Criminality of children and youth

The work deals with youth and children crime. It is concentrated on crime as a whole, it defines the most important terms related to the topic. It points out probable roots of that pathological phenomenon and looks for possible measures leading to its reduction. Considering the field of study, i. e. Pedagogy, a part of the work will be aimed at children's primary social environment, i.e. family and school. Attention will be paid to crime prevention and its categories. Finally, case studies will prove that family, school, education and training are the most important factors forming young people and influencing their behaviour.

Memes and the Theory of Universal Darwinism

The article deals with the philosophical presuppositions and groundwork of the memetics. The central question is an analysis of Universal Darwinism as a common and universal evolutional principle or pattern that always springs in every environment when there're fulfilled required conditions. An evolutional process could be possibly described like an algorithmic process that faces to the rise of organized orderliness. Darwinism in this generally universal sense points to a distinctness survival of any kind self replicated code of information that has some influence over its probability of replication. The article stresses methodological importance of memetics as it makes possible to introspect variety of cultural development from a simple unification perspective.

Euthanasia in education

The work deals with explaining the concepts of death and euthanasia. Characterized death from the perspective of children and adolescents. It also describes euthanasia as a possibility of death and deals with situations in countries where euthanasia is allowed. The work considers the desirability of Education euthanasia and death in childhood. The last section focuses on creating thematic plan for the after-school club children aged eight to ten years.

Design of transit bus

The diplom work is focused on the design of transit bus. I pointed out two aim: design from the view of future the perspektive; environmental drive and create timeless bus design, which should be correspond with the drive of near future. It was chosen the most ecological drive with help of hydrogen and fuel cells. This drive was developed in detail. Like reserve and helpful energy source was used ultrakapacitors and fotovoltaic cells. Bus design tries to realize the future requirement of carriers and regarding to its oscillating along big cities so represent with its design the used drived unit. The internal ordering of interior tries to realize the together and future reguirements on the sit ergonomics, store of bagages, hygienic requirements and good lookout of passengers. The name and logo of transit bus arrise from reference to fuell, environment and fuell cell.

Admission options of student with physical impairment with assistance dog at elemetary schools in Pilsen district

This thesis examines options of student with physical impairment to have itegrated education in Pilsen district if he needs an assistance dog. Theoretical part is summary of disabilities, inclusive education, history of approach to impairment students in Czech Republic and legal approach to integration and inclusion. Further more the thesis characterize importance of assistance dog for impairment student and his family and there are explained in detail how are assistance dogs trained and passed to impairment student. Empirical part contains questionnaires from elementary schools in Pilsen district. Samplecontains answers from directors of schools, because they are deciding about access of disabled student with assistance dog to the school. Possitive approach about assistant dog presence have directors who were informed enough about these issue from lectures and publicpresentations about these dogs. The decesion-making are influenced by social-psychological factors too.

Title: The use of teambuilding elements in the form of outdoor activities in the pre-season period in ice hockey as selected sport game Aim: The aim of the research was to determine the current status of teambuilding in the use of training in ice hockey as selected sport game. Method: All data were obtained using a questionnaire survey, which included open questions. Surveys were conducted with ice hockey coaches and recorded on audio. By analyzing the audio recording was obtained and the necessary data into conclusions. Results: Teambuilding through outdoor activities in sports games is classified to a lesser extent than would suit the coaches. Keywords: teambuilding, teamwork, psychology of sport, sports training, outdoor activities.

Analysis of current situation and trends in distribution channels in the German market

The objective of this master's thesis is to analyse trends in distribution in the German market and evaluate their importance in the retail environment. The first chapter of the thesis deals with the issue of distribution from a theoretical perspective. Analysis of the German economy and retail environment serves as a basis for further elaboration of the thesis. In the German market is growing the importance of the e-commerce and there is a tendency of integration of distribution channels. The current situation and trends in distribution channels as well as the trends of the future are outlined on the basis of secondary data. The analysis is completed by qualitative research, which determines the potential use of current trends.

The manifestation of reciprocal agression and violence among older people and social environment (the view of clients from two houses with domiciliary services)

We look at aggression and violence as at one of possible ways of reciprocal behavior among individuals or groups. Our interest is concentrated on aggressive and violent behavior of older people (individuals older than 65 years) toward the social environment. We are looking for possible reasons (excluding pathological reasons) and possible specifics of such behavior. The topic is held especially by the view of social psychology. We observe basic aggression theories, social psychology phenomena and evolutionary changes connected with aging which could cause aggressive and violent behavior of older people. In the empirical part we are interested in the opinion of clients from two houses with domiciliary services. We take into account that the group is in some aspects different from the common population of older people.

Amenitní migrace a turismus

Amenity migration is new global phenomena. It is a specific type of migration which is not motivated by economic prosperity – it has been brought about by the desire to render more valuable natural or socio-cultural environment of the target territory, and it exists from metropolitan to rural areas. This phenomenon has been strongly supported by the spread of mass information technologies and. Under specific conditions it can become one of societal driving forces determining the socio-economic development of the given region. It seems that tourism play crucial role in formation of amenity migration. It precedes amenity migration being, as a rule, regarded its initial form.

Nonstandardised option contracts - warrants

The thesis is mapping current situation on the market in warrants as nonstandardised option contracts. Particular attention is paid to the special issues of warrants modified into the form of so called "access products". The function of such financial instrument is to open extraordinary investment opportunity to certain kind of investors, who otherwise are not allowed to make direct investment into the underlying asset itself. Access products can be considered as particular financial innovation, which spread out on Central European capital markets. The most familiar form of access products are low strike price covered call warrants, the characteristics of which are being analyzed and compared to standard options and warrants. The author also focuses on the process of issuing warrant securities on Czech capital market according to Czech law and problems linked to it, which the issuer encounters. The thesis proves on the example of Fondul Proprietatea Warrants, which were in 2010 successfully placed to third market of Vienna Stock Exchange by Czech entity, that such warrant issue is possible despite of material complications stemming from the absence of clear definition of warrants in Czech law.
