Comprehensive care for children with multiple disabilities (combination of mental and physical disabilities)

The main topic of my work is comprehensive care for children with multiple disabilities (combination of mental and physical disabilities). The theoreticmethodical part is aimed at used terminology, estimated number of such pupils in our schools and at comprehensive care/rehabilitation. Main stress is put on medical rehabilitation and the possibility of using it at schools (methods of medical rehabilitation used at schools, positioning). In the second part results of research work connected with education and comprehensive care for children with mental and multiple disabilities are presented. They are two separate pieces of research connected together with different methodology used in each of them. The first one is a quantitative research (description and analysis of education of pupils with mental and multiple disabilities integrated in common schools). The second one is a qualitative research (analysis and comparison of education of children with multiple disabilities in special and common schools). The summary and a discussion are at the end of the work.

Social and pedagogical help to cictims of home violence

The thesis deals with social and pedagogical aspects of a home violence. The preface defines the basic terms related to the home violence issue and an attention is paid to the home violence actors. The following chapter deals with the meaning of prevention of the home violence, the emphasis being placed on the primary prevention. The thesis also outlines the possibilities of a legal protection and help to home violence victims from the point of view of legal standards. The core part of the thesis focuses on social and pedagogical help to home violence victims, where social and pedagogical aspects of the work with the home violence victims are defined. Attention is paid not only to the direct work with the home violence victims but also to other systems of help to actors of home violence. A meaning of the interdisciplinary cooperation is raised here in solving the home violence and activities of institutions providing help to home victims are described. The last chapter of the theoretical thesis offers an evaluation of the present system of help provided to the home violence victims in CR. The empirical survey finds out the current status of awareness of the selected sample of the population about the home violence, then its attitudes towards the same and the experience with it. Reaction to errors and alerts in ETL

This work deals with information systems called Business Intelligence (BI). Especially, it focuses on one part, whose task is to extract data from primary information systems. This stage is known as extract, transform, load (ETL). ETL is one of the most important stage in BI solutions because the quality of data depends on this stage. These data are used for all analyses and created reports. The goal of this work is to suggest solution for active projects, which are short of automated controlling mechanism. This mechanism should inform users of BI solutions about errors in data. If data from primary systems are in such bad state that ETL process is not able to match primary keys to them, the data are stored in special tables and are not used for future analyses. This is a very serious problem because analyses and reports based on the data may be misrepresentative. This problem must be solved by repairing the data in primary information systems. The administrator of primary information system has to know about the incorrect so that the data could be repaired. Therefore, an automated e-mailing system has been designed to inform about the incorrect data.

Regenerating the Civil Society in Opava

Based on a questionnaire survey, this master's thesis focuses on studying the transformation of Opava City after the breakdown of communist system in terms of the regeneration of civil society. Through comparison of the demographic, economic, political and associational life attributes of the present society with the period of the First Republic, the thesis attempts to describe how public life intervenes to the personal life of an individual, to what degree the individual identifies with it, whether it is worthy being a member of an association or club. Finally, it studies whether the associational life follows the tradition of the First Republic.

Legal language - its specific features in written and spoken communication

This thesis' main focus is the legal language usage. It covers a very wide area of the interdisciplinary subject of legal language and its practical usefulness for legal professionals as well as general public. The first part of the work tries to describe the specific features of the Czech legal language as a functional entity within general language. The description is divided according to the distinct language levels (morphological, stylistic; lexical and semantic, textual) and those parts are connected with the related legal theory issues (theory of legal semantics, legal concepts and their expressions in the text, problems of prescriptive v. descriptive clauses, possibility of misinterpretation of the originally intended meaning). This part is also accompanied by a terminological chapter explaining the linguistic expressions used herein. The following parts explore various areas of applied linguistics. Modernity in Controversy. Zikmund Winters´ work in the Journal Zvon (1900-1912)

This piece of work will be talking about famous works (such as Peklo, Mistr Kam- panus) and margine contributions of Zikmund Winter. These contributions were published in 1900 ? 1912 in magazine called Zvon. These texts will be considered especially from the poit of view of the contributors of magazine Zvon and Moderní revue. These contributors had many polemics between each other. Moderní revue was the centre of decadent and symbolist orientation. My aim is to describe the literaly method of Zikmund Winter that can be considered sometimes as opposed, sometimes as identical with programme of Česká moderna. The solution will be not only the interpretation of chosen works but also the analysis of comments, editorial notes and reviews concerned these works.

