Clinic for infectious diseases

In this thesis, we address the petition of new infectious clinic at the documentation for construction. Location the building is designed in the northern outskirts of Šumperk. The building is an irregular shape with 3 storeys with 1 basement. Developed building area is 1180,08 m2. The building is a movement divided into three parts, and to: object A- communication area for meals, object B- children's department, object C- building department for adults. The supporting structure is made of masonry materials. Ventilated facade to the building is from the outside, lined with stone lining- slate / wood lining- Siberian larch. Draft internal layout reflects the requirements of standards for hospital then submitted demands to avoid danger to persons health due to the occurrence of infectious diseases. The thesis also includes two special projects: Design of reinforced concrete slabs petition air conditioning. Projects are handled over selected parts of the Clinic of Infectious Diseases.

Kindergarten

The subject of my thesis is a project documentation of kindergarten in the land of the municipality Litovel. It is a two - storey detached house which disposal solution meets the conditions of operation of the building – the education of children aged from three to six years. There are classes for children aged three to four years and technical support for the school in the first floor. In the second floor there are two classes, one class for children aged four to five and second class for pre - school children and children with deferred schooling. Each department has a separate entrance, which is located on the north side. The constructive design of the system is designed from the POROTHERM system. The vertical rim of the structure of the first and second floor are bricked up wiith POROTHERM 44 T Profi dimension of 248 x 440 x 249 mm. Inside walls with POROTHERM 30 Profi, a wall between the rooms, and the food servery is of POROTHERM 30 Aku Profi dimension of 247 x 300 x 249 mm and internal masonry POROTHERM 11, 5 Profi dimension 497 x 115 x 249 mm. In the object there are used SDK pre-walls and ceilings Rigips 150 mm thickness. The ceiling is ceramo-concrete POROTHERM system (carrier beams Pot and cartridge Miako) 290 mm thickness. The vertical structure are obtained from internal and external parties plaster. The roof is designed as a green roof. The windows and the front door are designed in plastic with mahogany colour. Floor coverings are designed with regard to the use or operating rooms - the ceramic floor tiles or vinyl flooring. The operation of the school on the 1 st and 2. floor is linked with monolithic staircase. The outer surface layers are equipped with mineral coloured paint. The main objective of my work was to design a correct disposition suitable for given purpose, i. e. the proposal of a suitable system design, carrier system and the drawings, including text parts. The aim of master´s thesis is a design of newly medical facility – psychiatric hospital for long – term mentally ill persons. This work aims to develop project documentation for building construction. The object is on almost flat terrain on the selected piece of land in a quiet part of city Czech Budweis. The house has two above ground and is partial basement. The object is designed in a technology of Heluz system. The construction of the roof consists warm flat roof. Tha main entrance is oriented to the east. The project documentation which is needed for a realization of a new psychiatric hospital in worked up with six structural details including. Drawing part processed in a computer program AutoCad.

Firehouse

This diploma thesis „Firehouse“ is processed in the form of design documentation for building construction. It´s a new building of firehouse, JPO IV category, P type, for firefighters of Správa železniční dopravní cesty. Object is composed from three parts - administrative and operational part, garage for fire vehicles and maintenance part. Main entrance and exits from the garages are situated on west. Administrative and operational part has two floors and it´s roofed by double-shell roofs. The garage and maintenance have one floor and they are roofed by single-shell roof. Structural system is partly masonry and partly reinforced concrete. Object is located in flat terrain in peripheral locality of the Přerov city.

