The importance of marriage from the perspective of the current young generation

This diploma thesis deals with the importance of marriage from the perspective of the current young generation. The work focuses on aspects that affect the view of the institute of marriage. We also deal with the period of young adulthood, where we also deal with mental and physical development, which is related to this period. In our work, we also focus on unmarried cohabitation, which is a popular form of cohabitation today. It is clear from the research survey that the current young generation is still interested in the conclusion of the institute of marriage and the main reason that should lead to the conclusion of marriage for most respondents is love for a partner.
Web Presentation System of a Consulting Company

This bachelor thesis deals with the development of a web presentation of Optimal Energy company. The presentation is based on an existing one which was not adequate and did not fulfil the requirements on a quality modern web presentation. The work is based on HTML language together with PHP. The whole content of the website is obtained from a MySQL database for obtaining a greater flexibility. The web is optimized for search engines (SEO) according to its purpose and it is designed according to the accessible web guidelines. The thesis further describes the resulting system testing and possibilities of its further development.
School and Counseling Trajectory of Child with Asperger's Syndrome

The aim of this thesis is to look into the schooling and counselling trajectory of children with Asperger's syndrome. It is viewed from the childrens' perspective, and includes their parents' testimonies. Subsequently the thesis comments upon convergences and differences that appear in their respective statements. Data is collected using semi- structured interviews and is a qualitative research. Based on the analysis of the results, the findings are presented in the following areas: "what was before" (ie what preceded the diagnosis); school attendance; communicating with classmates and teachers; relationships at school; experience with consultation facilities and professional assistance; interests and similarities or differences of the views of the child and the parent. The most frequent topic mentioned among the results was the lack of expertise on Asperger's syndrome, which led to frequent misunderstandings or conflicts with a teaching staff. The results revealed also other themes such as: the need to tolerate individual conditions of the child during a class; deficits in communication and social interactions; positive perception of professional assistance and of cooperation of experts with the school. The role of social educatior and teacher assistant in integration of pupils (children) from a socio-culturally different environment

This bachelor thesis deals with the general definition of the profession of social educator and teacher assistant, especially in relation to its competencies and areas of application in working with children from the social-culturally disadvantaged environment. It deals with the activities of social educators and teachers' assistants who assist in solving everyday problems of children and pupils not only at school but also in adapting to a new environment. The practical part of the thesis is based on the findings of the theoretical part. In the framework of the research questions were raised for the social educator and the assistant of the teacher which were presented in the form of interviews to selected informants who actually perform these professions. From obtained of the data through a qualitative research survey - open encoding methods from individual addressed informants that social educators and teacher assistants are absolutely necessary and indispensable, and their contribution to the educational process of including pupils with special educational needs is very important especially at elementary school.

The thesis is focused on family and marriage counseling centers, currently established by the state in accordance with law no. 108/2006 Coll. on social services. The aim is to map out their development, with emphasis on the period from 1990 to the present, and try to understand this development in connection with external factors and legislation. Another objective of this work is to map the development of professional work within these centers and its potential evolution. Working with spirituality of addiction services clients from the perspective of professionals

Starting-point of this work is the conflict of that spiritual dimension of holistic approach is mentioned in professional literature as an contributing element in preventing and successful treatment of addiction and other diseases. Less mentioned is how sepcifically working with klients spierituality looks like. Therefore, the aim of this study is to describe how addiction service workers perceive spirituality, whether and how they work with this dimension and where they see the benefitst of working with it. The research method was semi-structured interview, which was analysed by the elements od grounded theory - namely the open coding. Then the significant phenomena was sorted by relevance, and put into a broader context. In disscusion there are results compared with findings from the theoretical partof this work. The research has shown, that the addiction service workers sees spirituality as a way on which person is evolving. They are not holding back in working with spirituality, on the contrary, they show respect for the area and the needs associated with it. Following bachelor's thesis is devoted to methodological aspects of the career counseling. It deals with the terminological discussion of counseling-related concepts and its areas of application in the context of adult education. The thesis is focused on a counseling process, structure, tools and specifics in career counseling. It provides an analysis of wide range of counseling tools from basic counseling techniques to specific digital and complex means. Practical implementation of the tools is illustrated with a case study within which two counseling programs for the long-term unemployed are compared. Probe within the competence of civil adviser

(in English): The theme of this thesis is to probe into the competences of civil advisor. This work focuses on finding competency requirements that must be met for the civil work consultant and also how this all is perceived by consultants themselves. This thesis is divided into two main blocks, the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part contains characteristic and defining of concepts and activities in field of counseling with detailed specification of the Civil advice and its staff. The main emphasis is placed on defining the knowledge, skills and values of civil advisors. The practical part is finding out the perspective of civil advisors competency within their profession and also the needs in this area. The main questions of the research which were asked are the following: "What degree of confidence feel the civil advisers in their competence while counseling?" And "Is current system of education of consultants sufficient?" Responses were gained by data analysis identified by a quantitative survey supplemented by qualitative interviews with community advisors. There are proposals for further research on the topic in conclusion of this thesis.
Support for pupils with behavior problems in the system of institutional care and counseling in the Czech Republic

This bachelor's thesis focuses on supporting pupils with problematic behaviour in the system of institutional care and counseling in the Czech Republic. The work has been written as a summarizing survey compiled of various academic sources and studies. The theoretical part deals with the problem of behavioural disorders, with their specification itself, with their classification and with the causes of their origin. The text then centres on the individual bodies of counseling and institutional care as well as on some of the methods of the cognitive- behavioural therapy which are used in both types of care. The thesis also constitutes of a research proposal which is devised as longitudinal. It focuses on how clients perceive the efficiency of some of the methods of cognitive-behavioural therapy in institutional care and counseling. Crisis plan to assist teachers in dealing with situations related to the risk behavior of students

This thesis deals with the school crisis plan as one of the methods to help teachers with solving situations in consequence of risk behavior of pupils. School crisis plan is a set of procedures solving risk situations which may occur in the school environment as a result of risk behaviour of pupils. The thesis is composed of five basic parts. The first four parts are theoretical. They deal with the general concept of the school crisis plan and its integration into the system of preventive action within the school risk behavior. An important part is also a description of the roles of teachers with regard to crisis situations in school and the possibility of their cooperation, which I see as one of the most crucial points of effective implementation of the crisis plan of the school. Another equally crucial point in the effective implementation of the school crisis plan are competence of teachers, which are also listed in this section of my thesis. The fifth part of the thesis deals with the practical use of school crisis plan. There are several approaches to solving specific situations that may appear in school within the risk behaviors. These procedures are shown graphically for easy orientation.
