V této diplomové práci je zpracován podnikatelský plán pro založení jazykové školy ve Vietnamu. První část práce obsahuje teoretická východiska, jež jsou podkladem pro následující kapitoly. Druhá část práce se soustředí primárně na analýzu makroprostředí a mikroprostředí. Ve třetí, návrhové části, je zpracován podnikatelský plán obsahující veškeré náležitosti, na jejichž základě se lze rozhodnout, zda podnikatelský plán realizovat, či nikoli.

This work is dealing with formation of a business plan for a concrete company small scale and verification of its feasibility and competitiveness in the Czech market environment. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part I deal with on basic business terms. In the practical part already I apply the theory into practice. I also deal with drawing up a concrete business plan. This is followed by the practical part of starting a business with a focus on e-shop clothing. Based on the compiled plan I reviewed the conditions of establishment, potential risks and business competitiveness.

The first chapter contains the theoretical background of the thesis concerning the business and the established analytical methods. The second part deals with the analysis of the current situation of the external and internal environment of the company, with the application of marketing research. The third part is devoted to the development of a specific business plan, using the knowledge from previous chapters.

The thesis analyzes the present situation of the company by analyzing of the internal and external surroundings. The aim is to suggest changes and choose the appropriate strategy for the development of small business. The proposal is analyze the possibility of transformation of the business entity to a limited liability company and the possibility of obtaining the operating and investment loan.

I will write the thesis in three parts. The first part will focus on the theoretical solutions of work suitable for the business plan, in the second the analysis part i will focus on the analysis of the external and internal surroundings of the company and in the third the practical part I will try to present findings from the parts theoretical nad analysis into a viable business plan.

The examination of the entrepreneurial intension aimed at European funds is in this thesis mentioned too.
