Title: Influence of power precondition at leisure time athlets Objectives: The main objective of this work is compile bibliographic research, that deals with power preconditions and training requirements. Furthermore, to build a skilled work that will provide clear, concise and comprehensive information on the subject. The aim is to point out the principles of strength training, the composition of the training unit and marginally to mention nutrition and regeneration. Methods: The method of literature search used in this work was based mainly on the collection, sorting and evaluation of relevant informations. Results: Muscle strength is a prerequisite for human locomotion. Before you start strength training, it must be assessed locomotive faculties of the individual and according to create adequate training unit corresponding to his forceful options. If the strength training is properly conducted and supported by expertise follows of this work, the strength training ranks among the appropriate physical activity for sporting and non-sporting individuals. The angle of femoral anteversion in relation to postural functions. Objectivization by means of ultrasonography

The intact development of postural functions is the condition for the posture. The muscles are automatically integrated into the posture by maturing of the central nervous system. Together with the postural function of the phasic muscles the morphology of the skeleton matures too. The target of this work is to prove the influence of the muscles onto the morphology of the hip joint - femoral neck anteversion. Comparison of postural function meaning of the preschool children singing expression

The diploma work is dealing with an influence of postural muscles on preschool children singing expression as weel as on connection between a posture and a breathe. The aim of this diploma work is not just a clarification of this issue, but primaliry it is an aspiration of creating a methodology of exercises, which leads to an improvement of children`s singing. Experimental part of this diploma work is concerned with a verification of created methodology on constant group of preschool children. An audio CD with records of children singing expressions, which confirms reached verdicts, is included.
The influence of sports aerobics on posture and muscle balance

Title: The influence of sports aerobics on posture and muscle balance Aim: The aim of the thesis is to find out how aerobic gymnastics (sport aerobics) at the top level affects selected groups of muscles and posture of girls with more than 10 years of competing experience. The thesis compares the results of a group practicing aerobics with the results of a group of girls of the same age category, who engage in physical activities only during school physical education lessons. Characteristics: The diploma thesis deals with the effect of aerobic gymnastics on good posture. The basis for this thesis was obtained by testing selected shortened and weakend muscle groups. Two groups of girls were compared. The first group consisted of girls representing the Czech Republic at international championships and practicing aerobic gymnastics at the highest level for more than ten years. On the other hand, the second group consisted of subjects, who were engaged in physical activities only in physical education lessons in school. Body posture evaluation in students of 3rd and 4th grade of elementary school and its assessment

Objectives: The objective of this thesis is to evaluate body posture in students of 3rd and 4th grade of elementary school, to assess the impact of the intervention programme and to discuss further ways how the body posture can be affected. Methods: The body posture evaluation was performed through an experiment with elements of qualitative and quantitative research. Results: The body posture evaluation was performed using three selected tests: Mathias test, evaluation by Jaros and Lomička and measurement of the cervical and lumbar lordosis. Mathias test showed good posture results in only 14 students (16.9%), 69 students (83.1%) had poor posture. According to Jaroš and Lomíček, the head and neck were found to be the worst scoring areas, while the best scoring area of the body was found to be the chest. In terms of posture, the pretest revealed 27 students (32.6%) to have good posture, 54 students (65%) bad posture and 2 students (2.4%) were found to have very poor posture. The posttest revealed 36 students (43.4%) to have good posture and 47 students (56.6%) poor posture. Very bad posture was not found in posttest. Analysis of specific anthropomotoric indicators of the Castle guard soldiers

The work deals with the analysis of selected anthropomotorics indicators members of the military unit of the Castle Guard. These indicators are: skin thickness measured at four part in the body posture and the level of performance in the annual examination of physical training. Is complemented by a survey, investigating the relationship of soldiers to physical activity. The theoretical part describes the military department of the Castle Guard, measurement of skin fold thickness, posture assessment, but also the structure and content of the physical training of the Army of the Czech Republic. The practical part contains a methodical workflow and finally analyzes the data Based on the analysis results we developed recommendations for managers concerning the components of physical performance which should be focused on in the training lessons. The results show that most of the soldiers are in the normal range (average) values of subcutaneous fat. Nevertheless, more than 10% of soldiers were found above- average amount of fat in the subcutaneous layer. Posture has almost 90% of the tested men was good, but the horizontal axis misalignment arms was confirmed in 78% of tested men. Compensatory exercise in synchronized swimming

Title: Compensatory exercise in synchronized swimming Aims: The aim of this diploma thesis is to find out the effect of movement intervention on compensating the deviations in the posture related to muscle imbalance and to influence the feeling of muscular tension of the back muscles in the girls of synchronized swimming TJ Tábor. Methods: The diploma thesis is elaborated by the form of qualitative research with elements of quantitative research. The experiment was attended by eight probes with deviations in the posture. A physical intervention in the form of compensatory exercise was introduced to influence the muscular dysbalance in the fuselage region. The research was conducted from October 2016 to May 2017. The research methods consisted of the examination of aspects using a plumb line in the sagittal and frontal plane. Depending on the subjective sensation, probands marked the muscular tension of the back muscles on the modified VAS. Results: The obtained data were processed by the statistical method (relative analysis). The results showed a positive effect on the body's position in the sagittal and frontal plane.
