Trends in working conditions

3 The bachelor thesis Trends in working conditions is focused on current tendencies in the area of working conditions, especially on the trend of democratization in organizations. The thesis analyzes this phenomenon, because it has not been described in association with working conditions enough. The main goal is to ascertain the reasons of growth of this phenomenon, its essence and the way it is realized. The reasons and the context of the formation and the growth are desribed according to surveys in a field of working satisfaction and can be also found in theories of working motivation. The essence is explained according to the authorities in this field. The emphasis is on the relationship between democratization in organizations and the working conditions. Every aspect of working conditions is described in detail, especially focused on the trends of democratization. The analysis is based on the examples of realization in real organizations. These examples can be found in whole thesis, related to the currently discussed topics. In general, the thesis strives for widening of existing knowledge with complex analysis of relationship between democratization in organizations and the working conditions. Psychosocial and organizational factors in nursing in selected non-governmental bed care institution.

The bachelor thesis "Psychosocial and Organizational Factors in Nursing in Selected Non- Governmental Bed Care Institutions" focuses on how nurses in non-state health care institutions perceive and evaluate the working environment and the conditions in which they provide nursing care. A positive assessment of the work environment has a significant impact on the quality and safety of the care provided. The work has a common structure composed of two parts, theoretical and empirical. The theoretical part provides a brief overview of the psychosocial and organizational factors that affect nursing work. Attention is paid not only to mental and physical burden, but also to organizational factors. The empirical part includes self-examination and presentation of results. The aim was to evaluate the results of our own investigation and to compare it with the results of previously conducted studies in the United States of America, Australia, Denmark and Portugal. Employee Satisfaction and the Wage System of the Company

This bachelor thesis deals with satisfaction of employee and wage system in the company. Employee satisfaction is a highly discussed topic these days due to the low unemployment rate. The fluctuation of employees makes companies to focus on satisfaction of their employees very thoroughly because the employees leave means increases the costs of company. This work is focused on the issue of the wage system and the management of human resources, which is related to the motivation, stimulation and satisfaction of the employees. The remuneration system is analyzed in the chosen company. The main purpose is to evaluate the connection between the employee satisfaction and the applied wage system in the chosen company. The evaluation is done through a questionnaire survey. Based on the found data, measures are proposed to improve the current situation in the company.
Proposal for Changes of Motivational System in a Selected Company

The bachelor thesis is focused on proposing changes of the concept of the motivation system in selected society. The theoretical part explains some activities related to human resources management as well as concepts related to motivation and stimulation. The analytical part contains a description of the company and analysis of the current state including a questionnaire survey. The last part of the bachelor thesis is focused on suggestions for improving the motivation system.

Human Resource Management In a Selected Organization

Nowadays, no successful organization can do without effective human resource management. Proper selection of employees, their evaluation, motivation, remuneration and care of them increases the competitiveness of the entire organizations, so it is very important to pay attention to all personnel activities in the organization. The aim of my thesis is to evaluate individual areas of human resource management in a selected organization and based on the analysis and evaluation of the current situation of the organization to suggest changes to improve the current state of human resource management. For the practical part I chose the joint-stock company Zemědělské služby Dynín. I used the form of a structured interview with the human resources officer. In the practical part, I first characterized the entire organization Zemědělské služby Dynín a.s., then I described the specific human resource management areas of the selected organization on the basis of the data from interviews with the human resources officer of the organization. Then, a questionnaire survey was carried out to gain the necessary views of employees on all areas of human resource management in the selected organization. After processing and analyzing the obtained information, I finally evaluated the state of human resource management in the organization and suggested several solutions to improve the current state that could be put into practice.
Generation Y in the Workplace

The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyze the current situation on the labor market and to evaluate whether what is offered to the young generation Y by the employer today is in compliance or in contrary to what this generation is expecting and requiring from a potential employer. The second objective is to compare the results of research conducted by renowned companies with the results of my own questionnaire.
Employment of people with mental disorders

This thesis deals with an issue of employment of people with mental disorders. The goal of thesis is to describe and to map mental disorders and to point out their maladaptive behaviors. Also to show possibilities of communication in working environment with people with mental disorders and to highlight opportunities of employment in the labor market. The issue is subsequently evaluated with use of questionnaire surveys and interviews with experts in the topic. The thesis is divided into two parts, in theoretical part are explained concepts related to mental illnesses and in practical part is described cooperation with organization Green Doors.

Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce je navrhnout změnu motivačního systému ve Společnosti XY v konkrétním sídle v Amsterdamu v Nizozemí. Na základě teoretického základu motivačních teorií, údajů získaných kvalitativním a kvantitativním výzkumem byl navržen návrh motivačního systému s cílem zlepšit motivaci a pracovní spokojenost zaměstnanců.
