The reason, why I chose as a topic of my thesis just Târgoviste and personalities of the cultural and literal life connected to this place, is simple. It is given by my very close relationship to this city. I had spent my childhood in Târgoviste and I have to remark, it was a very happy childhood. We have moved with my parents to here from Ploiesti, another city bound to me with a strong emotional feeling - I was born here. At the same place is still living my godmother, her family and my friends. In my theses I took direction to the most significant literal personalities, importance of which far crossed the city border, because they are a part of roman literature treasury, they are a part of literary encyclopedias and obligatory school readings, too. Choice of these writes was determinated by place of birth in Târgoviste or by their activities and literal works here. I aimed to bring proofs, that even the smaller cities or regions can be a good topic and inspiration for wonderful works and that the writers or personalities from them coming or working there, are able to be superior over the regional range and scope by their works and significance. Right for Information in Power of Public Administration Bodies - RESUMÉ There were several reasons for the choice of the topic for my thesis "Right for Information in Power of Public Administration Bodies". The first is growing importance in possibilities to get information about civil service activities and the right of public to deal with it. The second is the way how public authorities deal with this right in their activities. And third is large legal system linked to claim the right for information which has been created because it is certain that the Czech legal system has been developing since the foundation of the Czech Republic as a democratic legal state. The aim of my thesis is to try to create a frame for the right for information managed by authorities of public power and to show some consequences in this area. The first chapter is about theoretically limited principles in civil service which are the base for claim the right for information. To understand clearly what the right for information is, I find it useful to describe international-legal and constitutional-legal aspects because legal form of this issue is based on them. Road traffic and its environmental impact

The thesis aims to describe main relationships between road traffic and its environmental impact. It has to explain general concept, definition of basic negatives and disadvantages of the road traffic environmental influence and ways how to face up to them. One of fundamental components of the thesis is represented by an chapter about road traffic's external costs and possible approaches of their elimination. It pushes ahead the internalizing externalities. Analytic part of the thesis refers to one concrete traffic fabric situated in the centre of medium-sized city with a view to changes of environment characteristics of the whole territory and to changes of traffic situation in the city. The fabric is monitored in the course of all phases -- from first suggestions for the final commissioning.

The Privileges and Immunities of the officials and servants of the EC and the EU

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to present the privileges and immunities enjoyed by the officials and servants of the EU and other persons taking part in the work of the EU and to compare these privileges and immunities and their extent with the regulation of the international law. The thesis is divided into three chapters. The first one offers a survey of the sources of the prvileges and immunities legal regulation and covers the development of the main document -- Protocol on the privileges and immunities of the European Union. The second chapter deals with the personal and factual scope of the privileges and immunities and with the waiver of the immunity. The last part of the thesis examines the status of the international officials in terms of the international law and compares the Protocol on the privileges and immunities of the EU with the Convention on the Privileges and Immunities of the United Nations, the Agreement Between the United Nations and the United States Regarding the Headquarters of the United Nations and with the General Agreement on Privileges and Immunities of the Council of Europe.

Antiradical activity of herbal drugs Epilobii herba and Ononidis radix extracts and flavonoids.

1 ABSTRAKT Mgr. Monika Dvořáková Reactive oxygen species play a key role in the patophysiology of renal diseases. The kidney is an organ highly vulnerable to damage caused by reactive oxygen species. Oxidative stress mediates a wide range of renal impairments, from acute renal failure, rhambdomyolysis, glomerular damage, obstructive nephropathy, hyperlipidemia to chronic renal failure and hemodialysis. This study examinated flavonoids contained in extracts of Epilobii herba and Ononidis radix as scavengers of superoxide radical. Extract of Epilobii herba is used in the treatment of the first symptoms of benign prostatic hyperpasia. It inhibits the intracellular prostatic enzymes 5 - α - reductase, which converts testosterone to dihydrotestosterone. It has anti - inflammatory effect too. Ononidis radix is component of a lot of diuretic and urologic tea mictures. This drug facilitates urine secretion, lowers risk of creation gravel and stones renal in kidney and in bladder. The aqueous extracts of Epilobii herba and Ononidis radix and the aqueous extracts of selected flavonoids contained in diuretic acting drugs were tested. Německá univerzita v Praze, od roku 1939 Německá Karlova univerzita, prošla v letech 1938/39-1945 obdobím, na jehož počátku stojí Mnichovská dohoda, resp. vstup německých vojsk na české území a které se uzavírá porážkou nacistického Německa ve druhé světové válce a tím mj. i zánikem samotné Německé univerzity. Je zřejmé, že toto období přineslo univerzitě jako instituci, vyučujícím i studentům velké změny. Hlavní změnou byla orientace na nacistické Německo. Tato orientace se jistě musela projevit voblasti oficiální univerzitní správy. Dokladem toho byla například postupná arizace univerzity nebo vytváření nových vědeckých oborů souvisejících s potřebami nacistického režimu (východoevropská studia, národní psychologie atd.). Otázkou však zůstává, zda tato orientace byla nevyhnutelná, tj. zda politické změny znamenaly i proměnu vědecké práce vyučujících a studentů. Jako pramen k zodpovězení této otázky budou sloužit disertační práce studentů historie filozofické fakulty Německé univerzity. Disertační práce byly podkladem pro připuštění k rigorózní zkoušce a následně k získání doktorského titulu. Při jejich zpracovávání se nabízí hned několik otázek. Media planning (with focus on print media planning)

One of the main goals of this Master's Thesis was to characterize the process of media planning and its organization, to determine the factors influencing this process and get to know the specifics of print media planning. Diffrent sources of information were used to study the process -- available literature, available analysis of the media market in the Czech Republic and also practical experience of media planners. Another important goal was to propose a media plan Spring 2004 for the Open University Czech Republic o.p.s. The analysis shows that media planning is very complex process involving many individual steps. The starting point is a deep analysis of the company and product. The next important step is then a selection of appropriate media strategy and creation of the the most effective media mix. During the print media planning must be taken into account factors such as the creativity of advertising, its format, campaign timing and the content of communication. In the practical part the Open University media plan for print and electronic media was designed. The media type has been chosen according to the target group of the potential students. The plan is based on the real situation of the company and therefore, together with other proposals for changes of the corporate communication, in the next period feasible.

Non-governmental and Non-profit Organisation's Specifications with respect to Funding and Accounting Based on the Example of Church-based Legal Entity

Diploma thesis is focused on non-governmental and non-profit organisation's specifications. It is aimed mainly on church-based legal entity, foundations and endowment funds, civil associations, public beneficial association and universities. One chapter describes financial management of above-mentioned organisations and its specificities including planning, fundraising, operational management and evaluation. Methods of establishment, creation, cancellation, cessation and management of the organisation are described from legal point of view. In one part of the thesis I have concentrated on tax allowances within income tax, Vehicle Excise Duty, immovable property tax, capital transfer tax, gift tax and real estate-transfer tax. The following chapter focuses on accounting and its differences compared to companies. The aim of the practical part is to analyze the financial management of registered legal entity, which is estabilished by church-based legal entity -The Archdiocese Caritas Prague. The analysis focuses on content and progress of costs and revenues in period 2005 -2007.

The aim of the Bachelor's Thesis is to create a business project of the start up company, hotels PDM. In this Thesis, I considered the theoretical and methodological foundations of business planning and identified the content and structure of a business plan; analysed the market of hotel services in Russia including the features of creating a hotel from the very outset; collected characteristics of the hotels in terms of comfort and function; created business plan of hotel development, calculated the necessary economic and financial activities for this project, and also highlighted ways of improving the effectiveness of hotel management in the current economic and financial conditions
