part in front of building is designed an area with a greenery and access roads for pedestrians. All pedestrian routes outside the building are paved. In the patio of a building is a sculpture around which benches are placed.

Evaluation selected valuation methods of housing

This thesis deals with methods of valuation, especially apartments. The aim of the work is to evaluate housing units, and then assess the advantages, disadvantages and using different methods. The work is divided in four parts, the first part is focused on housing and real estate market. The second part focuses on valuation methods, the third part deals with housing policy and valuation in the Czech Republic and the last chapter is a practical part, where two residential units are evaluated - the first in Prague and the second in Chrudim. For the practical part, were chosen three methods of valuation - cost, comparative and yield.

The publication presents detailed results of housing and dwelling stock based on Population and Housing Census 2011. It analyzes the quantity, structure and quality of housing and dwelling stock and its quantitative and qualitative changes in the post-revolution period. It also captures the spatial differentiation of the basic characteristics of houses and dwellings at the regional level.

Prices of flats n České Budějovice depending on the approach to the urban green

The main target of the thesis is to analyze the relationship of prices and access to urban green area for the selected location of the city, such as the substrate to determine values of urban greenery. This work is built on the application of the Hedonic pricing method.The thesis is divided into 4 parts. The study of literature was created the first chapter, which deals with the value of the green space, the environment in the Czech Republic and abroad, method of environmental valuation and the history of the Hedonic price method and his used. The second chapter contains target and methodology of work. The methodology describes the different steps of the methods of work. In the second part is the specification of the model, which is applied in the analysis. In this part is mentioned characteristic of the properties and collection of data. In the third chapter data analysis is divided in specific parts of the sections. The data are evaluated for the entire area, and then compare the area itself.
