The new Administrative Procedure Code in comparison with the earlier regulation

On January 1st, 2006, the act no. 500/2004 Coll., administrative procedure code (hereinafter "New administrative procedure code") has come into effect, replacing the act no. 71/1967 Coll., on administrative proceedings (administrative procedure code) (hereinafter "Old administrative procedure code"). The New administrative procedure code came with a broad range of new legal institutes and altered many others. The purpose of this thesis is to place the New administrative procedure code and the Old administrative procedure side by side to compare them with one another and to attempt to evaluate the contribution of the New administrative procedure code to the Czech legal system. The structure of the thesis follows the structure of the New administrative procedure code. Because of the range restrictions, this thesis cannot cover the whole content of both administrative procedure codes, so the scope of the thesis is limited only to the most important or the most interesting changes that the New administrative procedure code has brought. Comparison of Fully Software and Hardware Accelerated XML Processing

The aim of this work is to compare XML processing abilities of standard software solutions and hardware accelerated scenarios using a new generation of XML processing appliances. The emphasis is puts on the speed of processing XML documents and on the demandingness of various operations over XML data. Firstly, we describe the used XML technologies and corresponding implementations in Java. Consequently, we characterize the core parts of our testing frameworks - IBM WebSphere DataPower Integration Appliance XI50 for hardware accelerated and IBM WebSphere Application Server 6.1 for standard XML processing. Further, the testing hierarchy involving two distinct testing suites - "Flat" and "Onion"- and tens of testing scenarios are defined. The "Flat" testing suite covers parsing, validating, transforming, and securing operations over XML data applied individually to a wide range of testing data, without bothering with concurrency. On the other hand, the "Onion" testing suite is a stress test combining several operations together. Both testing suites are executed on our testing framework and several measures (such as throughput) are collected and analyzed using n-dimensional OLAP cubes. Continuance of pensioners on the labour market

The aim of this study is to compare factors that affect a decision of retired people in question of continuance on the labour market, because involvement of older persons in employment process is the integral part of pension reform. The first part focuses on current situation in the Czech Republic, namely the legislative innovation and the impact of industry structure, education or economic status on the continuance at work. According to an international comparison of the exit age from the labour market is the Czech Republic under average level of EU. For this reason is the second part focused on legislation not only in the Czech Republic, but also in other European countries. For example a legal retirement age, that is currently in stadium of increasing in the Czech Republic. The comparison shows that each state has a different attitude to this problem -- in the question of accumulation with earnings from work, conditions of early pension or benefits of deferment. It can be concluded that the Czech Republic has done a lot of changes in this, which should move us to the higher level.

Physiological and efficiency assumptions for vertical jump with volleyball players.

Thesis title: Physiological and efficiency assumptionsfor verticaljump with volleyball players. Thesis aim:We evaluate and analyse players' assumptions for vertical jump in volleyball as well as the evolution ofthese components in one age group within several years. We make test survey about the placement ofthe players with a peďect jump comparing to the players with high stature. We compare the best players in particular seasons. Method: For my thesis examination I have looked up and processed results of standardized volleyball tests. Each year these tests are applied to the players at the regional youth centre championships. Nowadays these tests are rather applied to selections ofthe best regional players. Conceming girl players it refers to "the Memorial ofMilan Kafka". The testing is provided by the organizer in coordination with commissioned co-workers ofyouth committee and youth coordinator. For processing and evaluating ofthe acquired data I have used the following mathematical- statistic methods: arithmetic mean, variation range and decisive anomaly. Physical Activity and Prosperousness of School Children

Ve své práci jsem se chtěla zaměřit na možnou souvislost mezi pohybovou aktivitou dětí a mládeže a jejich školní úspěšností. V úvodu se snažím přiblížit definice pohybu a jeho vývoje jak fylogenetického, tak ontogenetického. Dále jsem se zaměřila na teorie a výzkumy podporující myšlenku prospěšnosti pohybové aktivity a jejího vlivu na myšlení a zhodnocení významu a organizace tělesné výchovy ve školách i mimo ně. Ve vlastním výzkumu jsem se snažila na základě dotazníků porovnat pohybovou aktivnost dětí a mládeže v benešovských školách s jejich školní úspěšností. Následuje malý test fyzických a duševních schopností dětí. Zařadila jsem také názory pedagogů různého zaměření na tento problém.

Comaprison of effectivness of quarternary amonium salts on different microbes.

