Diplomová práce se zabývá implementací ERP systému v dané společnosti s využitím metod projektového managementu. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na nejdůležitější oblasti z projektového managementu a podstatu ERP systémů. Následně jsou provedeny strategické analýzy společnosti. Stěžejní část diplomové práce obsahuje konkrétní návrh projektu implementace ERP systému, jehož součástí je analýza rizik, časová analýza a stanovení rozpočtu. The master´s thesis deals with implementation of ERP system in the company using project management methods. The theoretical part is focused on the most important areas of project management and the essence of ERP systems. Afterwards there are carried out strategic analysis of the company. The main part of thesis contains the specific proposal of project of implementation of ERP system which includes risk analysis, time analysis and budgeting.