Comparison of Levels of Selected Sub-Par Athletic Students at Several Prague Secondary Schools

Díky velkému technickému pokroku se zásadně mění životní styl člověka a jeho okolí. Všechny změny však nejsou jen k lepšímu. Zvýšení životní úrovně s sebou přináší také mnoho negativních vlivů, které se podepisují na našem organismu. Popsat vztah technického pokroku s výkonností naší mládeže je hlavním podnětem pro změření hodnot a jejich zpracování. Dnešní mládež je sice obviňována z přílišné lenosti a malé motivace sportovat, ale přízviska zkažená nebo líná se k nim přisuzují neprávem. Kritika nebo rozbor tohoto tématu je zbytečný, už jen díky tomu, že nároky kladené na dnešní adolescenty jsou tak vysoké, že problémy se zanedbáváním sportovních činností jsou přirozené a nevyhnutelné. Navíc rozvoj komunikace a informačních zdrojů pokračuje takovým tempem, že poměr některých aktivit připadajících na volný čas se změnil dost výrazným způsobem.

Mezinárodní účetní standardy pro veřejný sektor versus česká účetní legislativa

Práce se dívá na problematiku účetnictví a účetního výkaznictví subjektů veřejného sektoru optikou české účetní legislativy a Mezinárodních účetních standardů pro veřejný sektor (IPSAS). Úvod umožní čtenáři vytvořit si letmou představu o tom, jakým způsobem jsou IPSAS koncipovány a o jaké principy se opírají. První kapitola pojedává o institucích, které jsou s existencí IPSAS neodmyslitelně spojeny. Druhá kapitola popisuje institucionální uspořádání veřejného sektoru v ČR a s ním související právní normy s akcentem na předpisy účetní. Třetí část se pak zabývá IPSAS 1, tedy předkládáním účetní závěrky.

A Description of the Town of Tachov and its Use in the Civics Classroom

V diplomové práci jsem se zabýval městem Tachovem a tématickým okruhem Místo, kde žijeme. Celou práci jsem rozdělil do dvou částí. V první jsem se věnoval vlastivědné charakteristice Tachova. Ve druhé jsem se zabýval vzdělávací oblastí Člověk a jeho svět z Rámcového vzdělávacího programu pro základní vzdělání. V této části také navrhuji dva vyučovací celky pro tuto oblast. Ve vlastivědné charakteristice představuji město Tachov v jeho základních charakteristikách. Důraz je kladen hlavně na historii, kde sleduji město od jeho počátků až po současnost. Snahou je vyzdvihnout v každém období nejdůležitější události a zdůvodnit, proč k nim docházelo. Rovněž se snažím zachytit město jak z pohledu jeho majitelů, tak i života prostých obyvatel. Při tvorbě této části jsem pracoval s informacemi pro mne známými, ale i neznámými. Dozvěděl jsem se mnoho nových poznatků, které mi pomohly utvořit si celkový obraz o městě, ve kterém jsem vyrůstal a kde bych se v budoucnu rád věnoval pedagogické činnosti. This diploma thesis is focused on the communication strategy of the Staropramen brand Sládkova limonáda. The thesis is aimed on the description of the marketing strategy of the brand with main focus on communication strategy. The emphasis is placed on current trends affecting the market and the strategies of companies presented on the market. The major goal is to create a communication strategy plan for Staropramen Sládkova limonáda. The communication strategy is based on theoretical knowledge, information and data collected through a questionnaire survey, situational analysis and subsequent evaluation of the strategy of launching the brand on the Czech market.
