Resumé Title: The analysis of scoring goal in football on the basis of World Championship 2006 in Germany. Work objectives: My work objective is to analyze the scoring goals based on detailed watching of all the matches ofWorld Championship 2006. The players and t~ams in the offensive part ofthe play are studied, especially in the line of attack. The main purpose of the study is to reason out the model situation leading to breaking through the defensive line successfully scored by a goal (in open play), and to find out what the requirements on the particular players are and to use the gained information in practice. Methods: The research was accomplished by indirect observation from videocassette showing all goals scored at the World Championship 2006. The qualitative and quantitative analysis was used for this research. There were followed all the criteria of performance of successful shot. The graphic demonstration of representative goal situation has showed us the models, which we can break in to the training process and transfer to another performance group. Results: The results show us which models of successful offensive play were used at the world championship. Also the possibilities of strategy which lead to scoring a goal were introduced and so the frequency ofappearance ofthe partial factors. Key...

The Influence of Sensomotoric Stimulation on the Shape of Foot by Football Players of the Early School Age
Sedláková, Věra ; Vařeková, Jitka (advisor) ; Flemrová, Miroslava (referee)
The aim of this work is to find what influence sensomotoric exercise has on the shape of feet. The research was carried out within a group of children from the football dass. I compared changes in the size of feet contact surface, for which I used the instrument Footscan. This was my main checking method. Tlte research and methods 14 boys in the age of 7-9 took part in the experiment. This group got through four month lasting moving program focused on improvement of the feet function. The entrance and final testing included kinesiology analysis, clinic and instrument examining and feet contact surface scanning. The medial measuring system Footscan was used for taking measurements and results data, which provided the necessary level of objectivity for the evaluation of the effect of exercises. I used the instrument Footscan® by RSscan International from Belgium and the scanning desk, size 400x500 mm interface Footscan® 2D box-a software Footscan® Single Step. Hypotheses of the work 1. We suppose that the percentage of postural disorders will be lower within the active sporting children than within the rest of population. 2. We suppose that there also appear postural pathology in the area of pelvis and in the upper parts of trunk by those children who are flat-footed. 3. We suppose that four month...

The role of the immune response in the pathophysiology of infectious meningitis
Beran, Ondřej ; Holub, Michal (advisor) ; Bartošová, Drahomíra (referee) ; Langmeier, Miloš (referee)
CNS infections continue to be associated with a high morbidity and mortality. Thus, it is neccessary to improve current diagnostic and therapeutical approaches. Better understanding to the pathophysiology of CNS infections is crucial for this process. In this thesis, the results of 4 clinical studies and 1 experimental study were presented. The overall aim of the studies was to expand knowledge about the immunopathophysiology of infectious meningitis (IM). For this purpose, we analysed several parameters of cellular immunity, cytokine production and activation of endogenous endocrine response during IM. Also, a potential use of new biomarkers in differential diagnostics of IM was evaluated. The results documented that the immune response during acute bacterial meningitis (BM) as well as aseptic meningitis (AM) is compartmentalized to the CNS. The most important changes take place in the subarachnoideal space; however, several alterations of the innate and adaptive immunity were found in peripheral blood as well. Novel findings observed in our studies are as follows: The presense of activated macrophages (HLA-DR+) is associated with a favorable outcome of in patients with BM. In patients with BM, a high inflammatory response in the CNS which is associated with elevated cytokine and chemokine...

The concepts of literary space in the Slovak prose of the 70s of the 20th century
Pátková, Jana ; Chmel, Rudolf (advisor) ; Sabolová, Olga (referee) ; Machala, Lubomír (referee)
The collection of five interpretative essays deals with various concepts of home and its different spaee speeifieations in the officially published prose of the 70s of the last century in Slovakia. Through the analysis of the literary spaee we enter an unfathomed region whose comprehension may also change - to a great extent - the existing sight of the official production of the "normalisation period". When interpreting the individual texts, the emphasis was placed on observing especially the common features of the literary space. That is the reason why even reiterating ehapter titles were chosen (horizontal and vertical forms of the space, open or closed space, transitions points, topos of the journey periphery and forms of border, etc.). By their synthesis we may eome to the eonelusion that the seleeted authors (Dušan Dušek, Július Baleo, Ladislav Ballek and Stanislav Rakús) are arguing especially against the diverse representations of the power through different concepts of the space. Objective of my work is to draw attention to some of the fundamental paradigmatic prineiples ofmodelling the literary spaee in the Slovak prose ofthe 70s. Apart from the thematie escape of the authors into the history, the motif of home and childhood belong to the most discussed problems ofthe beginning of the...

