Bakalářská práce se věnuje popisu strategických nástrojů používaných nově vznikajícími inovativními IT firmami při tvorbě strategického plánu. V teoretické části se práce zaobírá strategickými nástroji, vývojem produktu a financováním inovativních IT firem a snaží se identifikovat vhodné prostředky pro tvorbu strategie. Nástroje popsané v teoretické části následně používá k vytvoření konkrétního strategického plánu nové společnosti. The dissertation aims on strategic tools of new inovative IT company for creating strategic plan. In theoretical part the thesis research strategic tools, developing a product and financing of innovative IT companies and tries to identificate proper right tools for creating strategy. Tools examined in theoretical part are used in practical part to create concrete strategic plan of new company.
