Agro-environmentální audit krajiny v měřítku konkrétního zemědělského podniku
Klevetová, Eliška
The solution of my bachelor thesis reflects the societal need to reduce the impact of agricultural activities on the environment in the long term based on the principle of prevention. I follow the form of quantitative and qualitative analysis of the farm life cycle, including landscape contexts, primarily through analytical evaluation to the final design of farm management solutions. The main interest of my work is to create the conditions for transferring these outputs into planning practices to raise awareness regarding the use of landscape in the context of responsible agriculture. In the first part of the thesis, I focus on the development of a methodological procedure for assessing the impact of agricultural management on the landscape, based on which I propose optimization measures to promote ecosystem services and quality of production. The landscape audit itself is based on a detailed quantitative and qualitative analysis of the current state of farm management in terms of environmental inputs and outputs. The analytical-synthetic evaluation results in the second part of the work, which is the determination of the environmental profile of the farm and the determination of ways of solving the problematic areas in farming. The third part of the thesis is the actual proposal for optimization of the management in terms of inputs used, protection of natural resources, and optimization of the landscape structure.
Railway brownfields - potential of the city. Case study of Bubny railway station.
Kluchová, Adéla ; Slámová, Eliška (advisor) ; Pospíšilová, Lucie (referee)
The railway, that brought the industrial expansion to the medieval walls of Prague in the 19th century, left there a hundred years later immense, undivided lucrative spaces, that are overdimensioned for the requirements of the current railway transportation. The railway brownfields now offer their potential to integrate themselves into the city organism, connect the already existing housing areas and create new, multifunctional city quarters. This thesis introduces the issue of the railway brownfield transformation in both historical context, and the context of nowadays approach to spatial planning. The case study presents the brownfield of the Praha-Bubny railway station and the organisations, that are creating the image of the brownfield's future transformation, as well as their partial goals and ideas about the newly forming space. KEY WORDS: railway brownfields, Bubny railway station, transformation, urbanism, spatial planning

Komárek, Matěj ; Franková, Martina (advisor) ; Stejskal, Vojtěch (referee)
Conceptual tools of spatial planning and its specifics in specially protected areas in Šumava The thesis concerns with the relation between nature and landscape protection and spatial planning in Šumava. In Šumava we find Czech biggest national park and the whole area is protected with some other territorial protection tools of landscape and nature. Simultaneously we find in Šumava a large number of villages some of them located in the most strictly protected areas. In 2017 an amendment to the act no. 114/1992 Coll., on nature and landscape protection, was approved. The thesis was created at the turn of 2019 and 2020 when some territorial protection tools, such as quiet zones in national park, national park management plans and national parks zoning systems were redefined based on the 2017 amendment. This amendment has changed significantly the protection tools of landscape and nature and strengthen its role in the national parks. The mayors of municipalities were outright against the amendment and argued that as a result of this amendment the development of the villages would be limited. The thesis concerns with specifics of conceptual tools of spatial planning in Šumava, i. e. how the villages are limited in its territorial development by the existence of specially protected areas, also...

Pasportizace budov JČU pomocí CityEngine s využitím bezpilotních technologií
SMRŽ, Pavel
The aim of this work is to create 3D model of the buildings of the University of South Bohemia and its surroundings in the ArcGIS CityEngine program. For the given area, the roofs and facades of the buildings owned by the University of South Bohemia were photographed using the DJI Phantom 4 Pro drone. The images served as textures for the appearance of individual buildings in the created model. The work is divided into two parts. The first part includes a literature review and is theoretical introduction to the topic of passporting, spatial planning, unmanned aerial vehicles and 3D modeling. The second part describes used methods and the steps to the created building model in CityEngine.
Processing of territorial study as a basis for urban plan
ČERMÁKOVÁ, Veronika
The diploma thesis is focused on the preparation of a territorial study and the related issues of territorial planning. The chosen locality for the development of the study is the village of Myslkovice. Through the analysis, several problems were found to be solved. This is a lack of living space, a threat to the popular public space in front of the local castle and noise and dust pollution around the production areas. Each of the locations requires a different solution and all are described in detail in this thesis. In addition to the solution and description of the affected areas, the work also inc-ludes a literature search of the chosen issue and a detailed description of the area. The conclusion of the work is the recommendation of resulting strategies to improve the analyzed problems.
Contextual rural landscaping
Dohnal, Tomáš
The management and use of the rural environment has its own laws and specifics that must be respected. All interventions in the rural landscape should also be guided by them. The landscape is not a unique author's work of art or an engineering production area, but a complex environment for the life of the inhabitants in the given natural conditions. At the same time, the way to live in the landscape is developed evolutionarily through thousands of years of coexistence. All changes have always been checked by time, both continuously and at breaking points, and the appropriateness of the arrangement of functional areas in the territory is determined only by their long-term use. Not professional experts, but users of the landscape are its true creators. The publication Rural landscaping and its tools tries to map the possibilities and limits of this approach. Its main author, Jiří Löw, has been working on the issue of the use and protection of the rural landscape since the end of the 1970s. The paper describes the main topics and principles of the contextual approach to planning and creating the rural environment.
Processing of territorial study as a basis for urban plan
ŠINDELÍŘOVÁ, Terezie
The diploma thesis is focused on spatial planning, specifically on the elaboration of a spatial study. It is processed on the territory of the town of Trhové Sviny. Based on the analysis and knowledge of the area, the low civic amenities within the recreation were evaluated. The strategy for the future is to strengthen this equipment. The aim of the work is to develop a territorial study, which aims to select suitable areas for the implementation of selected interests. Each of the design areas is thoroughly described and map outputs are created for it with the technical infrastructure and with the design of individual buildings. The result of the work is finding suitable locations for the construction of a guest house and a recreation center.
