Legal regulation of the product placement a its utilization by the czech television

The main aspects of this thesis is the analysis of the legal regulation of the product placement and its utilization by the Czech television. Czech law comes from the Directive 2007/65/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council, therefore several chapters are dedicated to secondary law of the European Union. The last part of this thesis includes few ideas about the law de lege ferenda. The second part of this thesis consists of the application of the product placement by the Czech television and there is a comparative analysis with selected television shows from around the world. The comparison is made with the similar shows in regards to their format and style. The result is a recommendation how to apply product placement in the future and kind of mistakes could be prevented.

The thesis "The institutional system struggling with underclared work in the Czech Republic " discusses institutional precautionary measures taken by the Czech republic in the matter of illegal employment. The key institution that has the responsibility to take measures against illegal work is the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of the Czech Republic. The fight against illegal employment requires the introduction of a wide range of mechanisms and measures ranging from prevention to repression to discourage employees and employers from benefiting from this phenomenon. Illegal employment jeopardizes economy, weakens the labour market and reduces the number of jobs for citizens who apply for them at the unemployment offices. To combat illegal employment, there have to be precautions against illegal employees on the demand side as well as against employers on the supply side. One of the objectives of the fight against illegal employment is that the measures contribute to the fulfilment of legal obligations, which relates to statutory contributions to social insurance, health insurance and income tax. The purpose of this thesis is to present the main features of out-of-court dispute resolution (alternative dispute resolution) with mediation in civil and commercial issues under Directive No. 2008/52/EC, Act No. 202/2012 Coll., on Mediation and Change Some Laws ("Medition Act"), and Spanish Act No. 5/2012 on Mediation in Civil and Commercial Matters. The thesis purpose is definition of ADR and types of ADR, mediation and its relationship with international law and legislation in the Czech Republic and Spain. The thesis is divided into five basic chapters. The first chapter explains the term ADR and its advantages and disadvantages, its methods, such as mediation, arbitration, early neutral evaluation, conciliation, minitrial, expert determination and ombudsman. The thesis also explains some hybrid methods of ADR, such as med-arb and arb-med. The second chapter is devoted to the mediation. The aim of this paper is to focus on the legislation of the organic agriculture in The Czech Republic. This paper summarises the relevant legislation in The Czech Republic in accordance with the legislation of The European Union. The thesis is composed of nine chapters and each addresses various aspects of the organic agriculture. In order to create a complete summary of this topic, each chapter builds on the previous one. The diploma thesis focuses on the legal regulation of hunting and gamekeeping. The aim of the diploma thesis entitled "Legal regulation of hunting" is a broad summarization of the historical development and the correlated alterations of the legislative framework in gamekeeping. In order to gain a deeper understanding of the historical context, the thesis focuses on the development of gamekeeping legislation from the early Middle Ages to presently effective legal regulation. The implicit part of the thesis is the evaluation and the reflection of the legislation applied in practice. The overall conclusion contains a proposal for possible legislative changes de lege ferenda. The first part of the thesis gives an overview of the historical development and the early legal regulations of gamekeeping, utilizing the important legal acts, which presented fundamental changes to the legal framework of gamekeeping. 1 Abstract The aim of the thesis is to present a comprehensive picture of the legal regulation governing the status and activities of political parties in the Czech Republic, to point out its weaknesses and, where appropriate, to present de lege ferenda proposals. The thesis is divided into four parts. The first part deals with the general development of modern political parties and the reasons that led to their institutionalization. Then, it presents the development of the legal regulation of political parties in the Czech lands, starting with the revolutionary events of 1848 and 1849 and ending with the establishment of the independent Czech Republic. The quasi-institution of political movements, whose presence in the legal system cannot be defended in any way, is also presented. The second part deals with the constitutional incorporation of political parties. At the constitutional level, the privileged role of political parties in the political system is explicitly recognised. The legal framework in remuneration of the employees in Czech republic Abstract The rigorosum thesis deals with the topic of legal framework in remuneration of the employees in Czech Republic. The legislation frame is built with the Act No. 262/2006 Coll., the Labor code, as amended and Act No. 234/2014 Coll., on Civil Service, as amended, and their executive acts. In the dependent work remuneration plays an unmistakable role of great importance. S. legal regulation Abstract The aim of the thesis is to introduce legal regulation of domestic violence in Czech Republic and in the United States of America including mutual comparison. The body of this thesis is divided into three main segments. The first segment defines the issue of domestic violence through characterizing its typical signs, forms and cycle. The second segment focuses on domestic violence in the Czech Republic with concise overview of the current legislation, forms of protection against domestic violence provided by the private law (especially the legislation within the Civil Code and the Act on Special Judicial Procedures). Following is the introduction to legislation on protection from domestic violence as defined in the Criminal Law. The presented thesis analyzes legal regulation concerning protection of nature and landscape in relation to climbing in the Czech Republic. The aim of the thesis is to create a comprehensive overview on legal aspects of climbing and its critical analysis. For these reasons the thesis attends to another activity closely connected to climbing which is movement of persons in free nature. Rights of owners of properties as one of the important private law aspects is considered as well. The key part addresses itself to legal regulation of climbing in specially protected areas which are important locations for the subject activity. Conclusions of the thesis are based on not only legislative and regulatory acts, but many administrative decisions and measures of general nature issued by nature conservation authority.
