The Remuneration System of Employees and Proposal of Changes in the Selected Company

The bachelor thesis is focused on the system of remuneration for employees and the proposal of amendments in the selected company. It is divided into three parts. The first part is focused on the theoretical foundations based on professional publications that deal with the fundamental topics which are oriented on employee remuneration. It is followed by the second part, which deals with the analysis of the current remuneration system and the impact of internal and external factors on the company. The last part of the work focuses on improvements to this system.

The bachelor thesis deals with the selection, recruitment, and adaptation of a worker to a specific job position in company AB spol. s r.o. In individual segments of the theoretical part, concepts and methods are analysed using professional literature. The second part focuses on the company’s characteristics and a description of its current methods in terms of selection, recruitment, and adaptation of a worker. The last part of the thesis proposes amendments that may lead to changes in the company’s existing system.
Volunteering as an allocation of human resources in sports organizations

Title: Volunteering as an allocation of human resources in sports organizations Objectives: The objective of the thesis is to recommend the most suitable Belbin roles for job positions in sports organizations based on knowledge from research and literature. Methods: The thesis uses qualitative and quantitative research. Qualitative research will take place in the form of dialogue and subsequent discussion of the Focus Group with representatives of sports organizations. 9 respondents will participate in this group discussion. Quantitative research is conducted among volunteers in sports organizations through electronic surveys and the Click4Survey tool. The Belbin test is part of the questionnaire survey. The questionnaire survey includes a sample of 305 respondents. Results: The results of qualitative research show that the positions offered to volunteers include the positions of administrative worker, assistant, supervisor, organizer and coach. The results of quantitative research show that the most represented role in volunteers, according to Belbin's typology, is the role of the Implementer. Proposal for Changes of Organizational Structure in a Small Company

The work deals with the organizational structure of the selected company. Organizational structure is designed to effectively reflect current needs. The proposed changes are implemented based on an analysis of the current state of the researched business area. The key sources of analysis were secondary sources in the form of internal materials and data obtained by observations and interviews with management. The main output of this work is the design of a new organizational structure, which is necessary to ensure the smooth running of the company, especially more effective cooperation between members of management consisting mainly of defining competencies and mutual communication.
Teacher Assistant at a primary school

This master thesis deals with the subject of the first-grade primary school teaching assistants. It seeks the answers on following questions: what the social and cultural background of teaching assistants is; what their key motivation for is applying for this role; what their expectations before were entering the profession; what their motivation for continuing the profession is. In this master thesis, I place the emphasis on uncovering the previous job and life experiences of teaching assistants as well as how these past experiences affect their current job position. The answers for these questions are provided by qualitative and quantitative research which is based mostly on semi-structured interviews with teaching assistants from the elementary school in Prague, district 10. From the outcome of these interviews, the questionnaire was made, which was subsequently sent to assistant teachers from various parts of Czech Republic. Questionnaires were used mostly for confirmation and completion of information acquired from semi-structured interviews. This master thesis confirms that assistant teachers get involved in their profession for various reasons and have diverse previous work and life experiences. Social Services Methodologist: Job Profile in Terms of Qualification and Personality

The topic of this diploma thesis is the qualification and personality profile of the job title - methodology specialist in the social services in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part of this work describes the quality of social services because their setting, evaluation and management are in the spotlight during last few decades. This work deals with the law on social services and with social services quality standards which are the benchmark of quality for these services. The job title methodology specialist in social services is described in detail in the chapter describing social services workers. Conclusion of the theoretical part of this work highlights the importance of human resources for the organization and the importance of the job title description. The practical part of this work is aimed on mapping of competency and personality profile of the job title of current methodology specialists in social services. There are used qualitative research methods specifically semi structured interviews with employees who work in this position. The analysis of gained information gives answers to research questions and creates a picture of competency and personal profile of methodology specialist in the social services field. This bachelor thesis discusses the topic of methods of selection. The aim of the thesis is to provide the summary of methods which are mentioned in professional literature and also methods used by employment agencies. The aim is also to evaluate these methods. The thesis consists of four parts. The first one is devoted to the aims of the thesis and its methodological solutions. The author focuses on the characteristic of process of selection and she also gives readers an idea of concrete methods which are used during the selection in the theoretical part. The characteristic of chosen employment agencies and methods which they use during the selection process constitute the practical part of this thesis. The author evaluates and interprets gained findings in the last part of this thesis.
Professionalization of the Nonprofit Sector in the Czech Republic: Analysing the Demand for Professions in the Non-governmental Non-profit organisations

The thesis deals with the professionalization of non-profit sector in the Czech Republic, specifically the problém what "professions" in the non-profit sector in the Czech Republic are formed and what are their parameters. The thesis analyzes the jobs offered in the labor market in non-profit organizations. This thesis tries to answer the question: "To what jobs are employees of nonn-governmental organizations demanded" It also focuses on the requirements of these jobs - specifically, the required education, skills, abilities, personality characteristics, experrience, knowledge, relationship to work and the technical prerequisites. The theoretical part is devoted to the professionalization of NGOs in the country. First, I define the Non-Governmental Organization, then explain the concept of professionalization, explain the concept of profession and define who is a professional. The last chapter concerns human resources and positions in non-profit organizations. In the empirical part I analyze the current situation on the labor market in the Czech Republic. It is mentioned what positions of the NGOs are demanding and what are the requirements put on these posts, then I compare the offers of work in NGOs in each region.

My bachelor thesis deals with problems of employees benefits. The aim of my bachelor thesis is to strike a balance of employees satisfaction from the point of view of men and women, from the point of view of jop position as well as from the point of view of employees in manufacture and technical-economic employees in the company. Research is made by questionnaire search. We get the needed data on the base of data evaluation, which we are going to analyse with help of graphs, tables and according to them, we are going to draw appropriate references. It might be obvious, employees are relatively satisfied with being informed as well as with number of employees benefits, from the results. An impossibility of using employees benefits is mentioned as a week spot. As a main recommendation of my analyse is an obstruction of employees benefits which are missed by employees.

The main goal of this bachelor thesis is to analyze the processes of acquisition and selection of employees in IT companies during the economic recession. The first part describes general methods of recruitment in IT companies. It characterizes different methods of employees selection and describes their benefits and risks. The second part analyzes the acquisition and selection of employees in one specific Czech IT company. It evaluates different methods of recruitment in terms of candidates success in the selection process. It also analyzes the processes of recruitment and basic HR indicators. The end of the work makes recommendations to the analyzed company that can help to reduce costs and increase effectiveness of recruitment processes.
