Tato práce se zaměřená na definování vztahů mezi firemní kulturou a pracovní motivaci na příkladu společností EVRAZ ZSMK. Práce zahrnuje analýzu firemní kultury zkoumané společnosti a systém doporučeni pro zlepšení současného stavy. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí, teoretické a praktické. První část obsahuje popis základních pojmů, popis klasifikace kultury organizaci, její tvorbu a místo v motivaci zaměstnanců. Praktická část se zabývá vyhodnocením dat získaných z interní dokumentace a získaných pomoci dotazníkového šetření. Přínosem práce je systém osobních doporučení pro EVRAZ ZSMK a také prokázaní, že firemní kultura má vliv na pracovní motivace. This work is focused on defining the relationship between corporate culture and employees' motivation on the example of EVRAZ ZSMK. The work includes analysis of corporate culture and recommendations for improving the current situation. The work consists of two parts, theoretical and practical. The first part describes the basic concepts, definitions and classification of culture in the organization. The practical part deals with the evaluation of data obtained from internal documents and through a questionnaire survey. The goal of this thesis is to create a system of personal recommendations for EVRAZ ZSMK and also demonstrate that the corporate culture has an impact on employees' motivation.
