The Head of State in the constitutional system of the Czech Republic: de iure and de facto

Diploma thesis "The Head of State in the constitutional system of the Czech Republic: de iure and de facto" discourses both provisions, which integrate the institution of the president of the republic in constitution, and the virtual implementation of this uppermost authority in the state. At the beginning, the thesis deals with the historical dimension of the issue. It speaks of the general development and history of the office in Czech lands. Hereupon a depiction of the theoretical extent of this office follows. A large verge is devoted to the placement and the powers of the president in the constitution. The pragmatic part of the thesis consists of two case studies. The first one deals with the presidency of Václav Havel. The second one deals with the execution of the office by Václav Klaus. An extra attention is paid to the analysis of the accordance between the theoretical and pragmatic pursuance of the office of president of the Czech Republic.
The evaluation of training units by basketball's players in the categories U12 and U14

Title: The evalation of training units by basketball's players in the categories U12 and U14. Objectives: Create a training units in the basketball for players category U12 and U14. These training units are always focused on training, physical condition training, game training and combinaton of the previous parts. We have to implement these trainings, create questionnaries for the players and get the training evaluation from them. Methods: There was used a professional literature for creating the training unit in this work. The literature is from the field of sport training, didactics of sport games and basketball literature. We use quantitative type of research. We analyse the ratings obtained from the training units for categories U12 and U14. Results: The results show that the most popular training units are those, which aimed at the training game. But the least popular are training units focused on practice for category U12 and physical condition training for U14. Meaning of practice and achieving of working experiences during the tertiary education due to competitivness on labor market in focus on graduates

This thesis is focused on the topic of job opportunities for graduates after the graduation on the labor market in the Czech Republic and possible preparation for this issue during the studies too. The object of this work is the participation of students on their career paths in the future and the competitiveness of their human capital. The position of graduates in the history of the Czech Republic is various. This thesis describes the university degree during the history and present of the Czech Republic. We're talking about the time period of socialism, then the Velvet Revolution and the period of tertiary education in a democratic society. These periods are described using the academic sources, theories and opinions. The thesis focuses on the time horizon of ten years from 2006 to 2015 in the research study. By the research author examines the various strategies and attitudes of students confronted with this issue. Respondents of the target group of graduates are interviewed for their actions during the tertiary education. The world is changing. There is technological progress, globalization and the countries are developing in all ways of socio-economic units. The thesis dealt with the basic elements of gymnastics in nursery schools in relation to education teachers. The aim of the study was to determine whether education kindergarten teachers in physical education, acquired at secondary pedagogical schools and faculties, is sufficient for quality management of physical activities and specifically gymnastic activities in nursery schools. The paper used two research methods: analysis of educational programs teaching schools from internet sources and interview teachers of kindergartens. The research was divided into three thematic areas. In the first part was analyzed curricula for secondary school teachers and teaching faculties devoted to physical education, has been found to the current state of education in this area. The second was investigated by questionnaire method glance graduates on their education in physical education. Emphasis was placed on their particular experience and personal opinion. The third area is also through the questionnaire dealt with the application of acquired knowledge and skills of teachers in practice. By analyzing the data the third lap was detected level of sports activities in the field of gymnastics to children in kindergartens.
Problems of basic playing football skills practice in children 6-8 years of age

Title: Problems of basic playing football skills practice in children 6-8 years of age Objectives: The aim of the thesis is to map the playing skills practice problems in children 6-8 years of age in Czech Republic and to map the influence of sports preparation on their improvement. Another aim of this thesis is to compare the playing skills practice in particular divisions using the training units. In order to determine the playing skills training practice in individual sections, a qualitative method of training units observation and communication with coaches as open dialogue are used. Methods: Data for this thesis were collected using the method of document examination. Required information from various scientific publications dealing with the topic were gained using this method. I also used the method of direct observation of training units of various levels of performance of the divisions in South Bohemia. The Open Dialogue method was also used. Trainers of children 6-8 years of age were interviewed. Results: Results show the importance of proper leadership and content of the training units in particular performance levels. Forms of cooperation of primary teachers with the Faculty of Education Charles University

The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the cooperation between faculty teachers and the Faculty of Education. It defines the role of a faculty teacher and a faculty school in relation to mentoring and the concept of the Clinical School. Furthermore, it surveys forms of cooperation and practice at PedF UK as well as the role of the Faculty and university teachers. The next part of the text focuses on places of interconnetion of theory and practice and presents the form of cooperation in educationally advanced countries. The research part of the thesis focuses on mapping the ways of cooperation between faculty teachers and the Department of Pre-primary and Primary Pedagogy, Faculty of Education, Charles University, and it analyzes the benefits and difficulties of the cooperation, as well as maps the forms of motivation that help this collaboration to be established. The crucial research question is: What forms of motivation do teachers mention when cooperating with the Faculty, what obstacles do they observe and what benefits and assets do they appreciate in this cooperation? As research tools, a group interview and an individual intervieware applied. The thesis also includes suggested ways to innovate the cooperation between faculty teachers and the Faculty of Education.
