Facial expression and its role in teacher's communication with children in nursery school

Qualifying dissertation for the bachelor´s degree is dealing with the problematic of mimicry and its role on communication between teacher and children in kindergarten. In theoretical part basic terms of communication are defined and specific characteristic of nonverbal communication with a view to mimicry are summarized. In practical part data of quantitative research obtained by questionnaire and testing are presented.

The main aim of my bachelor thesis is to suggest a suitable motivational system for the Clia, s.r.o. company. In the theoretical part of the thesis, the basic koncept of motivation is explained. Next part of the thesis introduces an analytic survey, based on which the possible imperfections of the company might be shown. In the conclusing part, the possible measures for improvement of the company´s motivational system are proposed. These measures should lead to an increased motivation and productivity.

The bachelor thesis deals with the improvement of communication mix of BEMETA DESIGN s.r.o., especially in terms of program called HELP, which focuses on the production of bathroom accessorize for disabled people. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first theoretical part reviews the basic marketing terminology. The second part provides an analysis of the current state of the company, and the last part then suggests changes to increase the level of the communication mix of the company.

This bachelor thesis aims to evaluate the present situation of the communication mix of company, which sells art materials and tools in two stores and e-commerce. In the theoretical section, there is briefly described the marketing mix and one of its components, communication mix, is explained in detail. This issue is closely related to the company and it is outlined in the analytical part, there is also a detailed table inspired by SWOT analysis. Based on the analyzes, in the last part of the thesis there are measures developed to improve marketing communications of Výtvarný-Shop.cz.

This Bachelor thesis describes the designed promotional mix for the Wellness Kuřim center. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the basics concepts of Marketing. It also includes an analysis of the environment, marketing mix and promotional mix base on the obtained resources. The practical part of the thesis presents the current state of the Wellness center based on an analysis of the micro-environment and the micro-environment as well as their actual promotional mix. The other part of the thesis is a highlighted promotional mix for the center that would help to increase the awareness of the Wellness center, the improvement of their services and an increase in their profits.

Based on discovered results were suggested arrangements for improvement.
