The theoretical part of this bachelor thesis is focused on general characteristics of cloud computing. It includes introduction into characteristics of cloud deployment, payment and distribution models. Furthermore, this section clarify the role of participants, security and advantages and disadvantages. Particular emphasis is aimed on the distribution model platform as a service and its providers. This knowledge is then used in the practical part, which is also focused on a platform as a service. Theoretical benefit of this part is to establish a structured, coherent and comprehensive insight into cloud computing. The practical part consists of an analysis comparing the investment and operating costs of custom and cloud solutions for model company. The first section of the analysis is defining the company's own infrastructure and solutions. The other section clearly visualizes investment and operating costs of such infrastructure. These costs are then compared with equivalent solutions using cloud technology and put into context with the advantages and disadvantages of these technologies.

Current transformations of the ISSN system
Czech prince and Saxon duke in 12th century. Comparison of the Czech principate and Saxon duchy of Henry the Lion
Zelenka, Jan ; Bláhová, Marie (referee) ; Žemlička, Josef (advisor)
During the reign of Henry the Lion was Saxony divided into number of "principalities". Holders (bishops, earls etc.) of these domains didn't stay under the command of the duke. They didn't grant his authority. Henry the Lion reigned only over his own principality. His power and support of Emperor Frederick Barbarossa gaye him factual dominance over the other princes of Saxony, but not the rule over them. Consequently was his primary interest not the rule over entire duchy, but the enlargement of his own property. He ruled in his own principality like superior suzerain. Problem of his principality was inner "disunion" .The domain was put together from allod and fiefs. Because of his fiefs was Henry in fact only one part in network of feudal relationships - on one hand the suzerein, on the other the fief. His suzerain position meant not, that he could ruled over his vassals like absolute monarcho His extreme requirements on his vassals activated their oposition. This inner conflict culminated in the time of clash.with emperor and caused animosity of his own vassals. The struggle with princes and the emperor has shown lirnits of his power and also incompact structure of his principality. Even his vassals came over emperor. His duke honour was taken from him. The duchy was divided and invested on other princes....

Historical floods in Bohemia in the work of Dresden hydrometeorologist Christian Gottlieb Pötzsch. On the occasion of the 200th anniversary of his decease
Munzar, Jan ; Ondráček, Stanislav
This year, it was 200 years that have passed since the decease of the prominent Saxon hydrometeorologist Ch.G. Pötzsch (1732-1805), author of remarkable compendium “Chronological history of large flood events on the Elbe River in a thousand and more years“. The monograph was published in Dresden in 1784 and later added two annexes (from 1786 and 1800). It is a result of many years of hard work in the collection and study of most varied historical and contemporary sources of information. For the documentation of historical floods in Czech Republic the work by Pötzsch importantly also includes a range of data on the rise and course of concrete hydrometeorological extremes in the Czech segment of the Elbe River catchment and its affluents since the author drew his knowledge not only from historical entries (German, Czech and Latin) but also from available contemporary data originating from Bohemia, forgotten or unextant today.

Floods – a natural phenomenon that would always shake to surprise
Munzar, Jan ; Ondráček, Stanislav
In the last twenty years, disastrous floods occurring in the Czech Republic affected smaller or larger areas (three extreme events occurred in 2010 alone). A particularly great surprise was the flood disaster in the summer of 1997, which caught a greater part of the population unprepared because several generations had not experienced a similar hydrological extreme – the historic memory of floods had been lost. In the past, people living along large rivers took into account the usual and often annually occurring natural phenomenon. However, the relation of today’s inhabitants in riverine landscapes and of the whole society to rivers and phenomena occurring on them changed during the 20th century. This is why the awareness of floods should be constantly restored, which is the aim of this work. The paper reminds and documents several disastrous floods, today already forgotten, occurring on Moravian or Bohemian rivers from the 16th century until the present and their impacts.

Design of early warning system against lightning floods in mountain conditions
Tesař, Miroslav ; Šír, Miloslav ; Polívka, Jiří
The sophisticated local warning system against flash floods in mountain conditions is described. It is designed using the latest knowledge on the hydrodynamic mechanisms of storm runoff. It was found that extreme discharges are caused by these factors and their combinations: (1) saturation of soil cover with water, (2) soil surface hydrophobia, (3) gravity destabilized flow of water in the soil, (4) extreme rainfall, usually after prolonged dry period. Typical combinations causing extreme runoff, are (1) and (3) - the water saturation of soil cover can cause gravity destabilized flow induced by a small rain, (2) and (4) - long-term drought may cause the hydrophobic surface of the soil and simultaneously trigger extreme rain.

Safety and crisis management in the town of Český Krumlov
BŘEZINA, Čestmír
In the past decades, not only natural disasters, but also other extreme events have threatened the mankind and people have to be ready to solve these events. Extreme events can be caused by the unpredictable weather such as floods and freshets, epidemics, bulk infections of animals, fires, explosions, toxic substance release into the air, collective accidents in the traffic, interruption of supply of electric power, water, gas, heating, collapse of telecommunication and information net, radiation emergency, terrorist attacks etc. It is not possible to underestimate extreme events and it is necessary to thoroughly prepare on the possibility of their occurence and on precautions in connection with their removal, eventually with the elimination of their consequences. Regarding to the fact, that the inhabitans of the town of Český Krumlov are endangered by potential extreme events all the time, in the past decades these have been mainly floods and other natural disasters, that is why the organs of crisis task force and the bodies of IRS (Integrated Rescue Service) have to be maximally prepared to solve such events. Nevertheless the primary aim is the protection of people {--} the protection of their lives, health, properties, but also the protection of infrastructure and environment is important. That all is also related with maximal readiness and awareness of the population of potential risks of occurence of extreme events. Only in this case, the people would be able to behave correctly in the given situations and therefore intensify their security. On the base of results of the quantitative research and the subject analysis, it has been found out, that inhabitans of the town of Český Krumlov are not prepared on eventual occurence of extreme events at all and they are not offered any possibilities how to get the necessary information. That is why I have suggested arrangements how to eliminate these problems, in general how to improve the communication and the standart of providing services to the inhabitants concerning the field of eventual occurence of extreme events. These arrangements can serve for bodies of crisis task force managment so that they could be inspired in how to intesify the quality of security and how to better the crisis mamagement of the town of Český Krumlov.
