Erban, Ondřej ; Sycha, Martin (referee) ; Kocianová, Renata (advisor)
Alternative pedagogy and adult education are two independent educational disciplines. They differ in the object of education. In altemative pedagogy it is child who receives schooling while in adult education the one being schooled is an adult. This text maps the history of both of these disciplines as well as their didactic aspects. Subsequently it compares both of these courses of study. In its first part, the work discusses the origins and evolution of a1temative pedagogy and adult education together with the most influentia1 representatives of these disciplines and movements, which have originated within these disciplines or have affected them significantly. This text also deals with interdigitation of the two disciplines over time. In the second part of this text I engage in discussion of didactic principles and didactic methods of a1temative pedagogy and adult education. Compare them, examine their analogy and on the basis of that, I try to provide an opinion on the possibility of mutual collaboration of these educationa! disciplines.

Vandasová, Anna ; Wiendl, Jan (advisor) ; Binar, Vladimír (referee)
The thesis focuses on Jan Zahradníček, a Czech poet, at the time when he was the editor of Akord, a literary magazine, and provides an analysis of this activity. The core of the thesis is preceded by chapters introducing the issues of the poet's life and work and providing basic information about the previous period of the magazine. Then I try to expound how Zahradníček edited the magazine and against what unfavourable circumstances he had to fight during the occupation and after the liberation. I characterize the basic contents of individual volumes, sections and their changes, and the texts of the most significant contributors. An important part of the thesis is a bibliography of Zahradníček's Akord of 1940-1948, a name index and a subject index.

Properties of two-phase testing procedures
Krausová, Eliška ; Omelka, Marek (referee) ; Kulich, Michal (advisor)
In the present work we study properties of two-phase testing procedures which formally verify assumptions by performing some test ( first phase) and subsequently calculate a test statistic selected according to the results of the previous test (second phase). In the beginning we describe two-phase testing procedures and mention some literature, in which they are recommended. We try to derive formula for the combined level and power of the whole two-phase testing procedure. After that we illustrate their properties through simulation studies.

Migration policy of Czech republic and Great Britain, with a view to a labour-migration
Bártková, Vendula ; Schroth, Jan (referee) ; Drbohlav, Dušan (advisor)
This diploma paper deals with the migration problemacy and it primarily focuses on one of the most important elements, which affect migration - i.e. migration policy. We may polemize about the actual influence of migration policies on the final size and structure of migration flows, about the effectivity in fulfilling of their objectives; however we must agree on the fact, that migration policies represent an important factor, which affects migration movements. In this work we therefor aim to explain how migration policy arises, what influences its formation and shape and what kind of instruments we may subsequently use to value its fruitfulness. Seeing that in current time the labourmigration is the most common type of the total migration, we focused on the actual situation in the labour-migration policy and we were trying to find out which kind of instruments are used in this area as well as what types of programmes are offered. We pay attention to this problemacy not just from the view of Czech republic, but furthermore from the position of Great Britain, because we presume, that because of its history Britain has multiyear experience in this area, so thus it can be a great source of inspiration for Czech republic. Vyoral, Tomáš ; Kubátová, Květa (advisor) ; Hartlová, Alena (referee)
My Bachelor thesis analyses the Czech taxation development in the years 1993 -- 2009. Regarding the theme extent, the focus of my thesis is mainly on three Czech tax reforms that took place within the span of the analyzed years. The work is divided into three inseparable parts. In the first one I outlined the essential tax terms such as tax, tax quota, taxation system and chiefly tax reform, out of which I proceeded from thereafter in the following chapters. In the second part in every single sub-chapter I deal with the tax reforms that were passed in the years 1993, 2004 and 2008. Therefore I examine their causes, courses and the most important modifications and impacts on the taxpayers. In the third part I summarize the entire preceding progress using both Czech compound tax quota development graph analyses and tax mix progress. In the very end afterwards, I try to propose my own measures suggestion, which could be helpful for the Czech taxation system. These ideas are based on the data of the previous development, actual trends and personal considering.

There are included neither theoretic processing of public auction nor process of auction in use. This thesis doesn't handle all the detailes of public auction, but only targets involuntary auction and the reasons of financial restutition from debtor's side.
