V této práci je přiblížena problematika územního plánování a programů s ním spojeným. Jsou zde popsány možnosti využití programů jako je GIS a BIM. V praktické části jsou ukázány možnosti analýz území, které mohou být využity zároveň s tvorbou územních plánů. In this thesis, the issue of spatial planning and related programmes is presented. The possibilities of using programs such as GIS and BIM are described. In the practical part, the possibilities of land use analysis that can be used simultaneously with the development of land use plans are shown.
