Diplomová práce se zabývá možnostmi a využitím e-learningu v rámci vzdělávání zaměstnanců Ministerstva vnitra prostřednictvím policejních škol. Jejím cílem je především analýza e-learningového vzdělávání na Vyšší policejní škole a Střední policejní škole Ministerstva vnitra v Praze, identifikace příležitostí pro zlepšení plynoucích z praktické zkušenosti vybraným e-learningovým kurzem, tvorba nápravných, zlepšujících opatření a jejich ověření v praxi. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na objasnění pojmu e-learning, historický vývoj tohoto fenoménu, seznámení s jeho formami a v neposlední řadě s jeho výhodami a nevýhodami. Praktická část mapuje úroveň e-learningu a jeho formy ve Vyšší policejní škole a Střední policejní škole Ministerstva vnitra v Praze. Zkoumá jeho vliv na zvyšování kvalifikace zaměstnanců a jejich přístup k této formě vzdělávání. Dále popisuje praktickou zkušenost s vybraným kurzem, včetně identifikace příležitostí pro zlepšení, a jejich ověření mezi účastníky kurzu prostřednictvím dotazníkového průzkumu. Na jejich základě byla navržena opatření s následným ověřením v praxi. The diploma thesis deals with possibilities and usage of e-learning in the field of education of employees of Ministry of Interior through the Police schools. Its aim is to analyze e-learning training at the Police College and Secondary Police School of the Ministry of the Interior in Prague, to identify opportunities for improvement resulting from the practical experience with a chosen e-learning course, to create corrective improving measures and the verification in practice. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on the explanation of the concept of e-learning, the historical development of this phenomenon, the familiarization with the forms and last but not least with its advantages and disadvantages. The practical part is mapping the level of e-learning and its forms at the Police College and Secondary Police School of the Ministry of Interior in Prague. It examines the impact of e-learning on increasing the qualifications of employees and their attitude towards this form of education. It also describes the practical experience with the chosen course, including the identification of opportunities for improvement, and their verification by the participants through a questionnaire survey. On the basis of this experience some measures were suggested and subsequently verified in practice.
