Resumé The state aid from cognition of Czech and Community law The definition of state aid consist primary the Treaty establishing the European Community (TEC). In article 87/1 TEC is explicit basic signs, which comprehensive: support in any form, attractive act, grant from state resources, possibility violation of contest and influence on members states. It's also referred as primary Community law. It's base on principle "common prohibition" their grant. But exist the three exceptions: compatibility on TEC, block reserve and compatibility by decision of Commission. The secondary legislation includes many regulations, directives and court rulings. Especially I illustrated: statute n. 659/1999/EC, which consists detailed form of article 93 TEC, statute for national regional aid (n. 2006/C 54/08), environment (n. 2001/C 37/03), science and research (n. 2006/C 323/01), employment (n. 2204/2002). Heat and mass balance model of unit for biomass combustion
Tomšů, Ondřej ; Pavlas, Martin (referee) ; Máša, Vítězslav (advisor)
This work deals with the creation of a mathematical model for calculating mass and energy balances of the energy units for utilizing the biomass combustion by computational software W2E and it is engaged in necking the validity of the balance model for the real technology unit for combustion different types of biomass. There are presented basic informations of balances and described the procedure how to solve balance calculations of energy units. Introductory part deals with biomass as a renewable energy source, which has a large potential in energy system. There are presented all its important parameters, its types, methods of treatment and utilization power production. Next chapters focus on biomass combustion devices, theirs classification and theirs technological principles. For the specific type of biomass boiler (of capacity 1 MW with movable, inclined grid) - here was created balance model. The choice of this equipment is preferred primarily by the fact that the middle capacity power boilers can be considered as the most suitable heat sources in terms of efficient combustion of biomass. Another motivation is a key objective of this work, which is creation of balance model of the unit which energy utilizes of biomass, which belong into this category of heat sources and is available for real measurements. There are presented the available computing systems for balance modeling with the preference of the analysis program W2E and MS Excel. They are verified as the best instruments for creation balance model at the practical chapter of this work. The main output of presented thesis is thus balance model developed in W2E program which has been compared and modified to the real characteristics of biomass boiler. For this purpose were used the archived data from previous measurements and new actual measurements, which focused on the acquisition of the missing operational data and verifying the reasons of variance of the model and real status. In the conclusion, there are evaluated the basic operating parameters of the technology in various operating states by W2E analysis model.

Mortgage (of real property) and its tax aspects
Tomíček, Zdeněk ; Boháč, Radim (advisor) ; Vondráčková, Pavlína (referee)
Mortgage Credit and its Tax Aspects Summary The mortgage credit is quite popular and many people use it to make their dreams of a new condo or villa come true. The occurrences in the mortgage market of the United States of America or the member states of the European Union had no influence on the Czech mortgage market, which means that people in the Czech Republic use mortgage credits very often. (ČSOB, one of the largest banks in the Czech market, completed its 2008 annual plan for selling mortgage credits in the end of June this year.) The dissertation is divided into two parts. The first part provides general information about the historical evolution, the related legal act and the main requirements for the mortgage credit. The second part deals with tax issues related to mortgages. The basic characteristics of the main Czech taxes are described first. Second, I consider the interest payments relating to the mortgage credit that can be deducted in some circumstances from the individual income tax payments. The last chapter of the second part of the dissertation is the practical one. I try to compare the burden of taxation in the different situations using four examples, in all of which the following general points are identical: I calculate the individual income tax of a single childless man71 with the...

Ježková, Věra ; Walterová, Eliška (advisor) ; Rýdl, Karel (referee) ; Kopp, Botho (referee)
It is the aim of the doctoral thesis to bring new current issue to Czech comparative educational science while using a non-traditional methodological approach and to provide incentives for Czech educational policy. The thesis consists of two main parts: theoretical and methodological part, and research part. In the theoretical and methodological part the aim of the research and research problem are first defined, existing knowledge concerning the topic of thesis are then briefly evaluated, and the the theoretical and methodological bases of the research are presented. The most comprehensive chapter of this part views the presented research from the perspective of the theory on educational research. In the final chapter, the actual execution of the research is briefly described. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)

The Bohemian Reform Currents of the 14th Cent. And the Devotio Moderna
Smrčka, Jakub ; Lášek, Jan Blahoslav (advisor) ; Herold, Vilém (referee) ; Kejř, Jiří (referee)
České reformní proudy 14. století a devotio moderna Die böhmischen Reformströmungen des 14.

The Conclusion of a Contract under the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods in Comparison with Czech National Legislation
Krčálová, Kristýna ; Boháček, Martin (advisor) ; Levý, Jan (referee)
This Master's thesis focuses on the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG), better known as the Vienna Convention. The main purpose of this thesis is to evaluate conditions for application of this international treaty and to assess the contracting process under the CISG including the similarities and differences with the Czech national legislation. Finally, it seeks an answer to the question, which of these rules (international or national) are more advantageous for a Czech contractual party with respect to concluding a contract. The thesis is divided into five parts. The first one represents an introduction to the CISG, its origin and the Czech Republic's attitude to it. The second part identifies the conditions for application of the CISG and therefore defines a subject and an object of an international contract of sale under the CISG. Both third and fourth parts gradually introduce two phases of the contracting process (offer and acceptance) including the relevant case-law. The last chapter strives to complete the contracting process with an analysis of the exact moment, when a contract is concluded, as well as with an analysis of a potential battle of the forms and its impact on a contract conclusion.
