Problems of bullied pupils and teachers in elementary schools

The thesis is focused on problems of bullied pupils and teachers in elementary schools. The theoretical part describes the matter of bullied pupils and teachers. The terms like bullying and cyber bullying are explained. The thesis also deals with main signals, phases and forms of bullying. It defines main actors of bullying, their relations and the consequences which bullying causes. The thesis also deals with the characteristic of bullying and its preventing. The practical part is made by the research which is focused on the issue of bullying in children collective and bullying teachers. The research instruments were questionnaires about bullying, their goals were to find out the occurence of bullying between the pupils and the teachers. The results proved that the bullying occures in a third of the pupils who were also able to describe how and how often they are hurt. It was also proved that the bullying is such an unpleasant topic between teachers that they are not able to accept its existence and that it is very problematic to find the way to solve it. The results are processed both in written form and graphic form in wiev of the theoretic knowledge from the first part.

Socioeconomic consequences of Japanese American internment in the United States during World War II Abstract This bachelor thesis describes the consequences of wartime internment of Japanese Americans in the USA. It is concerned with short- and long-term socioeconomic effects of the incarceration. The first part of the thesis introduces Japanese immigration to the United States and the struggle of the pacific states to reduce it. The next chapter informs the reader about the internment itself, including its causes, process and the reasons of its termination. The third part is concerned with the socioeconomic status of the community between the two world wars. The main focus of the chapter is to tell why Japanese Americans chose agriculture and small farming over other professional fields. The socioeconomic consequences of the internment are analyzed in the main chapter. The study reflects the short- and long-term effect of incarceration on Japanese Americans. The conclusion overviews the findings of the thesis and also provides a quick summary of the redress movement which achieved a formal apology and financial compensation to the survivors of the internment. Diploma thesis "Behavioral symptoms in sexually abused children, families access and response of social workers" focuses on clarifying the issue of child sexual abuse and its course. The introductory chapters deal with explaining the concept of sexual abuse and the possible occurrence. It characterized by potential victims, offenders and the possible risks. The work focuses on social and psychosomatic manifestations of children who are victims of sexual abuse. It compares the responses of children by age and sex. Driving while intoxicated among students in Czech Republic

The first main part is devoted to alcohol itself, its detailed description, development, its effects on the body. Further, I will deal with alcohol and residual strength measurements at the roadside. With this theme also relates to the safety of our roads, campaigns against drinking and driving, as well as various statistics of accidents under the influence compared with other countries. The practical part will discuss the connection between education and driving under the influence of alcohol. Evaluating whether the educational level and age of drivers associated with driving under the influence of alcohol. We describe the attitudes of students to the problem of driving under the influence of alcohol. Research is conducted through anonymous questionnaires from a sample of fifty students from the fourth year of vocational school and fifty students from the first year of college. The result of the work will be summarized results will be evaluated and demonstrated a comprehensive overview of this issue. Withdrawal from contract in business relations (consequences) Summary Withdrawal from a contract i the instute available to parties that find a contract to be unsound or damaging and that seek to be released from their contractual obligations. The conditions under which a party has the right to withdraw from a contract can be set out in the contract itself, but if the contract does not make specific provision for this then a right to withdrawal may be mandated by law. Following a party's withdrawal from a contract, both (or all) parties will find themselves in a new situation with new mutual rights and obligations. This paper focuses on the regulations governing the consequences of withdrawal from a contract as set out in the Czech Commercial Code. A major aspect of this is an analysis of the theoretical conception of withdrawal ex nunc (one of the most important legal concepts distinguishing current commercial regulations from the regulations set out in the General Civil Code). Obesity its causes and cosequences

Obesity is one of the most common health problems in the Word. Over 500 million adults and over 40 million children are obese. The aim of this work is to summarize findings of causes and consequences of this health problem. Even though in some cases only genetic mutations are responsible for obesity for example mutation in ob gene or Prader-Willi syndrome most cases are caused by lifestyle of people -excessive food intake and insufficient physical activity. There are many health problems accompanying obesity. The most serious problems are metabolic syndrome, diabetes mellitus, cardiovascular diseases and cancer. The consequences of obesity are, however, not confined only to health. We can also observe the economic consequences. Financial cost of treatment of obesity and related diseases are estimated in billions of dollars. Pharmacological treatment has so far proved to be ineffective. If drugs are effective, the side effects are so severe that their use is not possible. So far, the adipose tissue hormones that regulate food intake provide the best hope.
