Design Solutions and Development Trends of Formula Student Cars
Adámek, Ladislav ; Porteš, Petr (referee) ; Ramík, Pavel (advisor)
This bachelor´s thesis is engaged in history and description of progress and recent trends in Formula Student/SAE competition. The bigger part of this thesis is devoted to complex summary of structural designes of monoposts and construction units of most succesfull teams. The point of this survey was getting information about construction of competitor´s cars. Theese informations should be used for building own car.
Light Propagation Volumes
Růžička, Tomáš ; Tóth, Michal (referee) ; Milet, Tomáš (advisor)
The aim of master thesis is to describe different calculation of global illumination methods including Light Propagation Volumes. All three steps of LPV calculation are widely described: injection, propagation and rendering. It is also proposed several custom extensions improving graphics quality of this method. Two parts of design and implementation are focused on scene description, rendering system, shadow rendering, implementation of LPV method and proposed extensions. As conclusion, measurement and several images of application are presented, followed by comparison in environment with diffenent parameters, thesis summary with evaluation of achieved results and suggestions of further improvements.
Graphic Engine with Scripting Support
Pol, Leoš ; Švub, Miroslav (referee) ; Vyskočil, Michal (advisor)
The objective of this bachelor's thesis is to propose solution for a cross connection between specific graphic engine and a skripting language. Implementation this proposal into a demo application and present further continuing of this project.
An ITIL Simulator Game Engine
Pučálka, Martin ; Křivka, Zbyněk (referee) ; Rychlý, Marek (advisor)
This master's thesis is focused on Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL). Objective of the project was to analyze, design and implement a game engine, which would provide simulation of IT service operation in real or accelerated time or in turns. Basic part of the engine is a creators mode, which allows users to create custom IT services and specify their behaviour during operation, like the service would be used in real. Another part of the engine is a players mode and simple service desk. In this mode, players can take care of fluent operation of their services. Thanks to this, they can learn and train practices, which are described in ITIL.
Game Environment Checking by a Swarm of Autonomous Agents
Heindlová, Tina ; Nečasová, Gabriela (referee) ; Zbořil, František (advisor)
This thesis studies engine Enfusion and how to start with it. It describes the creation of a minigame to introduce the engine. Further, a backtracking algorithm for the detection of inconsistent states in the game worlds is introduced. Thesis describes how to create a simple world and its testing. The algorithm is tested and the testing results are discussed. In the end, it describes more methods of solutions.
Rotary drive system for living tool
Matyáš, Ondřej ; Marek, Jiří (referee) ; Marek, Tomáš (advisor)
The work shows us the basic division of the rotary náhonové system of CNC machines. The first part of the work of this thesis refers to the fundamental distribution of the Rotational náhonové system, i.e. tool and workpiece. Another part is the distribution according to the method of drive, the rotary actuator and directly driven.
Variable compression ratio for an internal combustion engine
Dragoun, Jan ; Svída, David (referee) ; Drápal, Lubomír (advisor)
This bachelor thesis describes the advantages and disadvantages of structures with variable compression ratio used in the past, present, and realistically applicable in the future depending on the current trend of modern developments in engine design.
Augmented reality and its use
Ibehej, David ; Holoubek, Tomáš (referee) ; Hůlka, Tomáš (advisor)
Augmented reality is one of the most developed technological areas. It corresponds with the fact, that we hear more and more about it and therefore it needs to be considered for the future. This bachelor thesis attempts to provide brief research in topics of its definition, history, current usage, shortcomings and options in the field of game engines and developer tools. In second part it demonstrates possible utilization in industry providing the solution of mechanical component projection and interaction.
Piston for 25 kW 2-stroke SI-engine
Bečka, Petr ; Dundálek, Radim (referee) ; Svída, David (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with a design of a piston for 25kW motorcycle engine. The work is focused to main dimension of piston, dimension of crank mechanism and strenght calculation of dangerous crosses. Piston would be able to work during common conditions of running.
Animation Library Focused on Skeletal Animations
Dokoupil, Petr ; Přibyl, Jaroslav (referee) ; Štancl, Vít (advisor)
This thesis proposes an architecture of animation engine flexible enough to support large scale of animation algorithms with unified approach to each one of them. One of the major goals of the engine is to support creation of very complex animation seqences with high degree of animation execution control. The main animation technique used in the engine is skeletal animation and some variants of this technique are already implemented within, but it was never meant to be skeletal animation only engine and is designed that way.
