Bakalářská práce se zabývá projektovou dokumentací novostavby rodinného domu s kanceláří v Radobyčicích v Plzni. Objekt je dvoupodlažní, nepodsklepený. V prvním nadzemním podlaží se nachází prostory kanceláře, technické zázemí objektu, dvojgaráž a obývací pokoj s kuchyní. V druhém nadzemním podlaží se nachází obytné místnosti s hygienickým zařízením. Objekt je navržen jako samostatně stojící na mírně svažitém terénu. Střešní konstrukce je navržena jako plochá, jednoplášťová konstrukce. This bachelor´s thesis deals with a project documentation of a new building of a detached house with an office in Radobyčice in Pilsen. This object is two story and cellarless. In the first floor is a technical background, a double garage and a living- room with a kitchen. In the second floor are the living rooms and the sanitary facilities. Object is designed as a detached on the gently sloping ground. A roof structure is designed as a flat and a single-layer structure.
