Financing Sport Activities from Public Funds

The thesis analyses the state of today's public funding of sport activities and brings a complex insigh on the issue. It breaks up sport into basic types and clasifies those accordind to the theory of public finance. The present funding on the government and local government level in the Czech Republuc is analysed on the basis of this theory. It also answers the question wheather is any part of sport objective area of the public funding.

Following the base of available informations this writing is going to apply the sport sector facts on the selection of common marketing themes. This thesis doesn't include just existing and previously released facts, but it introduces some new theories as well, according to old ones. The goal of following thesis is to present facts of sport marketing generally and to demonstrate its application in practice. The main part will be implemented of the sector -- riscs and some ideas about the development in the future.

Informace a komunikace při řízení sportovního klubu

mapování problematiky týkající se vnitropodnikové komunikace a problémy, které souvisejí s jejím fungováním ve sportovním klubu. V současné době je nezbytné uvědomit si, že jádro cesty za dlouhodobým úspěchem sportovního klubu nespočívá pouze v propracovaných plánech managementu. Základní stavební kámen je, stejně jako v běžných obchodních firmách, třeba hledat v samotných zaměstnancích. Práce se snaží objasnit potřebu komunikace se zaměstnanci a tím je i více motivovat. Dalo by se říci, že manažerské komunikační dovednosti vedení jsou ve sportovním průmyslu alfou omegou. Při opomíjení důležitosti komunikace a jejího tréninku je snaha o vytvoření životaschopné a rozvíjející se sportovní organizace jen cestou do záhuby.

Influence of sport on working abilities of managers and their employees

Aim of this thesis is to find out the subjective feeling of sport to working abilities of managers and their employees and also to propose conception for companies for using of employee's benefits. The thesis follows the definitions of personality and its structure, definition of manager (how the manager should be), definition of stress, burnout and also the influence of sport on mental and health of individuals. The research of this thesis is aimed for finding of subjective feeling of influence of sport on working abilities of managers and their employees and also businessmen. The aim is to find out if people, who do sports activites, feel any changes in their job performance and mental condition from short and long term point of view. The results are detailed according to the job positions and find out some specific attributes of these job positions. Another aim of this research is to find out if employers, who motivate their employees to the sport activities by sport benefits, subjectively feel any changes at working abilities of their employees.
