Modern methods of employee development in the context of talent management

The aim of the thesis is to identify and characterize modern methods of personnel development in the context of talent management. Emphasis is placed on the use of couching, mentoring, self-learning and e-learning (webinars, online seminars, video learning and mobile learning) in career management and work performance. A well-designed workplace development and learning system allows employees to effectively manage their careers. The acquired knowledge and skills can be used by talented individuals in creative activities and the development of the organization. Further training of management and employees of public administration

The aim of this thesis is a systematic treatise on the importance of the process and goals of professional training of employees in public administration with a focus on the specifics of training in computer and language. The first chapter of the latest scientific findings described in the general position of the aims and methods of education employees in all sectors. The second chapter deals with training in computer literacy and language skills as a cross-cutting areas of training required at all levels of administration not only in public now, but also in the private sector, especially in the tertiary sector service provision. While the first two chapters concern the education of employees in general and also submit proposals for the streamlining of the educational process, the third chapter focuses on public law. The thesis deals with the issue of adult education and development, is specially focused on the group of personal fitness trainers, their development and further professional education. In the theoretical part of the thesis, great attention is paid to the conceptualization and systemization of adult education, instead of adult education within the concept of lifelong learning. The thesis deals with one of the most important areas of education, namely further education. It deals with individual subsystems of further education with an emphasis on further professional adult education. Educational needs of the visually handicap in the context of another professional education

Final work on the topic Specific educational needs of visually impaired teachers in the framework of further professional education with a focus on needs and possibilities related with lifetime education of visually impaired teachers in the Czech Republic. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. Theoretical part is focused on disabilited people - people with visual impairment - support, rehabilitation and usage of compensation aids. Furthermore, it maps the social system of services that are grouped together and are helping to people with visual impairment. The key topic is the education system in the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic. Practical part analyzes possibilities of further professional education of visually impaired pedagogical workers and it aspires for the identification of needs and current offer of this education to be realized. Through the research interview were searched needs and possibilities of the market with another education for specific target group of visual impairment people. Quality assurance of education in organizations providing further vocational education Dagmar Urbanová ABSTRACT The aim of the thesis is to analyze the possibilities of assurance of quality in private organizations providing adult professional education in the Czech Republic and to find out whether and with what impact these possibilities are currently used. The theoretical part puts continuing professional education into the context of lifelong learning, outlines the historical development of this segment of education, recalls important documents, organizations, and events that advocate autonomy, development and spreading of awareness of the importance of continuing professional education. In the second chapter of the theoretical part, the current possible tools and methods for the management and evaluation of the quality of adult education are defined and described. Barriers in Education of Mothers on Parental Leave

This Bachelor's thesis focuses on barriers in further education of mothers on parental leave. It aims to find what the specifics of these barriers are, as compared to the wider adult population. Mothers on parental leave are considered a specific group in the job market as well as in the field of education; therefore they need to be given special attention. The first part of the thesis defines further professional education as a part of lifelong education and introduces the surveys representing the base for my own survey, and also introduces some of the factors that influence the perceived barriers in education of mothers on parental leave. The detection of barriers in further education of mothers on parental leave was carried out in a quantitative survey. The final thesis on the topic specific educational needs of visually impaired teachers as part of continuing professional education focuses on needs and opportunities related to education and lifelong education of visually impaired teachers in the Czech Republic. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with the support, rehabilitation and use of assistive devices for this education. Furthermore, mapping companies and organizations supporting the visually impaired and offers examples of good practice. The practical part analyzes the possibilities of further professional education of visually impaired teachers, and seeks to identify the needs and currently offers this education into practice. Education of Librarians in the Central Bohemia Region

(in English) The aim of this thesis is to introduce the system of further professional education of librarians in Central Bohemian Region. After an introduction to the topic, a definition of legislative framework follows. The thesis also describes terminology including its development, the end of the chapter presents a list of possible funding means. The next section briefly describes the history of further professional education of librarians in Central Bohemian Region from 1960s to 2005. The main analytical section acquaints the reader in detail with contemporary educating schemes, their methods and forms in context of individual target groups and with particular topics, as well. This section works with the period between 2006 and 2012. Following section brings an outline of possible further education of librarians. It contemplates possible sources of important and essential topics. A survey between methodical workers has been chosen as a basis for determining possible future forms of professional education. The end of the thesis summarizes options as well as limitations of further professional education of library workers in Central Bohemian Region.

The goal of my bachelor thesis is a description of the IPSYS project (Informatically counseling system for consultants from the field of further learning), which was realized to support the Czech labour market. The thesis is focused on demonstration of project utility, its disadvantages, and possibilities of further development. As a support to main goals, I set up some secondary goals, which will help readers to understand the labour market problematics. These goals are: description of labour market in general, reference to some problems connected with labour market, and description of Czech governmental politics supporting labour market.
