Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou šikanovaných žáků a učitelů na základní škole. V teoretické části je popsána problematika šikany žáků i učitelů. Vysvětleny jsou pojmy šikana a kyberšikana. Dále se zabývá hlavními znaky, stádii a formami šikany. Jsou zde popsáni hlavní aktéři šikany, jejich vzájemné vztahy a následky, které šikanování přináší. Práce se dále zabývá charakteristikou prevence a diagnostiky šikany. Výzkumná část je tvořena výzkumem zaměřeným na problematiku šikany mezi dětmi a šikanu učitelů na základní škole. Nástrojem pro výzkum byly dotazníky o šikaně, jejichž cílem bylo zjištění výskytu šikany mezi žáky i učiteli. Výsledky výzkumu ukázaly, že šikana mezi dětmi existuje u třetiny dětí, které byly schopny popsat, jak často a jakým způsobem jim je ubližováno. Potvrdilo se, že šikana mezi učiteli je velmi nepříjemné téma, které si nechtějí připouštět, a je tedy problematické najít cestu, jak ji řešit. Výsledky jsou zpracovány dle odborné literatury jak v písemném, tak i v grafickém provedení. The thesis is focused on problems of bullied pupils and teachers in elementary schools. The theoretical part describes the matter of bullied pupils and teachers. The terms like bullying and cyber bullying are explained. The thesis also deals with main signals, phases and forms of bullying. It defines main actors of bullying, their relations and the consequences which bullying causes. The thesis also deals with the characteristic of bullying and its preventing. The practical part is made by the research which is focused on the issue of bullying in children collective and bullying teachers. The research instruments were questionnaires about bullying, their goals were to find out the occurence of bullying between the pupils and the teachers. The results proved that the bullying occures in a third of the pupils who were also able to describe how and how often they are hurt. It was also proved that the bullying is such an unpleasant topic between teachers that they are not able to accept its existence and that it is very problematic to find the way to solve it. The results are processed both in written form and graphic form in wiev of the theoretic knowledge from the first part.
