Subsequently, there is a space provided to the ethical and technological standards of on-line advertising in the bachelor's work, in which is great attention paid to the suitability of graphical formats and optimization of websites. A part of the work is devoted to the psychology of costumer's behavior on the Internet and to the testing methods of user's work with a website. In the practical part of the bachelor's work the author is analyzing selected company's on-line presentations, for which he consecutively creates a list of recommendations for improvement of their Internet campaigns.

Structural Colors of Self-Similar Nano Patterns
Meluzín, Petr ; Horáček, Miroslav ; Krátký, Stanislav ; Kolařík, Vladimír
E-beam lithography is a flexible technology for various diffraction gratings origination. The e-beam patterning typically allows for the creation of optical diffraction gratings in the first diffraction order. However, the very high resolution enables also the patterning of structures providing the zero-order diffraction. Recently, we presented a work on the structural colors of metallic layers covering both regular-line structures and CGH (computer generated hologram) structures. This work presents a study dealing with zero-order diffraction structures with self-similar properties. The practical part of the work is focused on two aspects: design parameters and technological issues. Variations in design parameters include the tone of the structure (positive or negative),\nthe density of filling, the filling factor, and the depth of the structures. The achieved gamut of colors may by primarily extended by the proper selection of metal deposition technology and its parameters, and further by the proper selection of the metal and the thickness of its layer, these are the technological issues.

National image as a factor of competitiveness of Czech products
Veselá, Jitka ; Kita, Jaroslav (referee) ; Zich, Robert (referee) ; Nétek, Václav (referee) ; Světlík, Jaroslav (advisor)
The presented dissertation thesis deals with the issue of national image and its influence on increasing of competitiveness of domestic producers in the domestic wine market. Customers are currently affected by many factors that companies try to use to gain their competitive advantage and strengthen their competitive position in the market. The thesis is divided into three main parts. The first part defines the main objectives of the thesis, as well as the milestones, through which the main objective is accomplished. Furthermore, the research assumptions, which are verified on the basis of statistical hypotheses, are defined here and in the end, the research methods that will lead to the fulfilment of the main goal of this work are defined. This work combines several approaches to achieve the most accurate results. The second part summarizes the current literature point of view on the main topics of the work. It is divided into three sub-units, the first unit focuses on the definition, measurement and shaping of the national image. The second sub-unit deals with consumer behaviour, models of consumer behaviour according to the traditional and the modern concept and using online media to influence customer attitudes. The third sub-unit describes the concepts of competitiveness which are available in the literature. The third part is the research part. The research is carried out in the area of customers, producers and external organizations that are involved in raising awareness of domestic products of the wine industry on the domestic market. For each of the areas the key findings are set out at the conclusion, which are then followed by the creation of the concept of competitiveness usable in the wine industry and the creation of functioning communication models tailored to the specifics of the wine market.

Parameter Identification of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor
Veselý, Ivo ; Bobál, Vladimír (referee) ; Janeček, Eduard (referee) ; Blaha, Petr (advisor)
The purpose of this dissertation is to design identification methods for identifying a permanent magnet synchronous motor. The whole identification and motor control is carried out in d-q coordinates, and the program used for processing and control was the matlab simulink, together with the real time platform DSpace. The work focuses on two main areas of identification, off-line identification and on-line identification. For offline identification the frequency analysis was used with the lock rotor test to get three main parameters. They are the quadrature and direct inductances and stator resistance. In the online mode, the identified parameters were extended to magnet flux _f identified by MRAS method. The remaining parameters were again identified by frequency analysis, which was adapted into online mode, and simultaneously applied to the identification of several part in one time. The next method is Newton method, which is used for estimating stator resistance of the motor, without the need to apply any signal.

Variabilityin egg shell pigmentation of great tit clutches
Kratochvílová, Anna ; Svobodová, Jana (advisor) ; Veronika, Veronika (referee)
Eggshell coloration in bird clutches shows a striking variability within species which has not yet been fully explained. Its character is determined by the deposition of two main pigments: blue-green biliverdin is responsible for the background colour while brown-red protoporphyrin is associated with the dark spot pattern. Considering the role and matabolism of these two pigments in the avian organism it was suggested that they might have an important impact on the oxidative stress levels and their deposition into the eggshell is therefore suggested to possibly reflect the body condition of laying females during the laying periods. This is also the basic assumption for the signalling hypothesis of eggshell coloration which predicts the eggshell appearance to reflect the female body condition and individual health status or directly indicate aenemia in birds (aenemic hypothesis). Here it was tested whether there is a relationship between parameters representing the body condition of female great tits (Parus major) and the characteristics of protoporphyrin maculation of their eggs. Female body condition was expressed by standardized body weight and the selected haematological parameters (heterophil to lymphocyte ratio and relative immature erythrocyte counts). Eggshell coloration was characterized by spot colour (hue, saturation and brightness), spot counts and the reflectance of the background colour. It was found that females with higher heterophil to lymphocyte ratio laid eggs with more spots and higher reflectance of the background colour in some nesting seasons. Eggs with more spots on its surface were also laid by females with higher immature erythrocyte counts. These results suggest that more intensive deposition of protoporfyring into the eggsell can indicate worse body condition of the laying females. On the other hand, it was also found that heavier females laid eggs with lower reflectance of the background colour. Despite this discrepancy, these results are not inconsistent with the pressumptions of the signalling hypothesis and they partially support the aenemia hypothesis. However, the above mentioned dependencies were inconsistent among the nesting seasons, indicating that further important determinants must be considered in the avian eggshell coloration.

Rozdíly mezi pohlavími jako reakce na prodejní pobídky
Solilyak, Maryna ; Král, Petr (advisor) ; Zlatić, Marija (referee)
Today, more and more similar products in one product line appear on store shelves, and buying decisions have become more complicated for the consumer. Despite this, producers have a clear vision that one of the most effective tools that can be used to distinguish their products is sales promotion. Nevertheless, every customer is unique, and the responses to sales promotion tools differ as well. The reason for sales promotion campaigns success depends on the depth of understanding of consumer behaviour. In order to create a successful communication campaign, marketers should be aware in the best ways of reaching the desired consumers. In this work we will take a look at the gender differences in consumer behaviour. In particular, we would like to see different responses toward men and women toward sales promotion campaigns.

Immigration and prices in Lebanon
Štursa, Mojmír ; Maialeh, Robin (advisor) ; Potužák, Pavel (referee)
This thesis examines the behavior of prices following the unexpected arrival of a large number of immigrants from Syria to Lebanon between 2012 and 2014. Using Lachs model with monthly data about prices, number of immigrants and natives, the total effect of immigration on lebanese prices was estimated. The final estimation that a one-percentage-point increase in the ratio of immigrants to natives decreases prices in Lebanon by 0,21 percentage-point, is consistent with introduced hypothesis and theory. It is argued that the reason for decrease are mainly lower immigrants wages which derive from their lower qualification.
