Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce je navrhnout změnu motivačního systému ve Společnosti XY v konkrétním sídle v Amsterdamu v Nizozemí. Na základě teoretického základu motivačních teorií, údajů získaných kvalitativním a kvantitativním výzkumem byl navržen návrh motivačního systému s cílem zlepšit motivaci a pracovní spokojenost zaměstnanců. The main aim of this diploma thesis is to propose a motivational system change in the Company XY, in the particular office located in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Based on the theoretical background of motivational theories, data gathered by qualitative and quantitative research, proposal of the motivational system was suggested in order to improve motivation and job satisfaction of employees.
