Chain conveyor for conveying molding

This bachelor thesis is focused on the design of conveyor for the mouldings with regard to the input parameters. The thesis is divided to the several parts where the beginning of the thesis is devoted to a research study about chain link conveyors. Furthermore, the chosen concept of the proposed conveyor with the introduction of the main components is explained. Following are design and check calculations of the main conveyor parts. The work also includes production documentation of the overall assembly and the subassembly of the driving station.

Transfer table electromechanical

The aim of this thesis is to design a proposal of Transfer table electromechanical earmarked for transporting packs of sheets of tin with balance-sheet of electromechanical and electrohydraulic construction and to make important technical calculations. The introduction contains a description of the used constructional solution with the description of the individual parts of the transfer table and survey used components from different producer. The work includes functional calculations, which mainly includes the design and control of power running and lifting gear, calculate speeds and lift loads, the chain drives and other assemblies Transverse. Conclusion of this work deals with the assessment of the frame strength of the Transfer table using the finite element method. Further the work deals with the assessment of the maximum capacity of the machine and with any design modifications. The work also contains a design documentation, especially the plan of the Transfer table and detailed drawings of the frame and eccentric casters.

This bachelor’s thesis deals with a designing, manufacturing and testing of chain guide for cross country mountain bike. In the first part construction types of chain guides is described. Next own design of chain guide is made. Suitable material and manufacturing method are chosen and chain guide is manufactured. Next part describes testing of the chain guide. In the end of thesis functionality, design, manufacturing method and using ability on the market are evaluated.

This diploma thesis deals with the calculation and design of bucket elevators. The work includes a description of the construction of elevators, the procedure of elevator calculations. Furthermore, the work presents the calculation of a vertical bucket elevator for gravel transport. The work includes drawing documentation, including a drawing of the elevator assembly, a drawing of the head subassembly, drawings of individual parts of the head.

Creeper

This bachelor thesis deals with the design of the creeper for technological production line. Part of this thesis is the technical report with analysis and calculation of the proposed solution, describing the ultimate possibility of chain drives and different types of chain. Attached to the project is drawing documentation containing the plan of the facility, subassembly drive chain tension and the detailed drawing of the drive chain wheel.

Tractor trailer for transporting hop vines

This bachelor’s thesis deals with the design of a tractor trailer for transporting hop vines. The first part contains a research analysis of similar trailers and legislation. In the next part is analysed construction of the trailer, analytical calculations of dimensional and functional properties and chosing components. The last part consists of strength analysis critical points of the frame and chosen construction details with its evaluation. Partial drawing documentation is also included.

Bucket elevator for transporting glass shards

This bachelor's thesis deals with the functional design of a bucket elevator for transporting glass shards with a lifting height of 10 meters and a nominal transport capacity of 60 tons per hour. The research part provides a brief introduction to the issues of bucket elevators and the current market for such elevators. In the subsequent sections, functional calculations are performed, and the selection of individual components is made. Lastly, the strength calculation of the drive shaft and sealing rings, as well as the bearing life assessment, are conducted. The thesis includes accompanying drawing documentation.
