Veřejné dražby jsou veřejným jednáním, jehož účelem je přechod vlastnického nebo jiného práva k předmětu dražby, které probíhají na základě návrhu navrhovatele. Často se pak stávají důsledkem nesplaceného závazku, nastávajícího při financování bydlení hypotečním úvěrem. V roli navrhovatele je zde hypoteční banka, která tento úvěr poskytla. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá určením vztahů, které mezi sebou financováním bydlení a veřejné dražby mají, jakým způsobem jsou propojeny, a v kterých ohledech fungují nezávisle na sobě. Zahrnuje nejen teoretické zpracování veřejné dražby, ale také příklad, jak taková dražba probíhá v praxi. Nezabíhá však do všech podrobnosti veřejných dražeb, ale zaměřuje se výlučně na dražby nedobrovolné. Dále pak i na způsob získání financí zpět od dlužníka, kterému byly poskytnuty na bydlení. I nedobrovolné dražby se tak stávají nedílnou součástí trhu s bydlením, přestože situace není příznivá pro tento druh financování bydlení. Public auctions are one way of public negotiation, which leads to transition of property right or another right to the auction subject. All the process is based on the proposer's proposal. This act often becomes a reason of unpaid debts arose during the financing of living throught mortgage. In this case the mortgage proposer is the bank, which offers this mortgage. This bachelor thesis is trying to define relation between the financing of living and public auctions, how they are connected and where the trend works independently on each other. There are included neither theoretic processing of public auction nor process of auction in use. This thesis doesn't handle all the detailes of public auction, but only targets involuntary auction and the reasons of financial restutition from debtor's side. Involuntary auctions become very important part of market with living even in this critical economical situation.