Autosalon

This master's thesis focuses on design and elaboration of documentation for construction of a Car Showroom. The building is divided to two functional parts. The building is to be situated on plot number 1333/21, cadastre unit: Bohunice. The building is to be located on an undeveloped plot in possesion of the investor. The parking lots are connected to a local road. All substantial infrastructures are located nearby the plot. The proposition and the design of the building have respect for both commune plan and current buildings. The documentation is elaborated with regard to the contemporary Czech legislative and standards. The project designs the building, which is divided in two functional parts: SO 01 & SO 02, both operationally and visually connected. Contructions of objects are structurally independent. The first object includes exhibition hall with capacity of 8 exhibited cars. There is also to be located the administrative part, waiting rooms for customers, facilities for employees and the warehouse. The second object includes car repair shop. There are also to be located facilities for employees of the service, workshop, room for a car handover, hand car wash and an utility room. Construction is designed as a reinforced concrete columnar structural system with prefabricated single footings, self-supporting foundation slab and reinforced concrete ceiling slab with integrated girders above first floor of the object SO 01. The roofs of the building are designed as a flat roofs and the support constructions are made of steel. Planned dimensions of autosalon are 41x18 metres. As a cladding of the first object is used the lightweight glass cladding. For masonry walls are used the 250 mm thick ceramic blocks, mineral insulation and ventilated external facade cladding with use of fiber-cement boards. Planned dimensions of car repair shop are 31x28 metres. As a cladding of the second object are used the sandwich panels with foam core made of PIR.

Multifunctional building Brno, Gajdošova street, Civil technical project

The diploma thesis deals with the building-technology construction preparation of the Multifunctional House Brno Gajdošova. The paper contains the technical report concerning this building; coordination of building situation; time and financial plan of the construction; study of the main technological stages; equipment project; design of major building machinery and mechanisms; schedule of the main construction building; technological regulations for making of the monolithic panel and the green flat roof; inspection and test plans in accordance with these regulations. Furthermore, two technologies referring to the execution of the monolithic roof panel are compared including the comparison of the test plan as well as the budget for the main building. The specialisation is in the field of construction of buildings with special focus on the layouts and the rust of the main building.

A Water Management Analysis of the Vlachovice Reservoir on the Vlára Watercourse

The thesis focuses on a process of water management analysis of storage and protective function of the Vlachovice reservoir on the Vlára watercourse. The work contains an alternative proposal of the reservoir storage volume in Microsoft Excel, spreadsheet program with accessible functions whereby progression of arithmetic and logical algorithm simulating operation of reservoir storage function is created. An alternative proposal of protective volume of the reservoir is created in HYDROG program, where calculations of transformation of flood waves for PV 100, PV 1 000, and PV 10 000 are performed. Moreover, the work includes simplified analysis of the hydropower potential of the proposed reservoir.

Building a 3D Printer

The aim of this Bachelor thesis is to analyse available options for 3D printing using FDM technology according to requests of cooperating company, to propose several drafts of electronical and software parts of 3D printers. This also includes their connection, functionality testing and implementation of one chosen draft. The core of this Bachelor thesis was to document the progress in building the 3D printer and also to solve arisen problems. The result of this Bachelor thesis is practical realisation of electronic part of 3D printer including basical tests. Secondary benefit of this Bachelor thesis is to explain the issue of 3D printing with the option of building custom 3D printer from PiBot components.

VAT fraud elimination

This dissertation is about problems of tax evasion on VAT. The aim is to confirm hypothesis that subjects which are committing fraud on VAT have many of the identical characteristics. Another goal is to determine this identical characteristics. The theoretical part of this dissertation contains introduction into VAT problematic with emphasis on carousel fraud, where are presented individual parts of carousel chain and approaches which administrators of tax are using. In Analytical part of dissertation, which form a basis of this work, are analysed data from 50 real tax control. This data are analysed and searched for identical characteristics of VAT fraud. By using regression analysis is searched bond strength of this characteristics to amount of assessed tax. In conclusion are evaluated results from analytical part of this dissertation.

Economic analysis of the seleced company

This diploma thesis focuses on the financial analysis of a particular agricultural co-operative during a five-year period, i.e. from 2011 to 2015. The first theoretical part defines the concept of financial analysis itself, its purpose, documents for preparation and users. The next part of the theoretical bases characterises particular methods of financial analysis. The analytical part of the thesis is processed on the basis of the theoretical knowledge. The analytical part, in its introduction, provides basic information about the agricultural co-operative. Subsequently the horizontal and vertical analysis of the financial statement is carried out, and following this an analysis of financial indicators and ratios. The analytical part is concluded with bankruptcy and creditworthy models. The final section summarizes the results of the financial analysis, and according to this suggestions for financial improvement of the agricultural co-operative are proposed.
