Communication system for the blind - the mobile part

Orientation in big administration buildings can be very difficult for visually impaired people. Although most of the buildings are equipped with elevators, the buttons of which are designated with Braille characters and acoustic signals, it might be very difficult for the visually impaired to actually find the particular office. Even if there were descriptions in Braille at each office door, it would prove very complicating for the visually impaired individual to localize the descriptions in the first place, especially in case of a large number of offices in the building. That may also concern other important places, such as toilets, inside a building. In this thesis, I am going to present a design proposal of a communication system which uses transceivers placed at significant points in a building and receivers placed at the end of the white cane for orientation inside a building.

City Library of Přerov

Thesis contains design of a new building for the city library in Prerov. The library is located on area Na Marku on the left bank of the river Bečva. The building consists of two basic masses with different functions and character.

Slovene National Theatre in Ljubljana

The basic idea of project is design national Slovenian theater in Kongresni Trg square in Ljubljana in Slovenia. The building place is located in the middle of complex of historical buildings in the centre of city. I was creating new square which will be used like modern alternativ theater scene. Main theater building is the view point of theater. Flats, comercial places, caffe and restaurants are also components of the theater square.

Manufacturing of Ladies Dresses

The study of " PRODUCTION OF WOMEN´S CLOTHING" handles new production building for the clothing brand CHANEL in the city of Brno-Zidenice, namely the use of "brownfields" in the street Rokytova near the woodpark Akatky and the city cemetery. Construction tries to sensitively integrate into the sloping terrain of the parcel and makes full use of its potential. The building is designed as a two-storey and consists of three basic masses; the first is administrative, socio-sanitary spaces and engine rooms, the other two forming the 2nd floor. There is a store, leisure and catering facilities and the production hall. These three basic masses creates a subtle, elegant whole, similarly as it does Chanel in the clothing industry. It leads one main access road to the building from the street Udolicek, which is linked to the service road leading to the warehouses and paved parking areas.

Residential house on ul. Musilova

The study of "APARTMENT HOUSE ON THE STREET MUSILOVA " handles construction of a new residential building with administrative part in the Musilova street in Brno-Husovice. Within the bachelor thesis was compile building with the housing function. Construction tries to sensitively integrate into the surroundings both its height and the overall scale. The main task was to deal with considerable plot size and create an object that despite its proportions will act airy and lightly. The building has 3-4 above-ground floors and one underground floor with parking. The entrances to the building are from the Musilova street, the entrance to the underground garage is from the street Vranovská.

Family House in Mikulov - Gross Substructure

The aim of this work is the construction and technological solutions to lower rough building a house in Mikulov. House is designed as a new building on the undeveloped parcel. Thesis includes technical report of building equipment, technological instruction for selected works, inspection and test plans for these works, mechanical design kits for the construction phase, the solution of external transport links, schedule of health and safety, environmental plan, itemized budget and schedule.

The aim of this thesis is the construction and technological solutions to lower gross building residential complex Vídeňská block C. In particular, it is focused on building C3. Part of the thesis is technical report building equipment, technological regulation of selected works, inspection and test plans, and design of mechanical assemblies connected with transport links, schedule of health and safety, environmental protection, line budget and schedule.
