Generator of the Spatial Structure of the Cardiovascular System of the Human Hand Finger
Gajdoš, Samuel ; Goldmann, Tomáš (referee) ; Drahanský, Martin (advisor)
The work contains theoretical knowledge in the field of scanning the veins of the human finger as a biometric feature. In addition to the study of biometrics, the thesis also includes resources from the field of medicine, where it mainly studies the anatomy and distribution of organs in the human finger. Subsequently, the algorithm that was selected to generate the spatial structure of the cardiovascular system of the human finger is discussed. This is a Space Colonization algorithm that was not created for this purpose. However, with small modifications to the basic algorithm, this procedure proved to be relatively efficient and suitable for the given task. The work also describes the used programming environment Processing and its libraries, which were used in the implementation of the spatial model generator.
EOG signal processing using Arduino
Typovský, Viktor ; Králík, Martin (referee) ; Harabiš, Vratislav (advisor)
This bachelors thesis deals with scanning and processing EOG signal. Processing means displaying EOG signal detection and eye movement. The theoretical part is first described the formation and properties of EOG signal. Furthermore, they describe factors affecting EOG. The practical part is then given proposal hardware solutions to capture this signal and processing algorithm. Scanning EOG signal is realized by means of the instrumentation amplifier. Its filtration is used lowpass Sallen-Key. It was decided to maintain during scanning DC component of the signal. But that was a problem regarding the electrode potential. This problem would be resolved by the proposed compensation circuit. Processing the resultant signal is then performed in an environment Processing using Arduino platform. EOG imaging algorithm and motion detection functions and is given.
Design of the device for the liquid wax transport and preparation
Koutek, Karel ; Škopán, Miroslav (referee) ; Fialová, Simona (advisor)
The aim of this work is analyze using some types of hydrostatic pumps suitable for the transfer and processing of foundry wax. The first part will deal with commonly used wax processing technologies, including design specifications of the devices. Second part will contain a simple design of the pump will be carried out.

Back-bone deformation analysis using modern sensors
Fiala, Vojtěch ; Janoušek, Oto (referee) ; Čmiel, Vratislav (advisor)
This bachelor thesis summarizes the knowledge of the medical and technical field related to the project. In the medical section, there are mainly described areas of kinesiology and medicine related to the causes and risk factors leading to problems and diseases of the spine. In addition to the description of the disease, there are also presented the diagnostic solutions and treatment. The content of the medical part of the thesis is also a look at some commercially available products dealing also with postural problems. Part of the technical part is acquaintance with the Arduino platform and the components that are included in the practical part of the bachelor thesis. In the technical part, the area of motion sensors such as accelerometers, IMU sensors and gyroscopes are also described in more detail. Especially there is described IMU MPU-6050, which is used in this project. Further, the thesis describes the procedure in the practical part of the project, including the design of the positioning of the sensors with the positions in which the data are measured, as well as the design of the assembly and its optimization. Subsequently, the final appearance of the device, including the method of attachment on the body, and the measurement results are shown. Results are later commented and discussed. The final part of the thesis is the final summary of the results achieved and the reflections on the possibilities of further work or further adjustments and modifications of the existing equipment.
Vertex/Pixel Shaders in Realtime Rendering
Ligmajer, Jiří ; Havel, Jiří (referee) ; Švub, Miroslav (advisor)
My bachelor's thesis is about vertex and pixel shaders. It is engaged in evolution, funcionality and usage of shaders in realtime graphics. This bachelor's thesis also includes tutorials, that are describing theory and implementation of three realtime rendering techniques, which were chosen by me. Results of my realtime techniques are evaluated at the end of my book.
Tetrahedral Mesh Processing Library
Hromádka, David ; Havel, Jiří (referee) ; Španěl, Michal (advisor)
Many architecure, medical and engineering applications need a spacial support for various numerical computations (i.e. FEM simulations). Tetrahedral meshes are one of perspective spatial representations for them. In this thesis, several possibilities of effective tetrahedral mesh representation for its generating and processing are described. A computer library for the mesh processing is proposed which can be characterized by memory  efficient imposition of the mesh while preserving the ability to apply topological and geometric algorithms effectively. The library is implemented in C++ language using templates. Time and space complexity of typical mesh operations is compared with CGAL library and according to measurements the proposed library has lower memory requirements than CGAL.
Software for evidention of error cases
Menšík, Tomáš ; Andrš, Ondřej (referee) ; Kovář, Jiří (advisor)
This thesis deals with the elaboration and registration of reporting failures on machinery equipment during performance of works operational maintenance support team. Software is tested in operation at Honeywell Brno. The aim of this thesis is to design software in Excel VBA development environment that can manage statistically and graphically present the results of usability machinery.
Digital Photo Processing
Zdražil, Vít ; Sumec, Stanislav (referee) ; Potúček, Igor (advisor)
This document focuses on processing of RAW image data from digital cameras. In first section is described principle of image capturing by digital camera, common way of image processing in the device and what the RAW format is, its pros and cons. In the next section is described existing demosaicing methods, methods for additional processing of RAW image data and there is analyzed specific RAW format, Canon's CR2, including structure and guide for its conversion. Next sections contains proposal of the new improved demosaicing method and method for suppressing digital noise. On this basis a library for basic CR2 files processing was implemented. There is comparison of methods for processing RAW image data with this library in the next section. In the conclusion there is summary of finished work and there is also mentioned outline of future work.
Using the Arduino module to manage the physical model of the MVE
Perout, Miroslav ; Vrána, Michal (referee) ; Radil, Lukáš (advisor)
This bachelor thesis is focused on acquaintance with the model of MVE and creation of a proposal of the structure of management on the basis of the obtained information. In the first step, the differences in the generators used are described and explained. Subsequently, according to the parameters of the measured system, individual measuring elements and modules are designed to send information to the selected microprocessor. In the last step, the issue of creating visualization software through the Processing environment is discussed.
