Violation of the Employment Act

Violation of the Employment Act Abstract The purpose and aim of this dissertation work was compactly and coherently to describe the individual types of violations of legal regulations in relation to their consequences for individual entities against whom the negative impacts are directed. The work, based on the current legal regulation of employment, divides the violations of obligations into individual areas, which can be further broken down by entities violating obligations and (by) the seriousness of individual violations. The issue of violation of the Employment Act includes two fundamental areas. The first area, which forms an inherent part of most substantive regulations, is the area of administrative offenses, responding primarily to violations of obligations imposed upon employers. Especially the third, fhe fifth and the sixth chapter focus on this field. The second area of the Employment Act, which is vital for the topic at hand, regulates and sets obligations for individuals, persons interested in the job and especially job seekers who, through the Labour Office, exercise their basic social rights guaranteed by the Charter of Fundamental Rights and Freedoms, i.e. the right to work. Recruitment and selection of employees

This Bachelor's Thesis deals with overall process of recruitment and selection of employees. This thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part are described concepts for introduction the problematics with recruitment and selection of employees. The practical part is focused on recruitment and selection of employees in the company Česká spořitelna, a.s. Basis for the practical part represents especially interview with the personnel, information from company's website and their annual report. The aim of this thesis is comparison the theoretical information with the obtained data, subsequent evaluation of the process of recruitment and selection of employees and propose improvements to the identified deficiencies.
Register of employment applicants and manners of cessation of registration

This diploma thesis aims to offer a presentation of the institute of register of employment applicants, describe individual cases when the registration of an employment applicant may be terminated and to evaluate the current legislation. The first section of the thesis discusses the basic terminology which might be encountered in the field of employment and explanation of which is necessary for subsequent presentation. The second section is devoted to the institute of employment applicant. It focuses primarily on specification of requirements that a person has to meet to be eligible to become an employment applicant and legal barriers that might prevent a person to acquire the status of an employment applicant. Subsequently it deals with definition of basic rights and obligation following registration in the register of employment applicants. The aim of the third section is to describe the operation of the register of employment applicants itself and to capture its process from registration into the register until its termination. This section of my work also discusses services provided by the regional branches of the Labour Office of the Czech Republic to the employment applicants, i.e. especially employment arrangement, consultation and information services. Effectiveness of "Active Employment Policy" for combating graduate unemployment in Teplice region

The theme of my diploma thesis is analyse Active Employment Policy and evaluation of effectivity Active Employment Policy tools of unemployment solution in region Teplice. The diploma thesis is divided into theoretical and empirical analysis, the theoretical part occupies with Active Employment Policy and Active Employment Policy tools. I have used for empirical part data from information system of the Labour office, data from questionnaire survey with job applicants and on the basis of interviews with experts of Labour office. Based on questionnaires survey with job applicants and interviews with experts of Labour office I have come to the conclusions on providing of Active Employment Policy tools in region Teplice.
Analysis of the active employment policy in the Czech Republic and the Federal Republic of Germany

Résumé This thesis focuses on the implementation of the active employment policy in the Czech Republic and the Federal Republic of Germany and in particular its use of a time when the labour market is negatively affected by the effects of the economic recession. Financial support provided to employers to create or maintain jobs proved to be crucial, confirming the model used in the Federal Republic of Germany. The analysis of tre nds in the labour market shows increasing importance of implementing active employment policy, which both lead to job creation, but the activation of unemployed persons. The findings of this thesis stems can be applied throughout the Czech Republic. Some m easures to increase employment can be implemented without significant interference, in a change in methodology, but some must be implemented on the basis of political acceptability.
Employment possibilities for disabled people and for some other selected groups of people requiring increased care by mediation of employment

107 ABSTRACT The aim of this master's degree thesis is to analyse the situation of people who are in a disadvantageous position on the labour market and because of that belong, pursuant to Act No. 435/2004 Coll., Employment Act, to the group of job seekers, who "require special care by mediation of employment". The author is particularly focused on people with disabilities. The intent is also to inform readers about government subsidies and alternative methods designed to facilitate the position of job seekers on the labour market. This thesis is divided into an Introduction, six Chapters (further divided into subsections) and a Conclusion. It contains a Table of contents, a czech and english Abstract and a List of references and other sources. Chapter One is devoted to the definitions of the "right to work" and the "right to employment" and the obligation to ensure equal treatment of all people exercising these rights. Following that, I mention the legal sources containing the aforementioned rights, first international, then the European and finally the national sources. Chapter Two is subdivided into four subchapters which correspond to the categories of citizens requiring special care by mediation of employment. Critical Analysis of Regional Unemployment and Propositions for its Solution

This thesis deals with the theme of unemployment in the district Jihlava. It focuses mainly on vulnerable groups of jobs seekers who have limited entry to the open labor market. It analyzes the current situation and proposes solutions and forms of action, under which should lead to a reduction in the unemployment rathe of these risk groups in the district Jihlava.
A choice of career as the prevention of unemployment

The bachelor thesis focuses on unemployment problems of school graduates from primary schools, high schools and universities. It is interested in employers' views on the exploitation of school graduates in the job market and gives information about consulting services in the educational system and employment. I mention the changes of amendment in consulting services at job centres. At the end of my bachelor thesis I compare differences between girls' and boys' approaches to education and their first employment. I find some parents' influence on their children's choice of careers.
The solution of unemployment via tools of Active Labour Market Policies with deeper focus on retraining

The main topic of this paper is retraining as one of tools of unemployment solution and evaluation of effectivity of this instrument with regional extent at Decin county. The efficiency is surveyed as a linear relation between the skill-wise orientation of the training course and ability to gain a new job of the training attendants. The purpose of this analysis is to evaluate the most effective types of retraining in the district, the time interval of deleting of the job applicant from the register included. As a part of this work is evaluation of quality of the retraining course provided by its attendants and as well as their judgement of contribution of this program for following career development. I have used relevant data from information system of the Labour office, private files of the retraining attendants and questionaries from addressed respondents. Retraing is here considered not only bare remedy of the Active Labour Market Policy, but as well as one of significant elements of whole-life education. From this aspect retraining is understood as a tool of unemployment solution and supporting cultivation of human potential, not to say of human capital development.
