The first part summarizes former researches of physiological data and its assertation into human behaviour. Special attention is devoted especially to eye tracking and measuring heart rate during behavioral processes. The second part is dedicated to author's own research how blink rate and heart rate are influenced by the degree of cognitive load. The research was executed on six subjects. E-learning as a tool of education and development of the Ministry of Interior emloyees

The diploma thesis deals with possibilities and usage of e-learning in the field of education of employees of Ministry of Interior through the Police schools. Its aim is to analyze e-learning training at the Police College and Secondary Police School of the Ministry of the Interior in Prague, to identify opportunities for improvement resulting from the practical experience with a chosen e-learning course, to create corrective improving measures and the verification in practice.
The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on the explanation of the concept of e-learning, the historical development of this phenomenon, the familiarization with the forms and last but not least with its advantages and disadvantages. The practical part is mapping the level of e-learning and its forms at the Police College and Secondary Police School of the Ministry of Interior in Prague. It examines the impact of e-learning on increasing the qualifications of employees and their attitude towards this form of education. It also describes the practical experience with the chosen course, including the identification of opportunities for improvement, and their verification by the participants through a questionnaire survey. On the basis of this experience some measures were suggested and subsequently verified in practice.

Education and personal development

This dissertation focuses on field of education and personality development of the administrative staff of Faculty of Medicine in Pilsen. Subject of the research is the system of education of the deanship´s staff and personal assistants of single departments (districts, clinics).
The teoretical part explains, on the basis of study of specialized resources, the basis concepts, approaches the basis knowledges of the field of human resources management, and describes the needs, plans and methodes of education. The individual chapter attends to e-learning education, that is a modern methode of education. As next the therm of personality and its development are defined.
The practical part applies to characteristic of the researched society and evaluation of research results that was examination via questionnaires. A part of the practical part is presentment of solving proposal of education and personality development on the Faculty, with concrete recommendations that the company should use for its staff.

Tertiary education in The Czech Republic and The system of its financing

The diploma thesis deals with description and analysis of the system of financing of two public universities in the Czech Republic. At first it focuses on the importance and conception of education and on classification of public universities within the educational system.In the next section it describes the system of financing of universities in the Czech Republic and in selected universities demonstrates the ways of their financing using comparative analysis. The final section deals with presentation and evaluation of changes in laws for tertiary education which are being prepared and subsequently it applies the acquired findings and proposes possible changes in the system of financing of University of Pardubice and University of Hradec Kralove.

Environmental education and environmental behavior in the development of the region

The aim of the thesis is to evaluate environmental education and environmental behavior for the development of the Usti Region and propose background to this issue. A partial objective is to determine the level of environmental education in secondary schools and among the public.
The work consists of theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part is elaborated on the basis of scientific literature, using methods of analysis, synthesis and comparison. The practical part is based on qualitative and quantitative sociological survey. The quantitative survey was conducted through questionnaires among high school students and the public from the Usti Region. Qualitative research was conducted between actors involved in environmental education from the same region. In conclusion, the thesis is to evaluate the environmental education in secondary schools and environmental behavior among the public in the region and proposed recommendations.

Identifikation of charakteristics mentoring relation ship in doctoral education

The thesis "Identification of characteristics mentoring relationship in doctoral education" is divided into several main areas. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the basic concepts and theories for solving the problems defined dissertation and also deals with the issue of doctoral studies at universities. Based on theoretical assumptions, the research questions, which focused on the evaluation of doctoral studies. Rating is based on the student doctoral program because, as indicated resources are an important component of innovative ideas and have to some degree a significant impact on the level doktorskéhého efficiency program in the Czech Republic. The aim of this study was to identify the characteristics of the mentoring relationship and consider how they appear from the perspective of the student's doctoral program in a relationship with his trainer, focusing on arts fields of study. In the empirical part was gathered by interviewing primary data, personal interviews and electronic questionnaires. The data were processed using multivariate methods (correspondence analysis, factor analysis), multinomial regression and multiple regression. Based on the above statistical methods were found to have significant dependence between the observed variables and also were overall evaluated factors that are sensitive to the needs of the student's doctoral program depending on the set of predictors. The results of the dissertation was based on a synthesis of knowledge embedded in the context of previous research with potential for further expansion in theoretical and practical.

The usages of demonstration stables and contracting firms in practical training in secondary vocational schools and apprentice schools in agricultural fields of education.

Bachelor thesis called Usage of demonstration stables and contrating company in practical education at agriculture colleges and training institutions is investigating current state and facility of demonstration stables used for practical training at colleges and training institutions. Theoretical part is divided into few parts and presents the main features of demonstration stables and training instutuions, describes functions and technichal equipment of the stables which are mainly used to horse breeding and horse training. Practical part focuses on presentation of Riding Academy, High School based in Marianske Lazne, where I proceeded questioning the students and guided interview with the teachers of the practical education. In the final part I suggest some recommendations how to improve the current state in the future.

Sorting of waste at primary school

ABSTRACT
This thesis deals with the possibilities of municipal waste separation and the importance of education and awareness at the primary school level. The review part is generally focused on municipal waste issues, basic terms, methods of separation and recycling. In the next part there are the possibilities of elementary schools to participate in programmess with environmental topics, especially with the eventuality of systematic separation of waste within the classroom. It assesses the potential to create internal programmes and involvement in external ones. In the practical part the method of questionnaire survey at a primary school in Chodov near Karlovy Vary is employed. The research was applied there and it aims to determine the influence of education on the attitude of respondents, elementary school pupils. The comparison of the situation before and after completing the educational program of the company EKOKOM Tonda package on the road was carried out. The benefit is the analysis of pupils' awareness accomplished by the comparison of both questionnaires and specific verification of positive impact on the pupils approach to waste separation thanks to the awareness. One part of the thesis is to build an EVVO plan at the selected elementary school together with events focused on waste management.

Burnout syndrome in teachers population

The bachelor´s thesis deals with the problem of burnout syndrom of teachers on secondary schools. The aim of this thesis was find out dependence of burnout syndrome on several factors, they are the age, the pedagogic practice, the type of secondary school, the number of pupils in the class and the number of pupils with special educational needs in class. It was used questionnaire method and individual talks with teachers on secondary schools for findings of experimental aids. Resultes shew, that measure of burnout syndrome don´t depends of age nor on longitude pedagogic practice, while number of pupils depends. Influence of number of pupils with special educational needs wasn´t evidenced. The reason was low number of respondents which haven´t this pupils in the class. Burnout syndrome arise on long term stress and presence is very individual for each teacher. There aren´t guaranteed methods how to stop development of this syndrome. Tolerance depends on several factors which are personal charakteristics, skills manage of stress, influence environs, type of profession. Preventive step is to be well- informed about burnout syndrome and know how it rise and which are it´s phases.
