Art group 12/15 Better Late than Never

The free art group called "12/15 Pozdě, ale přece" was founded on the 3th of June 1987 in Václav Bláha's studio. However, the beginnings of collective activities of its members are to be found already in the first half of the 70's when these artists started to exhibit their art together. During those beginnings and through all the time of normalization, too, they found their place in exhibition rooms of the alternative (unofficial) culture. Hence, they had no chance to present themselves adequately enough. Besides their close friendship, it was one of the reasons of establishing an art group. The members of 12/15 were not unified by any collective art program. It was a group of individuals freely creating and thinking. Its founding members were: Václav Bláha, Vladimír Novák, Petr Pavlík, Michael Rittstein, Ivan Kafka, Ivan Ouhel, Jiří Beránek, Kurt Gebauer, Jaroslav Dvořák and Tomáš Švéda. Since their second exhibition (1988) Jiří Načeradský become a new member, and since the third one (1990) Jiří Sopko. Gradually this circle has expanded by joining a cultural worker Jiří Halík, and a group manager Josef Vomáčka. During the years 1988-1996 they organized 7 collective exhibitions. Summer camp preparing and execution

Ve své bakalářské práci se zabývám přípravou a realizací letního tábora. Kromě programu jsem se zaměřila na organizační přípravu, protože bez dobré přípravy a znalostí zákonů nemůžeme letní tábor ani naplánovat. Pokud budeme mluvit o plánování, je to opravdu celoroční mravenčí práce, od mapování terénu a místa pro tábor, propagaci, typu a termínu tábora, potřebné dokumentace a v neposlední řadě výběrem pracovníků tábora, vedoucích a praktikantů - to a mnoho jiné se skrývá za celoroční prací pedagogů. Etapové hry, které zmiňuji, jsme realizovali na letním táboře v Roželově a ve Vlastějovicích, kam již několik let s dětmi vyjíždíme. Tábory, které pořádáme, jsou 14 denní pro děti ve věku 7 - 15 let. Každoročně se přihlásí kolem 150 účastníků. Tábor je rozdělen do tří kategorií, a pro každou je vypracovaná samostatná etapová hra. Náplň letního tábora je skutečně rozsáhlá. Nabízíme zde různé rukodělné činnosti, putovní tábor na 2 dny pro nejstarší oddíl, různé výlety po okolí. Pořádáme Olympijské hry, kde oddíly jsou věkově smíchané a sestaveny do družstev dle losovacích lístků. Také vedoucí se zapojují do her, a jsou postavení jako kapitáni družstev, kteří musí mnohdy prokázat svou fyzickou a psychickou zdatnost. Influence of corporate culture on employees’ motivation.

This work is focused on defining the relationship between corporate culture and employees' motivation on the example of EVRAZ ZSMK. The work includes analysis of corporate culture and recommendations for improving the current situation. The work consists of two parts, theoretical and practical. The first part describes the basic concepts, definitions and classification of culture in the organization. The practical part deals with the evaluation of data obtained from internal documents and through a questionnaire survey. The goal of this thesis is to create a system of personal recommendations for EVRAZ ZSMK and also demonstrate that the corporate culture has an impact on employees' motivation.

The mixed-use building near meanders of the Lučina river

Subject of this final thesis is to develop project documents of a new mixed-use building in Havířov. The building has three floors and basement car park. On the first floor there is a café and shops. On the second and third floor there are office spaces. Structural sytem of building is cast-in-place concrete frame. Exterior building envelope is made of sand-lime bricks with ventilated facade with thermal insulation of mineral wool insulation. The roof of the building is designed as a non-walkable warm flat roof.

Biathlon Complex Facilities

The subject of the thesis is processing of project documentation for the new building of biathlon bleachers and sport facilities. The compound is located in the town of Staré Město pod Landštejnem, situated on a plot of land no.1818/6. The building is detached, designed partly as a double-deck and in the remaining part as four-storey. The supporting structure is designed as a solid reinforced concrete prefabricated skeletal system, supplemented by filling brick blocks. The compound is based on foundation plinths and the bleachers on foundations. The ceiling construction is made up of POD ceramic panels. The roof is designed as a single skin flat roof with the powder of washed river stone, and the roof above the duplex part is designed as a walkable roof with a wear layer of paving on supports. The project was prepared using a computer program AutoCAD. When processing, the emphasis was placed on the correct layout design, architectural design, static requirements and the safe use of the building.

Bridge over highway on a ramp

The proposal is for new construction of a road bridge over the highway.Three options of solutions were proposed but only the option of connected girder slab beam of six fields was selected. This variant was assessed by static calculation. Static calculation is processed in accordance with European standards. Another important part of this thesis is also drawings, visualization, technical report and construction procedure.

Bridge over the Jihlava river

The master's thesis object is to design a road bridge over the Jihlava river. Three studies are proposed from which pre-stressed two-beam structure with three spans variant is chosen. A detailed structural analysis elaborated and the bridge is analysed according to ultimate limit state and serviceability limit state. Drawing documentation and visualisation were made. The structure design is based on the European standarts.
