Master's thesis deals with the assessment of the BENU pharmacy information system and proposes the necessary changes to increase the efficiency and effectiveness that will help the companyin their internal processes. The introductory part is focused on the theoretical basis of the work, where the basic concepts are explained. The second part is devoted to the company and the analysis of the information system, its features, characteristics and requirements. The last part, which is based on the analysis of the current state, containts suggestions for improvement, benefits and economic evaluation.

This master thesis deals with application of project management methods in a company in setting up a project plan information system implementation. In the first part of the thesis is summarized theory to issues of strategic management and strategic analysis. The next part is followed by analysis of the current status of the selected business entity. The main output of the thesis is compiled plan information system implementation project by proposals for action in the field of risk analysis, time analysis, and the planned budget.

This Bachelor’s thesis characterizes and analyzes the company Agrodružstvo Jevišovice, which plans a unique business project – the crocodile farm as part of agricultural tourism’s grounds. The object of my Bachelor’s thesis is the elaboration of financial plan and risk analysis. It comprises proposals of possible solutions of identified risks which should result in a successful completion of the project and its economical operation with minimizing extraordinary cost and damages.

Risk Analysis of Important Factors of Company Using Statistical Methods

This diploma thesis is focusing on the analysis of individual financial indicators of company MARLENKA international s.r.o. using the methods of financial analysis and statistical methods. The financial situation of the company is evaluated based on the results of analyzes. Then the prediction of the evolution of the selected indicators is calculated for the next two years using regression analysis and interval regression analysis. The diploma thesis also addresses potential risk for the company and recommendations for the risk reduction. Following the analyzes, a summary of the company’s financial situation is created.

The diploma thesis is focused on assessment of a selected company’s information system, whose field of business is sale of gardening supplies. The thesis comprises theoretical knowledge about information systems and management of their effectiveness and security. It further provides description of the researched information system along with its insufficiencies. Based on the assessed analytical methods and a conducted survey the thesis provides suggestion to the system which aim at improvement of the current conditions and decrease of the detected risks. The implementation of the provided suggestions is evaluated from an economic perspective.

This diploma thesis deals with the analysis of financial indicators using time series, regression analysis and interval regression analysis of a selected company. The diploma thesis describes selected financial indicators, time series, regression analysis and interval regression analysis. Furthermore, the calculations of financial indicators for the selected company and the characteristics of the time series are performed. Individual financial indicators are subjected to regression analysis and interval regression analysis. Based on the performed analyzes, the company's risk factors are determined and recommendations for the improvement of the current situation in the company are proposed.

The diploma thesis focuses on marketing communication of a selected company. The thesis is divided into several basic parts. The first part presents the theoretical background needed to understand the subsequent text. The practical part of the thesis discusses the analysis of the current situation at the selected company. Next, it also includes a questionnaire survey carried out by the author of the thesis. Based on the results obtained from the analyses, the thesis proposes improvements to marketing communication. Risk analysis is then applied to these proposals.
