Barrier-free detached house

The aim of the project is a new building of a family house in the cadastral area Brno-Slatina. It is designed for a family of four. The building has no basement and two floors. On the first floor there is an entrance, garage, the main day area, WC, utility room and work room. On the second floor there are bedrooms, bathroom and 2 dressing rooms. The building is designed mainly in wall system of KM Beta. The proposed ceiling is made of ferro-concrete. The roof is pitched with angle of 3°. The facade is designed as an external thermal insulation composite system.
Family House

It´s a two-storey cellarless family house shaped „U“ with a residential attic and a pent roof. The building is closely connected to the neighboring house. The dispozition of the building is divided into two parts: the part of the day and the part of the night. The part of the day consists of a living room directly connected to the kitchen and the outdoor area. The part of the night is situated in the attic with three romms and the full bathroom with the toilet.

This Bachelor thesis is solved as a project of the family house within the range of project documentation for building construction. The house is designed as a functional single-family detached house without a basement. The house is projected with hanging second floor. Foundation strips are solved as simple monolithic. The building itself is designed in a walled structural system HELUZ (Family 2+1, TSI) with reinforced concrete ceilings from prestressed floor panels SPIROLL. The flat roof is proposed to drop at least 2%.

In the second floor there are two separand flats for family of four. Both flats have identical grand plan. Object has includes balconies. Object is covered by a flat roof with climb to the roof situated in the staircase room. Object has modern architectural style.

The subject of this thesis is the design and preparation of project documentation for double generation family house on the land parcel No. 1066/8. The building is designed in accordance with the master plan of the city Pustá Polom. It is situated so as not to disrupt local development. Its shape and appearance is created so that it engages local development. Further emphasis on ensuring the construction of the static, architectural, energy savings and safety in use of the building. The building has two floors and it has no cellar. It is covered with a flat roof. Layout of the 1st floor consists of one housing unit for two people, in the 2nd floor there is situated a housing unit for four people. Perimeter walls are made of brick blocks POROTHERM 42.5 T. The ceilings are made of joists POT and ceiling lining Miako.
