Problems with searching information in the Internet - relevance

The paper tries to solve the issue, which appears in the Internet environment, which is - identifying information. This problem is relevance - how search results are useful to humans. The main part is devoted to comparing the two strongest players in the search on the Internet in the Czech environment, Seznam and Google. The comparison is described by several tests and analysis of the results. Also the work examines how to use resources of search on the internet to achieve the most relevant results, and how the creators of web pages are using the means to take advantage of the relevance to their side.
Comparison of cloud office suite for use in a university environment

Goal of this thesis is to define and describe the use of cloud computing and in particular its Software-as-a-Service in the university environment with educators and students. The work should present options for using this model, the benefits, opportunities, but also potential risks associated with it. The practical part is to provide specific and comprehensive use of SaaS in practice and comparison between products. In the introduction thesis would like to define the concept of Cloud Computing, its characteristics and models offered. In the main theoretical chapter thesis define the SaaS model and use his benefits on campus. The practical part is a comparison of specific products and specific solutions from Google, Apple, Microsoft and others. In the introduction to the practical part will describe the main functionality and use of these products. Next thesis will focus on individual functions and their comparison. Thesis would like to pick functions appropriate for the target group of teaching staff and for the target group of students. Next, thesis analyze the environment and the academic response to the aforementioned services. Finally, thesis evaluate the benefits of using these services on campus. The full conclusion is devoted to looking at the future use of services and their contribution not only to study.
The importance of brand positioning with the application on Google

The first chapter of the diploma thesis is a theoretical background for the following, practically oriented chapters. It discusses a brand and its importance in marketing, and also deals with brand identity, image, brand awareness, methods of determining brand value and positioning strategies. The other two parts of thesis are practical and focus directly at the brand Google. The second chapter introduces the company Google and subsequently analyzes brand attributes and its perception in the Czech Republic. It also focuses on brand awareness, its value and comprehensively evaluates a current communication strategy. The third and final chapter is devoted to an overall evaluation of the brand's position in the Czech Republic, problematic aspects and recommendations for future direction of the brand. It also includes a comparison of the brand's position abroad.
Web 2.0 and its impact on business

The thesis Web 2.0 and its impact on business introduces the Web 2.0 concept and its characteristics in the first chapter. Owing to the fact that Web 2.0 is still a controversial theme to a certain extent, the following chapter is focused on the question, whether Web 2.0 is only a marketing label (buzzword) or a conception with a real content. In the third chapter there are examples of concrete web applications and services, which illustrates the areas, where the new Web is successfully established. These representatives are Web 2.0 flagships to a certain degree and for many people synonymous with this term too. The thesis is also concerned with the possibilities of commercial Web 2.0 usage. Web 2.0 has been discussed for several years and since relevant services have been in existence, there have been visible impacts of those new Webs on business. The last but one chapter deals with its possible impacts on selected areas of business. The content of the last chapter is a contemplation on how the Web is going to develop in the next years. There are also discussed social questions connected with quick development of the Internet and Web 2.0.
The possibilities of selling goods on the internet

This work is focused on analyzing of selling possibilities on the Internet. The first part deals with description of two the most used options of goods selling. It is a matter of selling by the help of internet salesroom and opportunities of usage e-commerce. The second part deals with comparison between these two selling options in the line with concrete illustrations how can be that sale of goods made. For writing this work I drew on my own experience with establishing my own e commerce when I also made analyzing and comparing options of the selling possibilities on the Internet. The purport of this work is to create a document which can be used as an instruction manual for businessman's who are going to go in the way of e-commerce. It should offer the basic facts about this issue to provide an idea of contemporary possibilities of given business.

Programming language Python and its suitability of his assignment to the tuition

This thesis is concerned by programming language Python and its suitability of his assignment to the tuition. The work is divided into three dominant parts. The first part describes programming language Python, its elementary characteristics and features. The purpose is to introduce its properties to the reader so that he could estimate if there is point in the deeper concern. There are elements of object-oriented programming in description, too. The second part analyses programming language Python on the basis of ten criteria which are defined considering applicability of the language in preliminary courses of programming. The purpose is to review if the Python is appropriate in these courses. The third part considers the possibilities of the Python tuition at the University of Economics in Prague. The main contribution of the thesis is to give opinion on the fundamental description of the language, to define framework and to pass judgment on the potential chance of use in preliminary courses of programming.
Historical development vizualizated in 3D models

This thesis discusses current 4D modeling capabilities of historic buildings. The thesis determined the availability of historical materials needed to create a real 3D model of selected parts of Czech Krumlov, in my case, the State Castle Czech Krumlov. It was also necessary to choose the best method of process and describe all parts of making 4D model with historical change. She had to be found the current situation of programs for creating these 4D models, their parameters and possibilities. Based on the results was written the evaluation report and the practical parts of the procedure was tested on the selected object. The main objective therefore was to create a 4D model with historical change and determine its usefulness of such a 4D model in practice. The result of this work is the 4D historical model of State Castle Czech Krumlov, using appropriate software and materials.
Use of Facebook for advertising purposes

The main aim of this thesis is a description of options to use Facebook for advertising purposes. The first part of the thesis deals with social networks in general, analyses the reasons of their popularity, lists their types and mentions a couple of examples. Furthermore, the thesis compares advertising on social networks to traditional forms of advertising and analyses its advantages and disadvantages. Further part of the thesis is focused on the most popular social network in the world -- Facebook, and analyses its position in the Czech Republic, followed by a description of options to use Facebook for advertising purposes. The thesis also compares Facebook advertising to Google advertising. In the end, the thesis names a few real examples of how Facebook is successfully used for advertising purposes.

Bachelor's thesis Deployment application for team co-operation threw volunteer organization is focused in implementation of information system for group of volunteers. It results from needs of this concrete community, which deal with preparing of summer camp. The work is divided into three parts. The first part is focused in of mapping processes threw organizing summer camp and in principles of work of concrete volunteer organization, which is briefly described. In the second part are mentioned requirements for implementation IS/ICT and possibilities of ways how the implementation can be realized. The latest part is focused in description of process of implementation and in recommendation how to enforce implementation.
