KUČEROVÁ, Lucie
The diploma thesis is a pilot study focused on the analysis of teacher activities, physical load and factors that influence it in teaching mathematics at primary school in mathematics teaching, in the context of activities and methods of work that the teacher puts in the context of curriculum in this educational area. In the introductory part there are necessary theoretical bases for the work and fulfillment of the set goal. Pedagogical research is realized on two probands - teachers of 1 st. Elementary School. The basic method is to analyze the teaching activities of both teachers in 4 classes. The collection of necessary data is obtained by the method of observation, where the evaluation is based on multimedia records of 7 mathematics lessons from a two-month period. At the same time, using the heart rate sensing method in both probands, we recorded average heart rate and local heart rate extremes. In the results section, the results of observations and recordings from sport-tester with graphs are interpreted, where each unit is supplemented by a discussion. The final part summarizes the results and recommendations into practice.

Teoretical part is focused to the general specification of this topic. This teoretical part is about analysis of training ice hockey players, system of the training including psychic of professional player and his temperament. In the practical part is described resarch including average pulse frequency measurement by sporttester, results of Eysenck temperament test and personal interview with players and trainer separately. We found all about comparison player loading in the basic part of season and play off by evaluation of all these objective and subjective resarch. This resarch can offer interesting knowledges about temperament of professional ice hockey players. KEYWORDS ice-hockey, ice-hockey player, physical load, heart rate, psyche, temperament
Comparison of physical stress during moving on wet and dry clothes.
Doležal, Jan ; Sýkora, Karel (advisor) ; Baláš, Jiří (referee)
Title: Comparison of physical load when moving in wet and dry clothes. Objectives: The aim of the this study was to compare the extent of the physical load when moving in wet and dry field uniforms pattern 95 at the speed of 5 km∙h-1 while changing the pitch angle of the treadmill. Methods: Quantitative research based on the interpersonal and intrapersonal comparative analysis Results: The measured data prove that the difference between the heart rates when moving in wet clothing and dry clothing is not significant. The average heart rate was 111 ± 21 beats per minute in the dry clothing and 108 ± 18 beats per minute in the wet clothing. During the average oxygen consumption a significant difference was observed only at the end of the measurement. At the end of the measurement in wet clothing, the measured values of oxygen consumption were on average 1,87 ± 0,69 mL∙min-1 ∙kg-1 higher than in dry clothing. The average value of oxygen consumption was 22 ± 8,20 mL∙min-1 ∙kg-1 in dry clothing and 22,96 ± 8,44 mL∙min-1 ∙kg-1 in wet clothing. Keywords: transfers, physical load, walking, heart rate, oxygen consumption, expiratory gases
The assesment of intensity of physical load using heart rate in different types of preparatory games in football players.
Ivasko, Aleš ; Kokštejn, Jakub (advisor) ; Frýbort, Pavel (referee)
Title: The assesment of intensity of physical load using heart rate in different types of preparatory games in football players. Objectives: Determine the intensity of physical load in different types of preparatory games within the training unit with professional football players. At the same time the aim is to determine possible differences in the intensity of physical load in different types of preparatory games because of the different player's positions. Methods: Sport tester "Polar RS800" was used to assess the intensity heart rate during the preparatory games in training unit. The research group consisted of professional football players (N = 8) who play the second highest senior competition. Results: In terms physical load was found to be substantively significant difference between the midfielders and defenders in the time spent above the anaerobic threshold. With midfielders and players on wings were found to be minor to moderate significant differences in time spent above the anaerobic threshold during the preparatory games. It is similar with midfielders and attackers which were found too minor to moderate significant differences in time spent above the anaerobic threshold during the preparatory games. . Keywords: Football, physical load, heart rate, preparatory game, player's positions.

The physical load on the body as a factor influencing perceptual cognitive functions
Frýbort, Pavel ; Süss, Vladimír (advisor) ; Tomajko, Dušan (referee) ; Seidl, Zdeněk (referee)
Title: The physical load on the body as a factor influencing perceptual cognitive functions. Objective: The aim of this study is to determine the relationship between the size of the physical load and the visual-motor response time and the accuracy of the decision-making by junior soccer players. Methods: The fourty two respondents (in an average age of 19 ± 1.2 years) participated in the study. It was the single factor quasiexperimental, multilevel and intragroup in which we tried to reveal the causal relationship between the visual-motor response time and the accuracy of the decision-making depending on the size of the previous physical load. We proposed a diagnostic instrument containing the video of the offensive game situations which would allow simultaneous evaluation of the visual-motor response time (using Dartfish software program) and the accuracy of the decision-making (through experts assessment). Results and discussion: The diagnostic instrument contains sixteen video clips of the offensive game situations according to the highest degree of conformity of the panelists. I used polychoric correlation matrix to express dependencies between each game situation within each group comprising four video clips of the offensive game situations. The results of the matrix (range -0.437 to 0.306)...
Nursing Care of Seniors in Intensive Care Unit-ICU and Anaesthesiology and Resuscitation Unit-ARU
Svitáková, Jana ; Hošťálková, Monika (advisor) ; Mrákava, Vlastimil (referee)
General nurses in their proffesion provide nursing care to patients of different age groups. Quite frequently represented group are seniors. This fact is due to the increase in life expectancy, medical advances and polymorbidity of seniors, which is often the cause of their hospitalization. Nursing care for seniors is particularly challenging due to the occurence of many geriatric symptoms, restriction of cognitive functions and inabillity to self care. Much more difficult situation occurs, if the state of geriatric patient requires care in ARO (Department of Anesthesiology and Resuscitation) or ICU (Intensive Care Unit). Identification of problem areas in intensive nursing care for seniors leads to infer the possible measures for practice. In terms of this thesis quantitative research was carried out using a questionnaire survey. Research group consisted of general nurses from departments of intensive care, thus professional intesive care units (ICU) and department of anesthesiology and resuscitation. Out of the total number of 120 distributed questionnaires (100 %) returned 94 usable questionnaires (78,33 %). Realization of research survey was conducted in February 2012. The thesis consists of two parts, the practical and theoretical. The main objective was to map the problem of providing nursing...
