Design of control of axis with linear motor
Chaloupka, Roman ; Bradáč, František (referee) ; Vetiška, Jan (advisor)
This thesis deals with construction, connection and control axis with linear motor. The beginning of thesis is focused on principle of functioning and characteristics of linear motors. The following part describes used components of axis, their mechanical configuration and electrical wiring. Further thesis deals with creating PLC program and user interface for control axis in TwinCAT system. In last part is dealing correct software settings of axis.
Design of machines for laser and plasma cutting
Fryčová, Martina ; Pavlík, Jan (referee) ; Holub, Michal (advisor)
The aim of the thesis is the design machines for laser cutting and plasma workspace 2.0 x1, 8 meters. The work described technology laser cutting and plasma and the resulting demands on the machine. Longer work includes a search of design solutions, then the actual design, including the necessary calculations and drawings.
Design of control system of stand for testing sensors of displacements
Lička, Miroslav ; Šubrt, Kamil (referee) ; Vetiška, Jan (advisor)
This bachelor thesis is covering deals design of the control program of the test stand for the measurement of linear sensors. The research section is focused on sensors which can be used on machine tools and on automation resources. By practise part is write about hardware for control axis and design software for control. Software is create in program TwinCAT3. In the end is describe visualization and control.
Control of Linear Motor based on Ultrasonic Detection
Veselá, Klára ; Kolářová, Jana (referee) ; Sekora, Jiří (advisor)
The focus of this bachelor thesis is to do research on possibilities of contactless distancemeasurement and linear stage construction. The first part describes four types of enginespossible to use in linear stages, their principles, advantages and disadvantages. Nextpart is focused on possibilities of contactless distance measurement. Based on thedescriptions, the most suitable modules are selected for the design of the system. Thissystem will maintain a constant distance from the object by using contactless distancesensor and linear motors.
Control Unit for Church Bell Electric Drive
Bureš, Petr ; Novák, Pavel (referee) ; Šebesta, Jiří (advisor)
This work deals with analysis induction motors. There are described their principle and methods of starting, the engine controls and the stop braking. In terms of this study it was determined the engine controls type for control unit for church bell electric drive design. In next part there is complete hardware and software design of control unit.
Robotic Table Football
Mareček, Petr ; Matoušek, Radomil (referee) ; Lang, Stanislav (advisor)
The aim of this diploma thesis is the design of robotic table football with the realization of the construction and control a single axis of table football. In introduction are described previously developed solutions. Next chapters contain a selection of specific gaming table and specification of linear, rotary motor. There are presented design visions with the placement of selected component together with proposal location of sensor system for ball detection. In the end of design section is specification and solution of placement safety features. The programming part of the thesis involves the implementation of a communication interface for data processing from the control algorithm of robotic table football.
Linear displacement systems in modern construction machine tools
Frýdl, Jan ; Marek, Tomáš (referee) ; Knoflíček, Radek (advisor)
The bachelor thesis focuses on linear motion systems in modern machine tools. It contains a research of known linear assemblies and their components, a systematic analysis of the issue of implementing linear assemblies in machine tools and recommendations for further development of linear motion systems.
Electromagnetic recoil system for simulated weapons
Vladík, Jakub ; Jirgl, Miroslav (referee) ; Baštán, Ondřej (advisor)
Main goal of this work is to analyze the feasibility of an electromagnetic recoil simulator on weapon replicas. The thesis explains the basic function of self-loading firearms based on the HK 416 weapon and then the concept of recoil and its meaning. Lists today's recoil compensation options. It then defines possible electromagnetic solutions as a replacement for the existing pneumatic recoil system. Some posibble solutions mentions DC motor, solenoid, linear motor and railgun as possible. The thesis lists DC motor, solenoid, linear motor and railgun as possible solutions. The best solution is a tubular linear motor combined with a power supply containing Li-pol batteries.

Design of synchronous linear motor
Jindra, Michal ; Mach, Martin (referee) ; Knebl, Ladislav (advisor)
Proposed thesis is focused on synchronous linear motor with an iron core, the design of an equivalent magnetic circuit and its calculation. The work describes the principle of a synchronous linear motor with permanent magnets, U-channel linear motor and a tubular linear motor. For these types of linear motors, the design solution is described and general advantages and disadvantages are mentioned. The losses generated in the motors are also described. The work introduces various methods of engine calculations that can be used for subsequent application to a particular type of motor. Subsequently, one of the methods is selected and used to calculate the motor. The last part is the evaluation and comparison of results.
