Strategic Development Plan

The aim of this diploma thesis is to elaborate a proposal for Strategic Development Plan of Třemošná for the years 20152025, in cooperation with city officials and company Novi Solutions, s.r.o. The partial aim of the thesis is to carry out a questionnaire survey among the inhabitants of the city and to elaborate a complete analysis of the city in the form of SWOT analysis according to priority areas. Furthermore, determination of the vision and the ensuing strategic objectives, measures, specific activities and indicators for their measurability.
Evaluation of Corporate Performance by Balanced Scorecard and Proposals for its Improvement

This master´s thesis is focused on evaluation of the current state and business performace of company Remarkplast Group a.s. using the Balanced Scorecard. The theoretical part defines the concept of business performance and methodology of the Balanced Scorecard. The analytical part describes the current situation of the company and based on acquired theoretical knowledge analyze the financial, customer, internal proceses and perspektive of learning and growth. At the conclusion of the thesis, is a proposal for the implementation of the BSC concept to company. The strategic goals and scales with target values are proposed to help Remarkplast Group a.s. to improve its overal performance in the coming years.
Improvement of managerial work in the regional level sports club

Title: Improvement of managerial work in the regional level sports club Objectives: The main aim of this work is to determinate strategic objectives of Tenisáci Benešov futsal club. Then analyze contemporary situation of club in these areas: personal, organisational and sport and then propose arrangements to improve situation of the club in some problematic matters and outline future direction of the club. Methods: Methodology of this work was centred on analyzing the club. There was used non-standardised interview (qualitative method), secondary data analysis and questionnaire (quantitative methods). Also SWOT analysis was used for lucid estimation of current situation of the club. Results: An accurate analysis of contemporary club situation was accomplished. On the basis of it was proposed introductions for future direction of the club in these areas: strategic goals, constitution of the association, organizational structure and competence determination, utilization of advantages of club and its opportunities, improvement of weaknesses of the club and avoidance of outer threats. Considerable part of the work is dedicated to creation of good social climate in organisation, which is essential for successful existence of club. The Proposal of the Balanced Scorecard Model Implementation at Chosen Company

Master’s thesis deals with issue of the Balanced Scorecard model and the proposal of its implementation at chosen company. Strategic objectives of the perspectives are deduced on the basis of strategic and financial outcomes and also measures as well as target values are assigned to the strategic objectives. The strategic initiatives that lead to fulfill proposed strategic objectives are determined afterwards. The final part of this thesis deals with risks and benefits related to the Balanced Scorecard concept implementation.
Business Plan for an Existing Company Development

The subject of this thesis is the IdentCORE company operating in the area of identification RFID media and plastic cards printing as a distributor and reseller. The main goal is to build a business plan and to identify the market and product opportunities. Another goal is to identify new opportunities on one of the markets of the EU in the segment of RFID component. The theoretical part is dedicated to the structure, purpose and content of a business plan together with the definitions of the analysis used in this project. The practical part of the business plan itself deals with specific values achieved and the evaluation of those observed. As an output of this work, the establishment of the IdentCORE company with a defined financial plan, design innovation in service offerings and successful implementation of e-shop with a new web presentation, was put in process.

Application of an Integrated Model of Management and Design of Balanced Scorecard in the Organization

The thesis is focused on management analysis of the selected organization in terms of components and factors that are then used to design of the system of strategic management Balanced Scorecard. The first part is focused on describing the theoretical background concerning the issue of the effect of the organizations administration and management. Comprehensive evaluation of the level of management is performed in the second part. Organizational performance is assessed using the Balanced Scorecard method. Particular perspectives, strategy, targets and their measurements are determined for organization. The interdependence of the targets is presented in the Strategic Map. The conclusion is made by evaluating the achieved findings and formulating specific recommendations for the selected organization.
Business development strategy of food production

The main theme of the thesis was the processing of the company?s internal and external analysis and compiling a new development strategy based on the strategic analysis. The new strategy focuses mainly on rescuing the company from liquidation and production expansion whilst keeping the continuity of business.With the help of external analysis the development of external environs was ascertained.The inner environment analysis enabled to specify internal sources of a company and their use. A new development strategy plan contains the scenario of the future development of the external environment, a new vision and the company?s mission. New strategic aims were determined.The new development strategy aims at gaining new markets and customers, incorporating new delicatessen into the production portfolio for the customers who prefer healthy lifestyle. Tradition, thorough preparation of delicatessen and a personal approach towards customers are competitive advantage which can hardly be replaced by retail chains.The company finds itself in a difficult financial situation and it is inevitable to incorporate changes which will save it from liquidation.
Strategic Analysis of an Enterprise

In my diploma thesis I have worked up a strategic analysis of the Pacovské strojírny Inc. company, during which I have used various methods of internal and external strategic analysis. Strategic analysis included Analysis of Company Resources, Portfolio Analysis and SWOT Analysis. The external strategic analysis included Porter's Five Forces Model, PEST Analysis and Competitors Analysis. On the basis of the aforementioned analyses I recommended a suitable strategy for future development of the enterprise.
