The topic of this bachelor work is Reasons for employer accidents in timber works. My work is divided into two parts the theoretical and the empirical. In the theoretical part there are some explanations for general characteristic in technological processes, further I comment sorts of woods devices. The main attention is focused on a band saw and a frame saw. Factors affecting or causing (during their interactions) accidents in work are also discussed. A labour protection during work with band saw and frame saw and working environments effects for safety are mentioned in the last part of experimental section. The empirical part is focused on statistical evaluation of dates in question sheets. The main reasons for accidents in woods factories using band saws and frame saws are established. The most important factors of accidents (and their relevance) are exploring and finally analyzed.

The Industry Business of Prague Municipality in the first half of 20th Century. The Industrial Factories of Capital City Prague, ltd.

This work describes the industrial activities of the Prague municipality in building industry in the first half of the twentieth century, especially in the years 1921-1948, during which the company "Industrial factories of the Capital City of Prague" operated successfully in which the municipality owned half of the shares. The main objective is to monitor the activities of the company running the lime and brick factories and a sawmill. I focused on its development and significance. This thesis is based on information from the Prague City Archives, from the fund of Industrial Factories. The research illustrates the quantities of produced and sold building materials, then also important buildings in which the company was involved as a supplier. The main contribution of this work is the "re-discovery" of an interesting company which significantly supported the building industry in Prague, supplied the building material not only to municipal buildings and was a competitor for cartels.

Business Plan

This thesis evaluates investments based on a business plan. The business plan is developed for the company Agrospol, spol. s r. o. Vračkovice, which intends to expand its product portfolio through the saw-mill site. The company is engaged in agricultural production and operation of the saw would be for her only an ancillary activity to streamline especially human and material resources of the company.
Specific business plan is compiled based on the structure defined in the theoretical part. It contains basic information about the company, organizational structure, product performance, analysis of internal analysis and macro micro surrounding, based on which the SWOT matrix and determined strategy. Thereinafter it describes the marketing activities. Another part of the business plan is focused on information about technology, implementation and risks. The intended investment costs, variable and fixed costs and estimated projected cash flows from the investment are known. In conclusion, the investment is evaluated by selected static and dynamic indicators for evaluating investments.

Subject of this diploma thesis is elaborate a constructional design of the Automatic production line for wooden plate. The thesis is including study of two various solutions, basic computation unit, construction analysis of the device line. In the end of the thesis is included an economic evaluation, model of the line and documentation drawings.

Obnova mlýnu-pily v Běluni u Kohoutova

The thesis deals with the restoration of the mill and sawmill in Běluň. A more detailed processing is aimed at the sawmill as a better preserved parts of the object. On the basis of the obtained or created documents are drawn up individual alternatives of restoration, which solves the activities carried out during the recovery, the changes compared to current situation, the usability of the object and the resulting economic demands.
