Title: Evaluation of physical fitness, body composition, basic as well as specific game skills of young football players. Objectives: The main aim is to discover the mutual relations between motor performance, basic movement skills and game skills in young football players. At the same time, the aim is to determine the differences in the above-mentioned parameters between junior players and senior players. Methods: The main research method used was observation - measurement and testing. The research group included 38 football players of the FC Hvězda Cheb (18 junior and 20 senior football players). Physical fitness was tested using a standardized Unifittest 6-60 test, gaming skills were tested according to the handbook on the ProFutbalAnalytics.cz website and basic skills were tested using the TGMD-2 test. Results: Significant differences in favor of the senior players were found in all individual tests of physical fitness and game skills. A significant correlation (p <0.01; r = 0.558) between basic movement skills and game skills in the tested players was confirmed. A medium correlation was discovered between physical fitness and gaming skills in the tested players (p <0.05; r = 0.479). Title: Fitness and physical activity of girls in primary school Objectives: The aim of the diploma thesis was to determine and compare the fitness, athletic performance and physical activity of primary school students. To measure the fitness, athletic performance and physical activity of the students, we used the UNIFITTEST test battery (6-60), a 60 m sprint and a long jump from the start and a questionnaire survey. We compared groups of girls who were monitored from 6th to 9th grade. It was a group of pupils with an artistic focus and a group of pupils from a regular class. Methods: The diploma thesis has the character of action research. The methods of testing, questioning and comparison are applied in the diploma thesis. The research was carried out at Na Líše Elementary School over a period of four years. . Results: The girls with the artistic focus have less motivation to move both inside and outside the school. Overall, these girls had worse performance results compared to the regular class, and in physical education they prefer collective games over individual sports. The impact of the specific physical activity on the physical fitness of children measured by UNIFITTEST
Beránková, Adéla ; Kašpar, Ladislav (advisor) ; Dvořáková, Hana (referee)
This thesis deals with the impact of the specific physical activity on the physical fitness of children measured by UNIFITTEST (6-60). Final results were processed based on the UNIFITTEST standarts and the information about physical activity of the children were taken from the questionnaire which have been created specifically for this research. The stated research questions were compared with results from the practical part of the thesis and were discussed in the discussion chapter. By this research we have found out that children form seventh and eighth grade have reached an average value in motoric tests. Due to this work children have found out their physical fitness and so they could compared it with their classmates. Also they have got to know with the physical tests with which they can be part of during physical lessons. This work was made by research form realised at standard nonspecific elementary school Na Výsluní in Brandýs nad Labem. The total amount of the participants were 194 from 12 to14 years. Primary school students' physical competence in relation to their study results
Zaplatílková, Lucie ; Mahrová, Andrea (advisor) ; Kaplan, Aleš (referee)
Name Relation between physical fitness and study results of primary school students Goal The goal of the thesis is to examine physical fitness of primary school students, compare it with their study results, and see if there is any relatioship between these two variables. Methods Physical fitness is tested with tests and norms of Unifittest (6-60) (Měkota, Kovář, 2002) and study results are generated with questionnaires. The answers are then matched with Unifittest's results of each student. Results are processed with the help of statistical methods. Results The results of Unifittest (6- 60) showed above-average or well above-average level of fitness with 89 % of individuals. Only 11 % of participants reached the average score. The best performance was detected with girls of the 9 ͭ ͪ grade and boys of the 7 ͭ ͪ grade. Spearman correlation coefficient showed a medium-strong relation between the Unifittest (6- 60) results and grades from Czech language, foreign language, and mathematics in 2 categories. 6 ͭ ͪ grade girls had the correlation rₛ= 0,51 and 8 ͭ ͪ grade girls rₛ= 0,56. Other categories showed very weak correlation relation. Keywords Unifittest, physical fitness, studying, youth, sit-ups, pull-ups, long jump, Cooper test

Štechmüller, David ; Kregl, Jan (advisor) ; Šťastný, Petr (referee)
Title of bachelor thesis: Comparison of level of motoric abilities of children in the period prepubescence with and without sports specialization Author: David Štechmüller Supervisior: Mgr. Jan Krégl Aim: The aim of bachelor thesis is to determine the average improvement and total performance of the testing group of ice hockey players in comparison with children from two selected primary schools in the test battery unifittest (6-60) during two testing periods. Methods: Comparison of both groups and their subsequent assessment on average. The research method of this bachelor thesis was used observing - measuring. Testig took place with children born in 2011/2012 (U6-U7). The unifittest battery (6-60) was selected to measure performances. Results: In this thesis was detected that nobody from the group of ice hockey players got to below-average values and lower in any test battery discipline. The overwhelming majority (94%) got to more than average values of testing in the final testing. By way of contrast, children from primary schools didn't achieve such an improvement and their performances had mostly average values all the time of measuring. Evaluation of motor abilities and basic somatometric indicators of children in the project ''Děti na Startu''
Benešová, Barbora ; Hájková, Jana (advisor) ; Svobodová, Irena (referee)
The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the level of motor abilities and to find out basic somatometric indicators of children in the project ''Děti na startu''. The theoretical part will be processed in the form of literary research, the practical part will describe and evaluate selected motor tests in relation to age and basic somatometric indicators. In total, five tests of motoric abilities and one assessment of somatometric indicator were evaluated and used in the practical part. The first test evaluated was a standing broad jump where the vast majority of children achieved a below-average score. The next test evaluated was sit-ups (60 sec), in this test the children achieved mostly average results. The third test was an endurance shuttle run, in which the most often evaluated result was significantly below average. The fourth test was a shuttle run of 4x10 meters, in this test more than half of the children came off average or better. The last exercise test was a modified standing forward bend test, with 22 children achieving normal and better values. The BMI values, that we calculated were between 14,3 and 18,5. Keywords: Evaluation, motorics, motor abilities, project "Děti na startu", somatometric indicators, unifittest, testing.

Title of the Bachelor's Thesis: Comparison of Physical Fitness in 8th Grade Primary School Pupils Attending Sports and Regular Classes Author: Adéla Vélová Thesis supervisor: PhDr. Aleš Kaplan, Ph.D. Aim of the Thesis: The aim of my thesis is to determine the physical fitness of pupils attending a sports class aimed at athletics and pupils attending a regular class with standard physical education. I concentrate on pupils in 8th grade of primary school (ages 13 to 14). The thesis compares data with the results obtained in a sports class at a different primary school 25 years ago. Methodology: The main method involves practical testing of pupils by UNIFITTEST (6-60) test battery composed of various motor tests. For the purpose of my Bachelor's thesis, I chose four motor tests - standing broad jump, repeated sit-ups in 60 seconds, 12-minute run and a 4x10m shuttle run. All the measured data are compared with UNIFITTEST standards for individual age categories. The thesis also contains a short questionnaire survey identifying the pupils' opinion on physical activity. Results: The pupils attending the sports class achieved better results in all four motor tests than the pupils going to the regular class. The pupils in the sports class mostly achieved above-average results; their worst ranking was...