Zjišťovací otázky s formou věty oznamovací a jejich české protějšky.
KUBEŠ, David
This bachelor thesis is dedicated to the topic of English declarative questions and their Czech equivalents. The theoretical part presents these questions with respect to their written form. The features of their spoken form are, however, briefly described as well. This thesis presents the ways, reasons and rules for using such questions. Further, the author describes other types of English questions and different types of Czech questions. All described phenomena are supported by illustrative examples. The second part of the thesis is based on the analysis of English declarative questions and their Czech equivalents. What is observed here are the markers emphasizing the function of these questions and their presence or absence in both languages. This part of the thesis is supplemented with a sample compiled from four works of different authors. This study could be useful for speakers of English as a foreign language to whom it could outline the reasons and ways of using this type of questions.

In the third part of thesis are mentioned individual factors of work environment in the workplaces of cyan chemistry. Third part also advert method of controlling of physicals and chemicals factors of workplaces including casuistry of toxic states from 1962 to the present. To the evaluation of influence of factors of workplace was partly used questionnaire survey. As the second type of evaluation were several objectifications of physical and chemical factors of work environment. Tabs show a presence of several factors of work environment on several workplaces. The tabs was gained from registry of work categorisation "KAPR". The goal of my bachelor thesis was estimation of several factors of work environment at work in cyan production and observation of their influence on health of workers.

The art and the Eros in the Mario Vargas Llosa's novel Elogio de la madrastra (In praise of the stepmother)
Živná, Šárka ; Vydrová, Hedvika (advisor) ; Charvátová, Anežka (referee)
This study, as stated in the title "The art and the eros in the Mario Vargas Llosa's novel Elogio de la madrastra (In Praise of the Stepmother)", is dedicated to the theme of art and eros in the mentioned novel. Fine arts are presented in the novel by six paintings, which are connected with imaginations of the novel heroes. The series of the chapters describing the paintings creates so-called pictorial line. This line blends together with verbal line that is represented by the storyline as such. These two lines create the axis of the first part of this study. The first part analyses the verbal line, outlines the storyline in brief, characteristics of the protagonists and the world surrounding them. It systematically strives to place in the structure of the novel based on the type of the chapters. It doesn't even miss out the hygienic rituals, which don Rigoberto has in favour. Then the pictorial line follows. Firstly, the summary of the paintings is introduced and then the individual subchapters dedicated to every painting are presented. They are lined up according to their appearance in the novel. Every subchapter mentions in the prologue the basic biographical data about the author of the quoted work of art. It tries to highlight the data, which are crucial for the interpretation of the work of art. Then...

Determination of stability constants of charged cyclodextrine complexes by capillary electrophoresis
Beneš, Martin ; Dubský, Pavel (referee) ; Zusková, Iva (advisor)
Martin Beneš Determination of stability constants of charged cyclodextrin comlexes by capillary electrophoresis Abstract Stability constant characterizes binding interaction between an analyte and complexation agent. These interactions play very important role in separation processes of, in other way undistinguishable, compounds, e.g. enantiomers. The most widely used complexation agents are cyclodextrins. Affinity capillary electrophoresis (ACE) belongs to methods suitable for the determination of stability constants. The stability constant is determined from the dependence of the effective mobility of analyte on the increasing concentration of complexation agent in background electrolyte (BGE). If charged CDs are used, the attention must be paid not only to viscosity of the BGE and to the influence of Joule heating on the temperature in the capillary but also to the increasing ionic strength. The thermodynamic stability constants of R,R- and S,S-hydrobenzoin and R- and S-(3-brom- 2-methyl-1-propanol) with cationic modified β-cyclodextrin: 6-monodeoxy-6-mono(3- hydroxy)propylamino-β-cyclodextrin hydrochlorid (PABCD) were determined by affinity capillary electrophoresis. The average temperature (25řC) of the BGE in the capillary was kept constant. This was achieved by decreasing of the cassette temperature...
