The regulation of lobbying is a current topic both at the level of international organizations as well as in many European and overseas countries. This work deals with the comparison of the rules on lobbying in selected English-speaking countries. Descriptive, doctrinal and comparative methods are used to analyze the main trends in the lobbying regulation of the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland as well as Australia. The text is structured into four chapters. The first chapter deals with the definition of lobbying and its differences from corrupt dealings; it also covers the types of lobbying activities and the various kinds of lobbyists. The second chapter attempts to contextualize lobbying into the theories of the decision-making process. A comparison of the similarities and differences of the lobbying rules is made and analyzed in the third and fourth chapters. Both the third and the fourth chapter have a similar structure -- first, the general rules and approaches to regulation are introduced, and then a comparison of selected English-speaking countries is made. The third chapter deals with the most common rules for lobbyists; the fourth chapter focuses on the relatively neglected side of lobbying contacts, i.e. the rules for the targets of lobbying (public office holders). In the end, some measures and recommendations for the Czech Republic are also outlined.

Transfer of juvenile pikeperch (Sander lucioperca L.) from the pond keeping to the controlled conditions of intensive farming
HAJÍČEK, Jiří
Zander (Sander lucioperca) is a species whose importance is growing in European aquaculture. At present there are a number of studies underway to examine the feasibility of removing zander from their natural environment and breeding them intensively in aquacultures. Our study involved placing juvenile zander into aquacultures. Our objective was to determine whether the quantity and density of fingerlings placed in the aquaculture has a bearing on their survival rate.We placed 810,000 follicular fingerlings into a 2.75ha pond. We then dredged 83,000 rapid fingerlings. The survival rate of the dredged fingerlings was 10.25%. The foster period was 48 days. We then divided the juvenile fish into two groups: Group A: larger fish with an average length of 70.47mm ? 6.04mm and average weight of 3.36g ? 0.65g Group B: smaller fish with an average length of 47.03mm ? 3.75mm and average weight 0.66g ? 0.81g. The fish were fed using the "co-feeding" method (Chyromosus plumosus) with the addition of granular fodder. The influence of quantity and density of the fingerlings on their survival rate and likelihood of cannibalism. In each annual season we examined the effectiveness of raising juvenile zander in a recirculating system using a FROV-JU device. We monitored the survival rate of bred fish and their growth and feeding ratio during fostering.

Influence of Cinematography on Public Opinion
PFLEGEROVÁ, Jana
Cinematography is the part of mass media we now encounter ever more often. In the Czech Republic it is regulated by the Act No. 249/2006 Coll., which amends the Act No. 273/1993 Coll., on some conditions of production, distribution and filing of audiovisual works, on changes and amendments to some acts and some other regulations, as amended. The creative way of life makes way to consumerism which prefers consumption and entertainment. The typical attributes of the lifestyle are: cognitive evaluation of the self and the own position in the world {--} personal life philosophy, way of experiencing {--} people differ from one another by the quality and intensity of experience, relation to work, relaxation and active movement {--} regeneration and relaxation, managing of social interactions {--} sufficient supporting social network, ego level {--} competence in management of demanding situations in life. The objective of my bachelor thesis was to determine the factor influencing the selection of films by viewers and how the films influence opinions of the general public. The performed research was supposed to confirm or to rebut the following hypotheses: H1: The general public prefers films with comedy themes. The hypothesis H1 has been confirmed. Comedy has been identified as the most popular film genre both by males and females . H2: The general public prefers Czech films. The hypothesis H2 has been confirmed. The Czech society prefers to see Czech films. H3: The general public prefers films offered by mass media. The third hypothesis has been rebutted. The most popular criterion for the film is the genre and from the total number of viewers 55% were females. Women aged 16 to 25 represented the biggest category of viewers. The research within the bachelor thesis has shown that the general public goes to the movies to relax, to have fun and to enjoy humor and entertainment. Cartoons and comedies occupy therefore the highest levels of the box office charts. The research has shown that the general public prefers Czech films. Based on the results of the completed research a conclusion has been drawn that although the influence of cinematography on the opinions of the general public is an issue important for free time pedagogy and for prevention of risk behavior, the society pays little attention to it. This bachelor thesis might be used as a suitable complementary material dealing with the lifestyle adopted by the Czech population.
INFLUENCE OF COMMERCIALS ADVERTISEMENT ON EATING HABITS OF CHILDREN
ČERSTVÁ, Michaela
Abstract Influence of commercials advertisement on eating habits of children The bachelor work summarizes basic information on healthy nourishment and the influence of the advertisement on teenage children{\crq}s feeding. Theoretical part is concentrated on basic information on rational nutrition, advertising and its impact on school children. Rational nutrition is characterized with proportional food intake, which is composed ideally from the point of view of quantity and quality. Regular and various food represents optimum not only for school children. It is possible to avoid many health troubles by following conventions of healthy nourishment during your life. The advertisement assaults children all around. Regarding food, children attach to the advertisement and an opinion of their peers. Yet the advertisement mostly promotes unhealthy fat foodstuff. According to investigations, children are different from adults in the fact that they don{\crq}t refuse the advertisement, they even like to watch it, they also better remember it and enjoy it. Kids make a difference between reality and fiction already from the age of four or five, from the age of seven they understand very well what the advertisement means and that its purpose is promoting a product or some brand name. In a practical part there are presented results of the investigation aimed at the problems mentioned above. The investigative part realized by questionaires is devoted to the type of feeding of school children and to the impact of the advertisement on them. The investigation confirms that the influence of the advertisement on children{\crq}s choice of food is very high. Most of school children prefer products known from the advertisements. I have managed to approve that school children shop according to the advertisements which they like to watch and that they prefer boarding in KFC or McDonald´s. Comparing answers from the questionaires, it is obvious that most school children prefer boarding at home to other kinds of boarding. My investigation also shows that children consume minimum fruit and vegetable, on the other hand they consume plenty of sweets. Total results evidence that the impact of the advertisement on feeing of children is huge and lead up to a cogitation about adjustment of the advertisements promoting unhealthy and fat food.
