Design of multi-functional machining centre
Cvejn, Jiří ; Holub, Michal (referee) ; Blecha, Petr (advisor)
The purpose of this diploma thesis is a design of frame, crossbar, transverse feed, sliding feed of multifunctional machining center. In the first part, there is a brief research of history of machine tool conducted, division of machining centers, materials for frame construction, alternatives of drives of sliding axis. Further, I carry out an analysis of parameters of compeeting machine tools, from which I selected the parameters of our machine. Frame project of the machine, propulsion of axis X and Y, kinematic connection of axis X,Y,Z. Frame of machine is analysed by Finite Element Method. Over the scope of this work I suggest a solution for covering of linear axis as well as their measuring of actual position. 3D model of frame and drives of machine are included in this work. A complete formation has been introduced into the immersive virtual reality environment.

Diploma thesis includes design and examination of steel load-carrying structure. Construction includes car deal warehouse and car repair shop with extension for car varnishing. Car deal warehouse has ground dimensions 22 x 30 m and total high 10 m. Main frame is composed of Vierendeel trusses with arc shape. Car repair shop has ground dimensions 20 x 30 m and total high 10 m. Main frame is composed of truss girders and web-plate columns. Frame extension has ground dimension 20 x 10 m and total high 6,4 m. Cladding is composed of sandwich panels. Store´s gable wall and a part of the roof are glass. Climatic load is intended for locality Ostrava.
Mechanisms of QoS assurance in fixed, wireless and mobile data networks
Václavek, Radovan ; Novotný, Vít (referee) ; Molnár, Karol (advisor)
This bachelor´s thesis deals with mapping technologies and base parameters used to guarantee the quality of systems in the local area networks, including wireless and mobile ones. I have focused mainly on requests and classifications, which are typical for the types of networks on link layer. In Ethernet I focused on the gradual trends in the fore mentioned technologies and IEEE 802.1Q and connected IEEE 802.1p standards included. The next part describes the quality of systems in wireless nets in different types of environments and again uses given standards for quality of systems guarantee in 802.11e and connected 802.11a/b/g standards. The next part focuses on the latest generations of mobile nets, looking at the types and trends of the latest technologies. Here I draw from standard project 3GPP, which describes the problems with these technological developments. The next part focuses on WiMAX technologies. In the penultimate paragraph, the constituent network technologies are compared from the view of securing QoS and I propound possible ways of securing coversion of constituent technologies. The conclusion summarises all the technologies I have mentioned and the future trends including possible problems and challenges with these latest technologies.
Warehouse Hall with Outbuilding
Honeš, Filip ; Ing. Milan Šmak, Ph.D (referee) ; Bajer, Miroslav (advisor)
Task of bachelor thesis deals with design of steel supporting structure at warehouse hall with outbuilding, which is situated in Kopřivnice. The hall is 18,0 m and extension is 6,0 m wide. Total hall´s lengh is 54,0 m. The main supporting elements are diagonal links, made from plain solid frame from rolled profiles with joint bearing on column base. Purlins are also proposed from plane solid profiles. The calculation has been done in Scia Engineer 2010 program and by hand calculation.
Wood-splitting machine
Hoplíček, Štěpán ; Kašpárek, Jaroslav (referee) ; Malášek, Jiří (advisor)
The objectives of bachelor´s thesis are following: Research of known designs of woodsplitting machines, comparison mechanically to hydraulically driven machines, computation and design of own wood-splitting machine. It is designed hydraulic machine with vertical structure. The machine is designed for splitting beech and oak wood with a maximum diameter of 300 mm and length of 1000 mm. It is calculated the maximum splitting force, designed and checked the frame, designed hydraulic circuit and splitting wedge. Bachelor´s thesis contains the assembly drawings of wood-splitting machine and the frame.
Design of pneumobil driven by pneumatic motor
Podhorský, Petr ; Robenek, Dětřich (referee) ; Nevrlý, Josef (advisor)
Master thesis deals with design of "student" pneumatic car equipped by pneumatic elements of a chosen firm. The introductory part is devoted to mapping the Hungarian competition. The idea of designing such vehicles comes from this competition. Next step is analysis of vehicles that are present in this competition. The main part describes the development of vehicle from the initial design, through analysis of main components, through to the production and presentation. The work contains a strain-stress analysis of the frame which is made by using the finite element method. The work ends with the conclusion which assesses the results.
Design of Bench Rotating Mechanism - an Fairground Attraction
Paraska, Boris ; Pokorný, Přemysl (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with a complex proposition of a revolving desk and frame mechanism. The whole mechanism consists of many parts. Every particular constructional solution and proposition is attested computationally. Drawing documentation – mechanical drawing of a formation - is also part of a complex proposition.
Modern coding of speech signals using overcomplete models
Zapletal, Ondřej ; Průša, Zdeněk (referee) ; Rajmic, Pavel (advisor)
The theoretical contents of this thesis are studies of overcomplete models. Those are the models of signals, on which is set for their parametrization more variables, than it's necessary and consequently there's computed so-called sparse solution via iteration algorithms. A goal of this analysis is a selection just of the considerable (sparse) parameters. The theory is based on a linear algebra, vector spaces, bases and so-called frames. The task of the individual project of this thesis is a description and simulation of two speech coders: a classical coder based on linear predictive speech coding and a coder, that's making use of overcomplete stochastic ARMA processes models. A part of their realization is to simulate their decoders and a analyze their reconstruction quality. For their realization there is used MATLAB and an overcomplete models' library (toolbox frames).
Frame trailer with tipping body
Uher, Milan ; Ješina, Miroslav (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with the design of the frame of a trailer with a tipping body. Its main contents are stability inspection of a carrying frame, further then designing suitable construction adjustments including their check calculations of case of stress. The stability inspection of the frame is carried out by means of the finite element method. A draft of the drawing documentation of the frame is as well included in this thesis. This diploma thesis was created in collaboration with the SVAN Chrudim company, Ltd.
Stress, deformation and safety analysis of the welded frame construction
Král, Jiří ; Machálka, Martin (referee) ; Vrbka, Jan (advisor)
Diploma thesis deals with creating of computational model of welded frame to perform strain-stress analysis. Thesis aims at verification of welded joints and their possible changes. The next goal is to compare stresses obtained from calculation with respect to welding standard and FEM analysis.
