This bachelor’s thesis deals with the proposal of a new e-shop for AREAL SYSTEMS s.r.o. The e-shop will sell individually manufactured wall stickers. The proposal is divided into two parts - technical and marketing. The technical part reviews the investment of buying a plotter and programming the e-shop. In the second part I will discuss the promotion possibilities on the internet and suggest their most appropriate combination. Finally I review the financial angle.
Proposal for Increasing Business Effectiveness of an E-shop

This bachelor’s thesis evaluates the most important factors influencing business effectiveness of Anglia-Trading.cz e-commerce web site. The first part contains a theoretical introduction to the topic of on-line selling and business effectiveness. In the second, practical part of this work, the theoretical findings are used to evaluate the effectiveness of the above mentioned on-line store. This evaluation is focused mainly on uncovering possible critical points and undiscovered opportunities. In the following chapter, several improvement suggestions and possible solutions of problems uncovered during the analysis are outlined. In the final part, main outcomes of application of these suggestions and solutions are described.

Selecting E-Commerce Information System

This master’s thesis focuses on selecting an information system for the e-commerce site Lepime.cz. This e-shop sells home decorations – customized wall stickers. In the first part I am introducing the company, product, creating an analysis of the current information system and putting together the requirements and specifications. The second part is focusing on comparing considerable information systems, which were pre-selected to a shortlist. The key part compares the information systems economically, based on the required initial investments and monthly service fees.
Czech e-mail marketing analysis

The thesis aims to analyze and evaluate the current state of Czech email marketing. The author, based on his experience and supportive resources, compiled important criteria by which this analysis is performed on subjects from the field of ecommerce. The significance of all criteria and the ideal state in which they should be located are both outlined. The analysis objects are email campaigns (1439 samples) from selected subjects which the author has been collecting over 10 months. As a part of the work, in addition to the analysis itself, recommendations for improving and achieving quality and efficient email marketing, which has benefited both the sender and the recipient are also provided.
BI Tools in MS Excel 2013 for eCommerce

This thesis deals with the Microsoft's self-service business intelligence tools and it's used for eCommerce. The main goal of this work is to analyze and design metrics and applications for effective management of eCommerce using PowerPivot and Power View. Metrics are based on balanced scorecard approach and applications are based on MBI reference model. This thesis is supposed to help eCommerce managers and administrators to implement a custom self-service business intelligence solution.

Creating of e-commerce and goods presentation

The main goal of this bachelor thesis is the creation of ecommerce. Another objective is present to readers the possibility of making their own ecommerce focused on opensource solutions. The last objective is to familiarize readers with the principles of product photography of goods offered in this ecommerce. The choice of solution for creating ecommerce was conducted in cooperation with representatives of companies implementing ecommerce, with experts involved in creating ecommerce and information sources from the internet. Product photography took place at the home studio and was created by me. The most important assets of this thesis is the implementation of ecommerce. It is an extension of view for readers in the section of ecommerce and product photography. The thesis is divided into three parts. In the first part, I deal with theoretical way of choosing the best ecommerce possible solutions. Then I focus on the chosen option, open-source solutions. Based on selected criteria, I'm selecting the best opensource content management system implemented for the owners of ecommerce. Furthermore, I deal with graphics and its impact on web design and then about product photography principles. The second part describes actual creation of electronic commerce. I focus here mainly on presentation of the goods and its impact on users. It goes on with creation of product photography. The third section focuses on design testing by independent ecommerce users. Those should be able to identify other possible inconsistencies that must be implemented to improve the user interface. Furthermore, this section deals with comparing the competitiveness of goods, including its impact on users of electronic commerce to electronic commerce competition. The result of ecommerce creation is recommendation how to create quality ecommerce with low budget.
Aplikace a využití BI v prostředí elektronického obchodu

Tato práce je věnována tématu elektronického obchodu z pohledu implementace strategického přístupu k jeho řízení a současně podpory tohoto přístupu ze strany technologické, postavené na technologiích Business Intelligence. V první části práce jsou popsána základní teoretická východiska a na jejich základě je pak navrženo konkrétní řešení na vzorové situaci ve vzorovém internetovém obchodě a popsána pilotní implementace řešení podpory rozhodování postaveného na řešení BI.