We tried to compare antimicrobial effectiveness of Benzalkonium bromide with various lengths of alkyl chains fixed in effective cationic section of the molecule in this dissertation. We worked with homologues that had the alkyl chain length 12, 14 and 16 carbon atoms and also with the mixture of homologues mixed in ratio 1 : 1 : 1. We were comparing the antimicrobial effectiveness against the members of G+, G- bacteria, torula, fungi and spores. We used agents from the Czech collection of microorganisms of the Natural science faculty of the Masaryk University Brno. Namely they are: Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Proteus vulgaris, Serratia rubidaea, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Candida albicans, Aspergillus niger and Bacillus subtilis. We determined MIC, MBC, MBC/N and MBC-B by the help of suspense micromethod for all strains except the fungi and spores members. Concerning the Aspergillus niger and Bacillus subtilis we determined only the MBC. This was executed by the standard suspension method. The results of effective concentrations of particular tests are mentioned in g/100ml. The antimicrobial effectiveness in the MIC test was nearly identical for all tested preparations. E-learning in the Czech Republic and its Use at Secondary Schools

Tématem diplomové práce je postavení e-learningu v ČR a jeho využití na středních školách. První část obsahuje mapování současné situace vzhledem k rozmachu informační společnosti a jejího vlivu, kterému byť i nevědomky podléháme všichni. První část vychází z historických pramenů, státní informační a komunikační politiky a reportech o situaci v českém školství. V dalších dvou částech se již zabývám tím, jak se vliv informačních a komunikačních technologií promítá do kurikulárních dokumentů českého školství a jaký vliv má na rozvoj klíčových kompetencí. Následuje mapování situace ohledně vybavenosti českých škol prostředky informačních a komunikačních technologií, zkušenostních a vědomostních kvalifikací pedagogů a v neposlední řadě softwarových nástrojů, které je možno při používání e-learningu využít. Poslední část je věnována dotazníkovému šetření, na jehož základě bude možné porovnat zmapovanou situaci s reálnou školní praxí.

SOUHRN Název práce: Problematika řetězení svalového hypertonu. Name of physis: Problematics OfMuscle Chains Cíle práce: Získat ucelený přehled a zpracovat problematiku "zřetězeného hypertonu" ve smyslu "funkčních" poruch pohybového aparátu. Shromáždit teoretické informace týkající se podkladů vysvětlujících jednotlivé principy vzniku "zřetězeného hypertonu" a porovnat názory a přístupy českých i zahraničních odborníků na definování svalového hypertonu a jeho možné "řetězení". V rámci tohoto ověřit uvedené hypotézy. Metoda: Předkládaná diplomová práce je teoretická studie zpracovaná formou literární rešerše. Základním postupem je získání dostatečného množství informací týkající se tématu a jejich následné zpracování. Zdrojem se největší měrou staly publikované články v odborných periodikách, monografiích a elektronických databázích (nejvíce zdrojů pochází z databáze Národní lékařské knihovny). Práce je rozdělena do několika kapitol, které na sebe logicky navazují a celá problematika je shrnuta v závěrečné diskuzi. Výsledky: Shledala jsem nedostačující množství zahraniční literatury věnující se problematice řetězení svalového hypertonu. Srovnávací in vitro studie permeace vybraných léčiv z lipofilních roztoků přes lidskou kůži

A COMPARISON IN VITRO STUDY OF PERMEATION OF SELECTED DRUGS FROM LIPOPHILIC SOLUTIONS TROUGH HUMAN SKIN ABSTRACT The aim of the study was to compare the permeation of testosterone (TST), caffeine (CAF), flufenamic acid (FA) and benzoic acid (BA) from highly liquid paraffin through human heat-separated epidermis (HSE). For evaluation of saturation concentration of the drugs in the vehicle(csat), an excess of BA, CAF, FA or TST was suspended in 5 ml of highly liquid paraffin in a screw top scintillation vial (500 rpm, 32 řC; 24 h). After sedimentation of non- dissolved substance, samples were drawn from the supernatant, diluted 1:10 with dichloromethane and analyzed via UV/VIS-spectroscopy: (Lambda 35; Perkin Elmer, BA 228 nm; CAF 277 nm; FA 287 nm; TST 238 nm). Permeation experiments over human HSE of two donors (6 pieces of each) were performed in Franz diffusion cells at 32 řC. The donor was composed of TST, FA, BA (0.4 mg/ml), CAF (0.1 mg/ml) dissolved in paraffin. Samples of 0.4 ml were collected over the time, replaced by fresh acceptor solution (Soerensen phosphate buffer pH 7.4) and quantified by validated HPLC methods. The main goal of this thesis is to evaluate the company Poděbradka, a.s. at 1.1.2010 with the yield DCF method and to compare this subjective price with sale price of the company in 2006. Diploma thesis involves theoretical part which stands as a basis for practical part. There is strategic and financial analysis in the practical part followed by financial plan and the evaluation with the DCF entity method in FCFF alternative.
